Ett nytt fräscht hotell i början av Harlem. Vänlig o hjälpsam personal, närområdet var intressant, med bra restaurang och teater inom gångavstånd. Ett möte mellan kulturer.

Okej hotell med moderna rum. Läget i Harlem gör att totalbetyget blir medel, men A/D express subway gör resan downtown enkel och bekväm.

Bra läge i Harlem med buss nr 10 utanför hotellet ner mot central Park och express-subway 4 minuters gångväg ifrån. Mycket bra service från receptionen och ett något annorlunda frukostkoncept än vanligt. Vi hittade 4 mycket bra restauranger inom gångavstånd. Tre intill varandra Red Roaster, Silvias och en fransk. We have been staying at this hotel over the past two years or so....at first it was a pleasure to find such a place in Harlem....now it's up keep is not up to the mark...the cushions/sofas In th lobby are worn and not clean....nor are the hotel corridors.....our room was facing a noisey street.....no fault of the hotel but they could have assigned a […] room on a higher floor or in the back....unlikely we will go back Läs mer

Aloft always offers a unique hotel experience and this one didn't disappoint. Contemporary and comfortable. Easy access to city transportation and great Harlem flavor.

Overall the A-Loft was excellent. The rooms were clean and the service was great. The lounge and bar area transforms into a community night club over the weekends; which was not a fit for me however, you could not hear the music once in your room.Getting a YELLOW taxi was a MAJOR challenge in Harlem.

The room was small as to be expected but the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nice and modern and the shower was awesome. Close to subway and only 15 minutes to downtown manhattan. If your looking for a clean and affordable hotel at a reasonable price, its worth it.

Loved our stay at the Aloft Harlem. The decor is fun and funky, there is a candy bar in the lobby, beds were comfy, good sized bathrooms for NY. Staff was friendly and attentive and the bar made a mean martini. Highly recommended.

was extremely disappointed by the level of the noise in the lobby which lasted until 2 am. it is a club scene in the lobby every friday and saturday night and although i was on the 6th floor, the noise was intolerable. i called to the lobby but no one picked up. I put on my clothes and went down to the lobby at 1 :45 and asked for the manager. the security […] guard said that even he would stay there on weekends. the manager wanted to know why i did not say anything earlier. I explained to her that i had called down to the lobby and no one picked up and i understand why, for the phone ring could not be heard given then chaos of the music. i can not in anyway recommend to my friends that they stay there on friday or saturday nights. This hotel was great. I picked it for the location because of a business trip in Harlem. It was very hip and modern, super clean, and it had a great bar to boot. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff - outstanding, friendly. The hotel feels secure and safe. We walked to public transit. There are stores nearby if you need anything. I will stay here for all my future visits to NYC.

Not a bad rate, but also not in downtown or midtown. Located in Upper West Side (Harlem) and therefore value for money. About 700 feet from subway station (125th street blue line) going downtown and to JFK. Design hotel with nice features. Free complementary coffee and tea, snacks available upon request. I would have like to be able to buy breakfast […] (fresh rolls, jelly, croissants, danish) here since there is no restaurant nearby so we ended up going to midtown/downtown and eat our breakfast there, but that is a 30 minute trip walking+subway. I enjoyed Aloft and definitely would stay there again. Friendly staff, great size room for price and good amenities. I enjoyed the location being in Harlem; great energy on the streets, easy access to subway, some incredible architecture in the neighborhood and great history everywhere you walk. I stayed at the Aloft Harlem during the Feb snow storm. I had a speaking engagement at Columbia and as a female traveling on my own. I wanted to be sure that I stayed somewhere safe. Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to Columbia, and very close to metro stations for the red, blue and orange lines. Given their food options, and their location […] within 2 blocks from 125th street, I could find all I needed without having to venture too far in the snow. Particularly liked large walk-in showers, big windows (yet very quiet) and comfortable beds. About one block away from 125th street subway station (A train express is one stop to 59th street, local trains one or […] two stops to Upper West Side sites like the natural history museum) and very close to top Harlem restaurants and Jazz clubs like Red Rooster, Apollo Theatre, Chez Lucienne, Sylvia's, as well as a shortish walk (10-20 mins) to central park. Walked in and instantly felt good vibes from everyone who was in their. My room was way more then what I had expected if your looking at the hotel I strongly suggest you get a room you won't be disappointed.

I have travelled all over the world and rarely have I encountered a more friendly and helpful staff. We were visiting our son in a upper west side of New York. The Hotel is located in a nice area of Harlem with plenty of restaurants around. The subway at 125Th street is has an express train to 59th street so all of New York is close by. The hotel is newer, the rooms are modern and nicely sized. Room was small but well decorated and uber chic - no waste of space. Even the iron/ironing board was tucked away nicely. View wasn't awesome. Room faced other buildings but that was probably due to cheaper online booking rate. Had Wifi, mini-fridge, complimentary bottled water, tea & coffee. Room was spotless. Sheets & towels were pure white (a BIG […] deal for me). I'm a light sleeper so the loud heater was sorta bothersome. But the only noise was from another guest being loud and slamming a door. The staff always greeted us which showed they appreciate your business and maintain the Starwood-W Hotel standard. There's street parking if you can find it but we parked in a garage a block away. Overnight cost was $16. Great location. Express A train's 3 blocks away & you're downtown in less than 20 minutes. Yes, Harlem is an "urban" neighborhood but the location itself doesn't warrant fear. There's a police station right across the street so I never felt unsafe. And where safety is concerned, it's usually more about using common sense anyway. No upscale restaurants nearby but plenty of street food vendors if you want authentic NY style outdoor dining. Also also tons of shopping near the heart of 125th Street. Overall I was very pleased based on the price paid for the amenities received. Would definitely stay here again. Läs mer

The hotel was very modern! It was clean and great space for a New York hotel! Excellent location in Harlem! Right across from NYPD! Safe! Parked mini van down the street for $20 over night! Hotel parking was $55!
