Bodde på hotellet en vecka, riktigt bra! Nära till de roliga kvarteren. Gångavstånd till Central Park. Bra service och nya fräscha rum. Hotellets frukost är bra men dyr, vi rekommenderar Star Bucks på andra sidan gatan. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Cassa Hotel and Resodence.

Sängen var underbar och rummet var härligt isolerat mot ljud och värme. Dusch var över förväntan! Läget var jättebra, nära till allt.

Vi bodde i ett deluxerum och saknade ingenting. Hotellet ligger nära det mesta och servicen var trevlig.

A fresh, new hotel perfectly located in NY artery. Friendly, professional service. Tidy. Fast elevators. Breakfast on the balcony on the tenth floor. An excellent choice!

Trevligt hotell med mysiga rum, dock något små. Vårt rum vätte mot en innergård med obefintlig utsikt och därmed ganska mörkt. Ingen katastrof då man inte sitter inne på rummet. Fördelen att man inte störs av någon trafik. Trevlig personal! Skulle välja Cassa hotell vid nästa besök.

Bilderna visar ett lyxhotell men det är mest ögongodis, när du väl går till baren är det ett bord i ett litet tomt rum, frukosten likaså. När jag var där fungerade bara en av hissarna och det tog ibland en tjugo minuter att komma ner till lobbyn. Städningen var sporadisk, dvs man visste inte när de skulle städa, ibland på morgonen ibland inte förrän […] sex på kvällen. Det här är ett trestjärnigt hotell för mig och bör kosta som ett sådant, då hade man varit jättenöjd! Läs mer

Me and my wife come to New York from Sweden. We wanted a hotell in Midtown and this hotel was absolutely in a perfect area, close to Times Square and subway. It also was very quite in the night even though we had a window to the W 45th Street. The room was clean and nice, comfortable beds. we did not need to have the AC on, maybe it was litle sound […] from it. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I could absolutely stay here again or recomend it to other. Easy to get some breakfast in the morning in nearby cafe. Läs mer

Bra hotell med utmärkt service och trevligt rum. Lite bullrig luftkonditionering, men vi hade rum mot gården så det var ganska tyst. Fantastiskt bra läge. Ok frukostrestaurang.

Really nice, quiet hotel close to Grand Central Station and Times Square. It´s trendy och clean, and the staff was very helpful. I can recommend staying here if you want to stay in Midtown.

Ett nybyggt hotell på manhattan. Fina fräscha rum, trevlig personal med känsla för service! Läget är perfekt - nära till time sqare där subway och centralstation för flygbussar finns. Även gångavstånd till central park, empaire state building, rockefeller center och bra shopping ex Macy´s. Frukost serveras inte men det finns gott om frukosterbjudande […] på olika ställen i närheten, starbucks mittemot, och litet kylskåp på rummet. Strykgärn och AC på rummet är också ett stort plus. Hotel is central to anything you want. Plays, restraints, times square, central park Re all within short walks. Hotel staff is very helpful, beds are comfortable and bathrooms large and bright. Can't think of a better place to stay!

Great price and location - not alot of amenities, but who needs that in NY - you have the whole city to explore!

We stayed for 5 nights in deluxe queen room and we were very happy with everything really. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk, clean room, 40 inch HD TV with good channels and comfortable bed. Not the largest room but it was enough for two of us - we are talking New York here - one block from Times Square. The room and corridor upstairs were very clean and exceptionally quiet. For staying in midtown and facing 45 St, I have never been in such a quiet hotel room. Rarely heard any noise from inside or outside the building. The room was very attractive and spacious for NYC standards but not nearly as large as the hotel claims the rooms to be. I had reserved […] a Deluxe Queen room but was upgraded at check-in to a Deluxe King on the 14th floor. I measured the room: about 275 sq ft for bedroom and 45-50 sq ft for bathroom. Spacious for NYC standards but perhaps not so large for 4-star NYC hotels. The bigger problem was lack of storage space (hanging and drawers)--tight for one person, absurd for two people. It is fine for a short 1-2 night stay with just a few belongings. Problem could easily be remedied as there is ample room for placing more storage units. Lighting in room is a little lacking too (more mood lighting than work lighting) although room had good natural light from the large windows. The staff encountered during 2-night stay were all very friendly and helpful. If I were paying full rate for this hotel I might consider other properties which offer more services and/or space. One of the best hotels I've stayed in NYC in a long time but typically I reserve 3 or 3.5 star hotels. The opening of BLT restaurant should be a plus for the property. Läs mer

This is a good hotel in great location for the sights (halfway between Times Square and Grand Central) and access to subway stations. The rooms are very small for the price and there are limited facilities in the hotel, but it's absolutely fine if you're out and about for most of the day anyway.

