The rooms are quite clean, as well as very pretty to look at. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was wanting to stay in the rivière-du-loup area. Keep up the good work!

The Hotel is good if you are going to stay there with family. One thing I noticed that they do assist and speak in English which can become difficult if you drive around places in Riviere du loup. Although we did not use the Spa, but their services and prices seemed to be good.

This hôtel is o ver rated. No Internet connection, uncomfortable bed and head set. Frontdesk person unable to solve simple problème.

Hotel was acceptable although a tad pricey. Cobweb in the corner of room and cigarette butts outside door. Pool area was nice and had afancy fountain outside. Front desk insisted we had an ice bucket in our room but we never found it!

The hotel was central in location to the major road from the highway, easy to find. It was off the main strip but not far from major stores and ammenities. The rooms and overall impression was that of a tired hotel, I found it a bit pricey for what we got and the bed was not too comfortable but for the 1 night we needed it served it's purpose well. […] We did not eat a the attached restaurant but the menu seemed interesting, it closes at 2100 so get in early. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It was advertised as a 4 star hotel but did not live up to that expectation. Our room was located down a poorly lit hallway. The room smelled very musty. The windows could not be opened so no fresh air could get in to get rid of the smell. The decor was very dated. The outdoor pool was freezing. We stayed […] at the hotel on our way to the East Coast. The cost and size of the room were as expected, but I don't think it was worth the cost. As much as the reviews say it is an upgraded hotel, it was mainly the reception and other areas we did not spend time in. I don't think the stay was worth the price we paid. We've stayed in Riviere-du-Loup several times before and felt the value for the money was […] really the newer Quality Inn. The furniture in our room was old, old bedspread, shower tub was a jet tub, which the kids liked... But when we had a shower, the water was cold and then super hot and then cold... Not regulated. Le bain est très dangereux .pour le reste ça va .

Lors de mon séjour il y avait des construction majeurs.. Aucune mention de cela sur le site internet. Pas d'ascenseur pour l'accès au 2 ième étage ;avec les grosses valises et ma mère qui peine à se déplacer, nous aurions apprécier en être avisé.

j'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hotel avec 2 personnes agés. le bain - tourbillon à souhait, était tout à fait non recommandée pour ce type de clientèle. trop haut, impossible de s'y tenir debout pour une simple douche. à considérer quand les tourbillons ne nous intéressent nullement dans notre voyage. l'ensemble de l'hôtel n'a pas été rénové depuis […] déjà un certain temps. cet hotel possede un restaurant qui est digne de mention, le menu est plaisant a lire et la nourriture est digne d'un fin palet a un prix tres résonable. mais ce qui a retenu mon attention le plus est le service, la demoiselle et les deux jeunes hommes ont donné l'attention et conseils d'un grand restaurant.a environ 30 touriste américains et une douzaine […] de québécois avec toujours de la courtoisie et respect. félicitation et je conte y retourné por un séjour plus long. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à tous les niveaux.

Très bien situé. Très propre avec très bon service. C'est mon préféré à Rivière du Loup.

J'ai apprécié particulièrement le confort du matelas.

Très propre, personnel très serviable, chambre un peu petite mais très confortable. Je suis très satisfaite et j'y retournerais volontiers.

Chauffage de la chambre très bruyant

Ne vaut pas ces 4 étoiles, comme tous les hôtels le restaurant est dispendieux. L'internet n'est pas disponible dans la chambre, elle devais l'être dans le hall, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Bon restaurant sur place avec la possibilité d'apportez votre vin.
