Excellent hotel on the whole. Great location for exploring the capital. Breakfasts were fantastic. Only slight mark against would be the bathroom in our room. Great location right in the middle of the city. Short walk to many great sights, restaurants and commuter train stop at plaza del sol. Easy airport transit. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 5th floor with exposed beam ceilings and a nice rooftop view from the window.

Modern hotel in a great location. Walking distance to all the main sights and even though the hotel is in a busy part of the city, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. When we checked in we found our room had two twin beds just placed next to each other even though we had ordered a double bed. at Plaza Santana, one of Madrids hot spots for day and night life, less than 1000m from the three main museums, three blocks to plaza mayor etc. very nice rooms, no noise at all and excellent service. My only negative point is that the charge you for late check out 15 euros an hour up to six hours, and a full day for more than six. Everyone from the moment we arrived was friendly and attentive. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful and immaculate. We stayed on the top floor with the beautiful wood beam ceilings and an internal view to the courtyard and the church. It was lovely. This is a very nice hotel, great location, Close to the Prado, the Palace, Reina Sophia and Plaza del Sol, Mercado San Miguel. The staff was very helpful. Our stay was perfect.

Excellent. Two blocks away from Puerta del Sol and three from the Plaza Mayor.

The hotel is adjacent to the Plaza Santa Ana, right next door to several tapas bars and restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean, with excellent toiletries (Bulgari!), robes, slippers, and a rain shower. The location is great, the service was fabulous and the quality of the room was exceptional. The cleanest hotel I have every stayed at in Europe. My highest recommendation.

Very comfortable hotel, conveniently located. Short walk to Palace and Museums. Lots of restaurents all around to pick from, Midsize hotel -rooms had all amenties of a larger hotel- just not as formal Helpful staff would rate as an excellent 4 star hotel not 5 star

The hotel is very close to Plaza Santa Ana and within a couple minutes to the Anton Martin Metro station. Sol station is also just 5 minutes away. Mooi en prettig hotel. Vooral de gerestaureerde kelders zijn indrukwekkend. De ontvangst was erg zakelijk en zou wat vriendelijker mogen. Incheck duurde ook vrij lang, terwijl de meest gegevens toch al bekend waren.

Nice to have a ballet parking, after driving narrow streets to get to the point. My room, faced inside patio was100% silent from any noise. Not roomy, but comfortable for every aspects. After check in, any thing I wanted to do were within 200 M walk. Bars with Iberico ham, flamenco house, restaurants, and shops, or a metro station. Drive 30 min. next […] morning to the airport. Sehr gute lage für Nachtschwärmer. Leider viel zu laut für Business Reisende die einfach nur schlafen wollen.

Personalet er 100% service orienteret. Hotellet havde begået en mindre fejl med bookingen, som blev løst øjeblikkeligt. Ingen diskussioner. Ingen dårlig start på ferien. Hotellet er det perfekte udgangspunkt for en storby ferie og samtidig ideel hvis man ønsker at opleve mere af Madrid end de sædvanelige turist attraktioner. Det bliver ikke meget mere […] centralt. Masser af gode tapas barer lige uden for døren. Metro inden for 5 min gang. Ingen spildtid med transport. Vi kunne koncentrere os fuldt ud om ferien. Läs mer

Very stylish, classy hotel that gives you a five star feeling. The hotel offers a fantastic pampering meny where you can choose type of pillow, scented candles, bath salts etc. (I don`t know whether this is offered on every room, though, as we chose to upgrade our room). The only thing I`d like to comment on is the mattresses, we thought they were too hard. We also thought that a five star hotel should have an ice cube machine in the house. Excellent établissement. Situation parfaite au coeur de Madrid. Gare ferrovaire, musées, lieux touristiques majeurs, tout est accessible à pied en 15 minutes maximum. Tolle,zentrale Lage.Schönes Entree, Zimmer unter dem Dach recht stylisch,vielleicht etwas beengt durch Dachschräge.Frühstück perfekt,ohne Stress, Sonntags sogar bis 11:30. Warme Speisen wurden serviert. Aufmerksames Personal. Auch im dazugehörigen Lokal kann man gut essen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal super freundlich + aufmerksam, sehr gutes Frühstück aber teuer, Achtung Zimmer zur Calle Atocha sehr laut.
