We had a very nice stay at the Comfort Inn. It was close to the casino and close to the highway. The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again, when we come down to go to the casino.

"Close to all activities"
After a shaky start in which the key did not work, we were given 2 rooms with a single king size bed and we had reserved 2 queen beds, and the refrigerator was unplugged, all went well and we were very comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was king size and very cozy for my husband and I. I slept great, which is hard for me to do away from home. Very clean with modern amentities. We went on a wine trail tour through Fruitful Vine Tours and they picked us up directly across the street at the Holiday Inn, which was great because we didn't have […] to worry about driving anywhere after visiting and tasting all the wines. So great location for that!The only sour note was a situation that occured during the continental breakfast. A teenage girl went to get OJ out of the machine while the manager/owner was cleaning up the breakfast food for the day and he snapped at her and said it was closed...which it clearly was not a big deal for this girl to get a little orange juice while he was packing up the other things...it was very strange, but other than that I'd go back. Very comfortable, new hotel. Friendly staff.
Nice new hotel, great rooms, ask for one in back, overlooks woodsy area and not a parking lot...small pool but otherwise clean and quiet!!! Will stay again!!

My stay here was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

"hidden fees"
i booked a room thru hotels.com and nowhere on the booking information screen was there any pet fees, much to my surprise i was charged a 27.00 fee for my dog. I voiced my concern with two staff members and asked the manager to call me about my other issues and no one has contacted me it has been several days.

This is a newly opened Inn, but little things marred my impression of the hotel: the battery compartment cover for the alarm clock was missing, I could not find a remote for the TV, the pool was very small, the in room coffee supplied was for an individual serving coffee maker, but the coffee maker was the carafe style. "Comfort Inn"
The man at the desk when I went to check in; spoke very little english, was rude, made no eye contact and was not accomadating in any way. I also observed him this way with other people. Very poor customer service!!! He put me in a horrible mood as soon as I got into town. What a shame to be put in such a bad mood in such a beautiful town like New […] Buffalo. The hotel is brand new. The owner, and staff did everything they could to accomodate us. They saw me looking for coffee late at night, and hurried to put on fresh for me. The hotel is a very short drive to the water, shops and public beach. This hotel was great! I was in town for a wedding, and this was much cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express across the street. The hotel is brand new, very clean, comfortable, has a pool, breakfast, etc. Perfect for what we needed.
