Hotell CS Vintage Lisboa Hotel - Lissabon

Fint och välrenoverat gammalt hus i centrala Lissabon. Väldigt trevlig och uppmärksam personal. Inredningen i rummen var väldigt designat och ibland inte lika praktiskt som snygg. Badrumsdelen var inte helt genomtänkt. Men det gick ändå. Det enda som var riktigt illa var att de hade plastbeklädda madrasskydd, det hör inte hemma på ett femstjärnigt hotell […] utan mer på ett billigt vandrarhem. Det gjorde att första natten blev ganska klibbig och obehaglig men när det väl var avlägsnat så sov man gott i bekväma sängar. Bra gym och spaavdelning. Läs mer

Excellent hotel a true hidden gem.

Fantastic hotel! We arrived early and thought we would have to wait for our room since we requested a king size bed. However, they were kind enough to let us look at two rooms and choose which one we wanted. The room was quite large with a separate entry, fantastic shower, separate toilet, large vanity, and the bed was very comfartable. The hotel has […] a very nice restaurant, bar area, and spa. We were able to easily walk to the shopping areas and enjoy the charm of Lisbon. We would easily stay at the Vintage again as we felt very at home. I've stayed in many, many hotels in dozens of cities and the CS Vintage in Lisbon would be in my Top 5 list of Best Hotels Ever. The place is spotless and looks brand new. Walking in, I almost felt out of place because it seemed too nice for my wife and I who are in our early 30's and we have an average family income. But the staff wasn't snooty at […] all - in fact they were extremely courteous and helpful (and they all spoke English very well). Our room was very clean and the bathroom was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and it was an actual queen sized bed, not two doubles pushed together. We ordered room service one night and the food was delicious, delivered quickly, and reasonably priced. I only have two minor complaints - 1) The free wireless internet was down for the first day but they front desk let me know as soon as it was working again. No big deal. When it was working, it was fast. 2) The location is OK but not great. You can walk to the Rossio and Baixa - it'll take about 15-20 minutes and it's all downhill. Getting back to the hotel can be a little bit of a pain because you'll be going up a very steep hill if you take the subway to the Avenida stop on the blue line. If you want to avoid the hill, you'll have to transfer from the blue line to the yellow line and get off at Rato. But it's hard to blame the hotel for Lisbon being hilly. Läs mer

The hotel is nice and well located - near to historic points and business centers. Nevertheless, it is not for sure a five stars and is a bit pricy to what it delivers.

This hotel was very modern, comfortable and quiet. The indoor amenities including the pool and steam/sauna rooms were a bonus! Very clean. The only issue I had was that the closet racks were high and hard to reach if you're shorter than 5' 6. Also it would be more convenient to have more hooks in the bathroom area to hang clothes/towels. Overall […] the staff were very helpful and attentive. I enjoyed the hotel, but didn't realize that it was on a bit of a hill when I booked it. Otherwise about a 15 minute walk to the main area of Lisbon. the hotel was absolutly great from the location to the servcie and comfort.

I've stayed here three times and each room was different, the one that really made the impression was 303- corner room with views and two full size French windows with another half sized one in the WC. The breakfast was also excellent and also helpful / friendly staff.

We enjoyed our time in Lisbon. It is a beautiful city and our hotel was perfect for our needs - superbly comfortable, quiet and well designed. The staff were delightful. Would recommend it to anyone.

LOVELY HOTEL - THE HOTEL STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN - MY ONLY POINT FOR CONSIDERATION WOULD BE THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE TOUCH TO HAVE TEA AND COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES IN THE ROOM. HOWEVER I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING IT TO OTHER PEOPLE.

This boutique hotel was booked for our 20th wedding anniversary. We booked a suite but unfortunately on arrival we were told a guest had decided to stay another evening. The manager was very apologetic and promised to make it up to us. The double room we were staying in for the first night was beautiful and we were not at all disappointed. Top tip take […] your ipod to make use of the huge Ipod tower speakers. The second day while we were out the staff moved all our belongings into our suite which was huge and furnished in the same theme as our double room; very chic, cosmopolitan and very nice. During our stay every memeber of staff was pleasant, helpful and made us feel very welcome. on our final evening we entered the bar, ordered a capirinha and bacardi only to be ushered by the bar manager after he realised we were "Mr and Mrs Walker" away from the ground floor bar, into the lift and up to the fourth floor where he directed us onto the large private terraced area where the staff had laid a candle lit table for us, together with our own waiter. They had printed out a menu especially for us and treated us to a wionderful three course dinner complete with a bottle of white wine, a bottle of red wine and port to finish off. We sat on the terrace while the waiter attended to our every need as we first watched the sun go down then watch a distant lightning storm over the citys castle. It was fantastic. We didnt expect it, we didnt ask for it, nor were we asked to pay. It was just the managers way of providing wonderful customer service after the double booking and making it a moment to remember for us. This is one of those hotels that has rooms that outshine the lobby. They were really nice. Also, there is an indoor gym, with a fabulous small pool, with a fountain, both wet and dry saunas and close to main squares. A definite "yes" on this one.

