Hotell Condo Gardens Leuven - Leuven

Jag tycker att det är ett bra lägenhetshotell som ligger på bra avstånd fr tågstationen samt bra avstånd fr centrum. Mamma och jag bodde på samma hotell i nov 2011 så det var därför som jag visste om hotellet. Rekommenderas med varm hand.

I was in Leuven part for business and part for leisure and it was booked about 3 days before I left, so everything else was prohibitively expensive. Condo gardens is not a hotel, it is students' accomodation. The reception is in the morning and the afternoon with a large gap in the day when it is unattended. It was fine for me but it may not be for […] others. Leuven is small and by and large safe so even though the neighbourhood looks like it was constantly in a backlane of something else, it was actually fine. Just around the corner from bus stops that takes you to the station and probably buses into town - although I only learnt one bus route because of language barriers. If you can, stay closer to the city centre. But it will be more expensive. Overall, I wasn't expecting much, I didn't need to be in my hotel room much because of work in the day and eating out at night. So, it was fine for me. Basic furnishing, a little dark, heater works well but takes some time to warm up the rather large room and the bed is placed in the far corner. Clean but basic. Wifi - the free wifi is VERY slow and I dropped out constantly. This forces you to pay for more expensive and high speed wifi which I understand worked well. Läs mer

I personally find the hotel ok since it is on my way back to Bonn Germany and its proximity to Brussels was quite nice as well. Apart from that I will recommend it to anyone.

First impression was "Damn", unfortunately in a negative way. The reception is only open from 8-11 and then again from 16-20. Refusing to pay an extra fee to make them open before 16 I waited. When the reception opened, the service was fast and helpful. The room itself was what you could expect. Small, but with everything you could need. Freezing cold, […] the windows seamed to let in some cold air, but the electric heater fixed it fast. First I though there was no light in the bathroom, which was not the case! The light had to be turned on, on the mirrow-cabinet in the furtherst corner. The shower never really got warm, but it was survivable. The free internet they provide is slow! Really slow! But for writing an email or two, it was okay. Since they also provide faster internet for an extra fee. All in all, I would stay there again! Läs mer

This is a condo, not a hotel. No one is coming around to change your sheets and so on but if you are ok with that you can have a pretty comfortable place to stay at an attractive rate. It's about 15 minutes walk to the center of old Leuven and about the same to the train station. My room was quiet and comfortable, I would definitely stay again.

Plan your food shopping and all will be well.

Very nice room with everything you'd need. Ideal for short visits but also longer visits to Leuven. The room was clean. The only drawback was that there was no light in the bathroom.

Toilet had an issue when I checked in, but staff was in my room to correct the issue almost immediately. Great staff and very clean rooms with all the finishings needed to prepare food in the room for the budget conscious traveler. First stay was good. Second stay was horrible. Romm stunk like sewage, dishes were not clean, hair on the towel. In a nut shell, if sewage was fixed, if the cleaning crew would do a better job the plce would be great, real quiet, cheap, and close to train and lots of great restaurent. El apartamento era muy amplio y cómodo, para dos personas de sobra. Cocina bastante bien equipada. Como inconveniente, tanto el baño como el salón tenían poca luz. El horario de recepción es algo extraño pero el recepcionista es simpático y trata de resolver cualquier problema que surja, además de hablar español.

Godt hotel til prisen. Små, men gode værelser med det man kan forvente. Ligger godt i forhold til centrum og til togstation/busforbindelser. Gammel stil og lidt uheldig kloaklugt fra badeværelset, men ellers rigtig fint. venlig og hjælpsom betjening
