This is such a nice hotel! Great location just off plaza the armas, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, hot showers that actually gets hot! We came back after our inka trail for some more nights!

Mycket bra service, tillmötesgående personal, rena rum, ok frukost. Nära till centrum, ca 10 minuters promenad.

Jättemysigt rum på översta våningen, men utsikt över hela staden. Balkongen utanför rummet var för alla på hotellet, men användes bara av oss och kändes som "vår egen". Trevlig frukost, men väldigt enkel (i princip bara söta pannkakor, sylt och bröd. bara en morgon fick vi ägg och bacon). Ligger på en höjd, så värt att lägga några kronor på taxi från centrum och upp!

This is the place you should be on when you are in Cuzco. The three mothers that work/owner of the hotel will do everything they can to make you feel satisfied and feeling good. It feels like you are taken care of. A good feeling if you got the highsickness or will gock sick in someway. You will have a clean room not in the middle of the city but wery near. The service is explendid.

"Ruinas"
Hotel staff were very curtious and helpful. Most spoke English well. They were having some trouble with their WIFI and it was intermittent. Best breakfast of all our hotels in PeruVerifierad gästrecension
"Nice hotel, but service could have been better."
Nice hotel but you'd be better off staying at the Casa San Blas Boutique Hotel. Same star level, roughly the same price, and the level of service was extremely better. I had stayed at the San Blas boutique two days before my trek but had to pick another place since it was booked out when I returned. Hotel Ruinas was understaffed and didn't seem like […] they were there to make life easier for their guests. No assistance with bags, you had to wait on the street for someone to answer the door bell, and there wasn't a bilingual speaker when we checked in which made it a little hard to pay the bill or explain that we needed to have our bags picked up from San Blas. "Good All Rounder"
This hotel was an immediate hit with it's well kept appearance and tasteful decor. It is in a convenient location within easy walking distance of Cusco's Plaza De Armas. The room was large, attractive and very comfortable with a decent bathroom (with hot water). A good selection of food was available at the buffet breakfast and the staff were very friendly […] and helpful. This hotel was very inviting and clean. The service was very great and attentive. Always there with mata de Coca if you need it for the altitude. The room was very clean and felt secure. It is about 2 blocks off the main square and close to it all. The only slight issue is the room is on an inside courtyard to the hotel lobby so you hear what is going […] on in the hotel quite clearly in your room, but it wasn't that noisy at all. "Hotel Ruinas, excellent location, excellent choice"
The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. We had two stays - 2 days then 1 day with two days between. On our second viasit we were upgraded to a top floor suite from the standard room we had originally booked. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. We ate our dinners at close by restaurants. The hotel location is within walking distance to many […] excellent restaurants, sightseeing spots and shopping. Several small minimarkets across from the hotel where you can purchase basics. Next to the hotel is an internet center with printer and fax. Although the hotel provides free internet for guests we needed a printer and the one next door was very cheap. "Hotel Ruinas - great hotel for service and value"
I stayed at Hotel Ruinas pre and post an Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu and it was delightful. Comfortable beds, a hot shower, cable tv and most importantly: incredible service and a great location. The front desk went out of it's way to meet our needs including late checkout, holding our luggage while we were trekking and even going to get us a pizza […] while we relaxed after our trip because their restaurant did not have it. Other Trekkers in other hotels were either paying a lot more or subject to cold showers.
