Tyckte det var riktigt bra. Fint område med goda förbindelser. Tio minuter promenad och tio minuter tunnelbana så är man på 42:à gatan

Mycket nöjd. Snygg inredning och rent. Inga vägglöss :-) Väldigt bra och trevligt läge nära tunnelbanestationer och någon minuts promenad till central park. Mycket sköna sängar och kuddar. Personalen var mycket glad och hjälpsam och gav oss gärna tips och information om stan vid fråga. Vi förstod oss först inte på varmvattnet, men det visade sig att det måste saknas cirkulation i ledningarna så vi fick spola ett tag - sedan kom värmen.

"Hotel Element - ett toppenhotell med toppenläge"
Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse under de 6 nätter vi var där. Personalen var trevlig, rummen rena, den fria frukosten helt ok, Rummet betalade vi lite extra för vid bokning för att få utsikt och det var det väl värt för den var fantastisk. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till detta Hotel igen. Väldigt bra hotell. Fräsch men ändå prisvärt, Bra läge, nära till times square, broadway, madison square garden, shopping, tunnelbana etc. En överraskning när vi kom dit var att frukost ingick som även den var väldigt bra. Rummen var fräscha, rena och stora. Bra service och trevlig personal. Utan att vara total överprissatt.

Kunde inte vara mer nöjd med hotellvalet för vårt första besök i New York! Mycket prisvärt, trevligt läge och en mer än ok inkluderad frukost vilket inte är vanligt i den stan. Det enda vi har att anmärka på är att vi inte fick checka in enligt utsatt tid. Fick vänta en timme, och det var en dag när regnet öste ner och vi var genomblöta. Ingen service vid det tillfället, bara återkomma om en kvart som blev ännu en kvart osv.

Hotellet var väldigt fint, jobbigt dock att man bara hade 2 hissar som fungerade, detta kunde göra att det tog väldigt lång tid innan man kom med. Sen vare personalen lite oengagerad, annars var allt fint, rummen fina, bra inredning och skön dusch.

Frukost som var helt ok, dock inte den som söker hälsokost. Hotellet bjöd på dryck och tilltugg. Mycket nöjda.

Hotellrummen hade allt man kunde önska: strykjärn, kylskåp, porslin, kaffe, bra tv och sköna sängar. Fräscht gym fanns i källaren och personalen var trevlig. Frukosten som ingick var väl inte direkt på samma nivå som en svensk frukost, men helt ok. Rekommenderar verkligen!
"Elements - över förväntan"
Vi fick ett jättebra första intryck då vi vid incheckning blev uppbumpade från tredje våning till 25e, utan extra kostnad vilket gav en fantastisk utsikt över staden. Hotellet var rent och fräscht med trevlig personal. Det ligger väldigt nära time square, men inte så nära att man stör sig på ljus och ljud därifrån.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small but have everything you need. Extremely well located for Time Square and Macy's. Great having a dishwasher in your room. Your room is constantly top up with coffee. Housekeeping is also non invasive.

Great view from the 36th floor, including the Empire State Bldg. The room had everything we needed and was clean; looked like the website photo. We arrived at 4 am and had no problems checking in. We tended to be out late at night, so we interacted most with the overnight staff who were helpful and fun. Didn't have any worries about walking the neighborhood […] at night. The hotel is great- I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Staff is friendly and professional. Just don't go strolling around for a quaint restaurant- nothing but chain food up there.....

It was an excellent experience. The registration desk is small and the lobby is somewhat frayed. However, the room was large and excellently maintained. The view of the city was stunning. The roof top deck is great. The breakfast was good, as was the wine hour.

"In the heart of New York City"
I enjoyed every minute of my stay at The Element Hotel. The staff is super-terrific! The room was lovely and the view was spectacular! Breakfast was included and they served complimentary beer and wine in the early evening from Monday to Thursday. Great value for the price!

I was literally waiting for someone to screw something up but really nothing happened. Great hotel! You can't go wrong here being just a couple blocks from the heart of Times Square. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were a bit small but this is typical for New York. Otherwise very clean and comfortable room and we would recommend this hotel. I can't say enough good things about this hotel ! The room was perfect. Big bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The room had a desk and as a huge bonus a kitchenette! "All the essential Elements for a big apple visit"
The Element Hotel in west 39th street is located in a quiet street right in the centre of Manhattan. It is a stone's throw away from Times Square and very close to Penn Station, The Empire State Building sub-way stations and all other mid-town attractions. We enjoyed the hearty breakfasts and coffee to go which set us up for long days of sight seeing […] and walking. HUGE* by NYC standards. This hotel is a block from the subway and was a fantastic value given the size, amenities (including fully stocked kitchenette) and feel. We had a great view on the 36th floor. The only real drawback is the wait for the elevator. The elevators move fast, but leave yourself extra time around checkout and breakfast times. Fuggidabout rude New Yorkers - none of them work at this hotel. The service staff was wonderful - kind, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and very efficiently laid out. We loved the gleaming white bedding and the two head shower. We would stay here again! And included breakfast and wifi: a great bargain.

I have stayed in nyc twice before stayin here. I stayed in a well known hotel and was quite unhappy. The Element made our time in nyc sooo much better. I will never stay anywhere else in nyc besides here. Lovely clean room(cleaned daily)...big bed., lovely sheets..flat screen tv and massive shower. One block from times square its at the centre OF EVERYTHING! […] We checked-in in appox 30secs! The staff are the MOST friendly, professional and kindest I'VE EVER experienced and I've travelled many places all over the world. They go above and beyond their job duties to ensure your stay is a great one... and helped my friend and I on many quiries we had and did so with such grace and willingness. Free breakfast (buffet) is included in the price and free tea/coffee all day along with free wi-fi, comp area and gym!! I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to stay here. My only negative is it doesnt have room service...but seriously..you're in nyc walk ten sec's and you can find any food restaurant. (Or bring food back and cook it in your kitchen!) "Perfect choice for NYC"
Great, clean, comfortable hotel! This fairly new hotel was a welcome retreat after sightseeing each day. The rooms were very nice and clean and included a kitchenette. It's within 3 blocks of Times Sq and a block from the Subway. We will definitely stay here again when we return!
"Very friendly staff"
Very friendy staff, very comfortable bed, room serviced very well. The lobby area is quite small and area is quite hectic in the morning due to this. They had issues with the lifts when we were there. On the whole though a very enjoyable stay due to a very nice comfortable room and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

with 40 floors you need more then 3 elevators . also the elevators are shared with the housekeeping and maintenance staff which put you down to 2 elevators for the guest.i waited a long time most of the time for the elevators...which is unexceptable. if i wasn't 24 floors up i would of taken the stairs....this issue needs to be addressed...everything […] else was great Läs mer

I stayed at this hotel for business so the proximity to Times Square wasn't a factor for me, but it is just around the corner making it convenient for tourists. The staff was very warm and helpful, and helped to enrich the stay. The free wi-fi, breakfast and receptions during the evening were also an unexpected surprise, which saved me both time and […] money on extra services, dining, etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable with zero reports or evidence of bed bugs (which is a huge concern for me).