Les chambres sont spacieuse, très propres et confortables. Le personnel est très aimable. Le SPA est sympa mais certains jets étaient en panne ainsi que le hammam. Le sauna est bien. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une salle de repos.

Hotel d'un grand confort très moderne dans un quartier calme mais proche des centres d'intérêt de Lisbonne. Piscine, sauna, fitness pour se détendre en fin de journée. Accueil et services très agréables, polyglottes et efficaces. Un excellent souvenir à tout point de vue.

Sjarmerende hotell med gjennomført stil. Ligger sentralt men i rolige omgivelser. 10-15 minutter å gå til "turist sentrum", men via turistinteressante gater. A pleasent stay thus we were both foodpoisoned and sick before we arriwed. Because of that we spent alot of time in the hotell, and that was not a problem. Angenehmer Aufentaltsort für Städtereise Lissabon. Zentrum/Altstadt ist mit ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof spenden eine ruhige, erholsame Nacht.

We really enjoyed our stay in the CS Vintage Hotel, the only thing they should change is the plastic sheet covering the matresses. Everything else was perfect. Especially the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff.

Chambre très propre et silencieuse, très bon acceuil.

Det var en hyggelig opplevelse å bo på dette sentrumsnære hotellet. Jeg hadde en behagelig suite med delvis utsikt over byen. Hotellet er nyrenovert, og alt fungerte veldig bra. Badene har en tendens til å bli lite private i en del moderne hotell, når badet er plassert mitt i rommet, med bare glassdører inn til toalett og dusj skal man være svært fortrolige […] med de man deler rom med. Mucho diseño y poca comodidad. Ni siquiera tenia un set de afeitado en los productos de aseo de cortesia. En el desayuno tuvimos que pedir la miel y cuando llegó el café estaba frio. Bien en insonorización.

El hotel, salvando la entrada, muy bien. La habitacion es grande y espaciosa. Los ascensores fenomenales. El restaurante muy bien, tanto de decoracion como de comida. El desayuno abundante y sin excesos. El personal, atento y muy correcto. La habitación bien en cuanto a espacio y aditamentos. El cuarto de baño, un desatre. Se ha potenciado mas el diseño […] que lo práctico. Si te metes en la ducha y cierras la puerta para que no salpique, ya no sales si no te ayudan desde fuera. La puerta se queda encajada y el tirador es tan minimo que se te escurre entre los dedos. El lavabo, un desastre: salpica por todos lados, te pones perdido y el agua llega hasta la pared de enfrente. Si te quieres afeitar, lo harás de rodillas: el enchufe lo han colocado bajo el lavabo y el cable de tu maquinilla, o del secador del pelo, no llega bien. Salvo estas contingencias, el hotel es muy recomendable y está en una zona muy tranquila y al tiempo muy céntrica. Läs mer

O Hotel é muito agradável, o pessoal é competente, o serviço de cafetaria/restaurante satisfaz bastante. Gostei de certos pormenores, como a televisão com imensas funções multimédia invulgares e que dão jeito. Espelho de aumento espectacular... acho q nunca havia usado uma coisa amaricada dessas, mas o facto é que fui para uma reunião de trabalho com […] barba mais bem feita que já havia feito. フロントの対応は非常に良かった。 ホテルマンの質は高いと思うので、厳しい評価はしたくないが・・・ まず、マクラが臭かった。腋臭のような臭い・・・ これは致命的で、最初の印象が一気に最悪になった。 眠る為の道具があれでは・・・ また、クローゼットのハンガーが、やたらに高い位置にあり、服をかけにくく、外しにくかった。 バスルームにバスタブがなく、シャワーのみだった。 シャワー室にシャンプーなどをおくことができる台がなく、床に置くしかない。バスタオルを掛けるところもない。 洗面台が浅すぎるのにラッパ状の蛇口なので、水を出すとベチャベチャになってしまった。 また、ホテルの立地は問題有りだと思う。 坂だらけのリスボンの街で、メトロの駅から離れており、上り坂の通りを何筋も上がるのはつらかった。 ホテルの […] 朝食も少々遅めの9時にレストランに向かったためか、全く何もないに近い状態だった。 5連泊するつもりだったのだが、朝食の駄目さが止めが刺す形となり、ホテルを1泊のみで移ることを決断した。 Läs mer

Hôtel plutôt bien situé pour visiter le centre de Lisboa. La qualité des chambres est très bonne, ainsi que la literie. Le personnel manque parfois de professionnalisme pour un 5*, surtout dans la maitrise de l'anglais.