Although the restaurant was under construction, this is the most comfortable, quiet NYC hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is just a couple of blocks from both Grand Central Terminal and Times Square. Bed was amazingly comfortable, even for two people and the neighborhood very safe.

My stay at Cassa was very nice! Great front desk service. Excellent location. Excited about renovation of restaurant & look forward to going back there when it opens. No exhaust fan in bath is only complaint. Great place to stay in the city!

Rooms are tiny, hardly enough space to open a suitcase. But this is NYC. Clean, modern and great staff.

Be aware this hotel does not have to many double beds rooms.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of New York. This hotel represents excellent value for money, particularly when its location is considered. It is situated close to time square, and in between The Rock and Empire States. We managed to cover all New York sites in two days mainly on foot from this hotel. The final locations, 9/11, Statue of Liberty, Wall […] Street and Brooklyn Bridge (Lower Manhatten) are easily accessed from the subways located close to the hotel. I all using this hotel is is possible to do all major sites with great ease and on a budget. The rooms are well equipped and furnished, a restaurant located on the 10th floor and no shortage of other dining options to suit all budgets withing spitting distance of the hotel. Amazing place and a great night sleep, in tranquil rooms. A must for anyone planning on visiting New York. Läs mer

Extremely friendly and accomodating staff, beautiful and very clean rooms. I was very impressed and happy with my stay, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was in great condition with a modern feel and clean! But better than that was the customer service. Really top notch. Entire staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Excellent. Super convenient to Theater District,

Good location, between bryant park and rockefeller center. Walking distance from times square. We had our room upgraded so can't talk about standard room. Room size was new york average with reasonably sized bed. Very little noice, our room was in 7th floor, street is quite quiet. I would recommend herald square location for shoppers. It was my first time in New York and I had the pleasure to stay in this hotel. I love how clean and comfortable my room was, everyone was so attentive on what I need and always helpful in the last minute changes. I needed a last minute hotel and stumbled upon Cassa. I enjoyed my stay and the room was nice. Larger TV than most other similarly priced NYC rooms I have stayed in. Would stay again for the right price.

The guest services is probably the one thing that needs any work at all, it's small and waiting can bother some. The concierge was never around when I walked by his desk, multiple times through out the 3 days we were staying. The rooms, very modern and fully furnished. Just prepare to pay for some treats if you choose to eat from their stash. Big tv, […] guessing over 46 inches. Beds pillows and comforters, excellent as far as comfort. Shower is nice and large, well capable of having 2 people. Would stay here again, and would refer it to anyone asking to stay in NYC. Only a couple block walk to anything you want. Läs mer

The room was small but very comfortable andy clean. The rainshower showerhead was an enjoyable surprise in the good sized bathroom. Location was most convenient. We'll stay here again.

We may have hit the hotel on a bad weekend - but it certainly WAS a bad weekend. They're renovating their restaurant and the smell of paint and/or polyurethane was overwhelming through much of the day. (They were inundated with complaints and, by evening, it had improved.) At 3:00 am, our thermostat began making a loud clicking noise and a repairman […] came up 15 minutes later to fix it. Then, at 6:30 am, we were woken by a very loud screeching noise coming from the water pipes. We again had to call the front desk, who said they'd send someone up; but the noises continued periodically throughout the morning. Upon checkout, we were asked about our experience and said it was one of the worst experiences we've had in a long time. We were told a manager would contact us to discuss our stay, but no further contact was made. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location - but the lack of follow-up or even moderate level of sympathy/interest from the management has perhaps been the most disappointing aspect of the stay. Of all the NY-hotels i have stayed at, this is definitely the best. Great service, the staff did always welcome us with a big smile. Small hotell means more personal!

A nice, new hotel at an excelent location. We got a really good deal w/ hotels.com and then we got a upgrade from hotel. So, all in all just positive experience!

The room was NYC size, but very clean and updated...bathroom was great. Hotel's location was perfect, concierge service was very helpful. We will stay again!

Very good hotel.

This was perfect for personal business travel! Gym was great! Showers are awesome. This is not the hotel to stay in if you play on staying in the hotel with another person. But who does that anyway when they're going to NYC???

the rooms were very good. the down side was the lack of restaurant and bar. i believe a restaurant is planned in the future
