Ett mer slitet och tråkigt hotell får man leta efter. Sängarna var hårda och dörren glipade. Hur det kunde klassas med "**" är obegripligt. Det enda som var högre klassat var priset exkl. frukost, förskottsbetalt 4 månader före besöket, som inte stog i proportion till bekvämligheterna. WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS BECAUSE PLUMBING WAS PLUGGED. MOTEL WAS CLOSED FOR SEASON. WE WERE ONLY CUSTOMERS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOTEL TO FREQUENT TRAVELERS.

This property appears to have been constructed in the mid-1960's and has long since seen its best days. We made reservations off the internet and its location to Jackson is appealing but the photos are deceptive. The entire property is in sad condition with obviously deferred maintenance issues. older property. 1950's motor inn style. Room and furnishings were old and outdated, stained carpet, hard beds, but was a good budget motel for a first night in town before a backpacking trip. Bar on property was a nice feature.

This motel is a little run-down - it has definitely seen better days. In addition, it sits right on a highway and thus there is a lot of traffic noise at night. With all of the rooms opening onto a shared breezeway, the hotel is very loud as people come and go at all hours. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear the conversation next door in detail. The light from the next room even comes through at the ceiling/wall junction. There were no mattress pads on the beds, just sheets. A little icky there.

What a DUMP! Registration clerk was very rude, the room was a disaster, and housekeeping did not service the room. When asked about housekeeping, the office clerk said "sorry about that. First of all, the furnace did not work when we got there at 11:00 at night. Could not call for service. We got dripped on in the bathroom from the room up above us.But the worst thing of all is the attitude toward accommodating for disabilities. My mother is 85 years old and it is very painful for her to walk. There are 2 handicapped parking that is […] very faded and everyone ignores next to the rooms. In the 3 nights we stayed there, we were unable to park in either of them. As I was checking out, I questioned this problem. (I would have addressed it sooner but we were never there when the office was open.) I was told that they are only required to have 1 posted handicapped space. He pointed out to me that the 1 space was across from the office, not by the rooms. That space was filled with a truck that did not have a handicapped permit. I pointed this out to him. Within 5 minutes, someone came out FROM THE OFFICE and moved the truck around to the back of the office. He dismissed the question of why there are faded handicapped painted spaces by the rooms and only 1 that is signed and that is away from the rooms. I was given serious attitude that was unacceptable. He was very flippant and stated that they are not wheelchair accessible because they were built before the law. I let him know that my papers stated "accessible path of travel". First time I have stayed at a motel and when the maid serviced the room, the trash can liner was left hanging over the edge of the trash can and the towels were left in a stack on the counter instead of being hung up. I was very dissappointed in this hotel. There was no parking, the balcony had holes in it, drain in the bathroom sink had no plug. It was old and very outdated and i would not stay here again.

Jackson Hole is a pricey area so I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid and that's what I got - not much. The clerk was not helpful, didn't speak to me at all except to ask me to fill out the registration slip. The room was pretty clean but kind of run down. This was an adequate place to sleep after a long hike, but we had child shower, broken microwave, clogged tub drain and no view.

Inexpensive place to stay overnight for my flight out the next morning, but should have been even less. Certainly not the highlight of my 10 day vacation. Could not find ice, if it existed, room not as clean as I would like (bathroom). Staff standoffish. Whole place could use face-lift in and out. I would not stay here again.

Although clean, the room decor was very old and needed to be updated. Rugs were stained. Ugly brown paneling. Sink faucets were put on backwards. Some of the lights did not work. I could have overlooked the filthy carpet and the lumpy mattress with no mattress cover and bottom sheet that wouldn't stay on, but, no coffee maker in the room and having to wait until motel management brewed a cup at 8:00 -- that was the last straw!

Found old food in refrigerator. Low, uncomfortable chair (only 1) for table. Gap in door to let in cold air and maybe bugs. Facility seemed old and not well kept up. Only one broked hanger in the room. We would NOT recommend any friends to stay there - EVER!

The room seemed clean but small and dark. It had paneling. The bathroom was tiny. In general it seemed very old, clean, and not recently updated.

The motel was located in a good spot; close to downtown Jackson Hole and within 30 minutes one could be at the entrance to the Grand Teton National Park. Pretty bad experience. The motel is not well maintained. Carpet was wet near the air conditioner, cracks in the wall, hard to close bathroom door, sticky carpets, holes in the sheets and blankets. The room was not as bad as other reviewers had stated. We had no problems with noise. Parts of the bathroom were newer than other parts of the room. The floor was uneven under the carpet, but the carpet seemed fairly new. Couldn't open the fridge door all the way because it hit a bump in the floor. Room was clean and that was the most important. Dark, dingy, and outdated. Beds uncomfortable. Towels threadbare and skimpy. Door lock is old key type with too little security. It is way overpriced, even for a resort town.

This motel is still in the 1950s. When we checked in, the front desk clerk almost could not be bothered to give us the key to our room. The key to the room almost did not work and had to be really forced to open the door. Once the door was open, it was apparent that the reason for this was that someone in the past had evidently kicked in the door just […] to get it open and the door and lock had not been properly repaired. The water in the bathroom ran all night long. The air conditioner would not shut off automatically once the desired temperature had been met. No coffee service in the room. No modern electrical outlets, there were extension cords everywhere. If the tv was on, the refrigerator did not work. If the refrigerator was working, the microwave did not work. The connecting door to the next room did not properly lock. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, I certainly regreted having booked this motel. Had I not already put the charge on my credit card, I would have gone elsewhere. I do quite a bit of travelling and have stayed on some really great motels but this is definitely off my list.
