We stayed 1 nitght in a standard room on the 5th floor, we could not sleep at night, extremely noisy road, room windows were hardly soundproof. However location was great and it's really good value for money.

Near JB City Square, good access to street food and shopping mall. Room is clean, however, the safe cant be used. Buffet spread has some variety, but most of the dishes were abit plain.

Very unhappy as the room was not properly clean, Ants were crawling on the bed and had to change bed sheet and eventually change room in the middle of the night. Used sanitary pad under the bed. As usual, we enjoyed our stay @.citrus hotel. The only hiccup is dat there's only 1 pillow p/person & the pillow is so soft dat I dun enjoy a gd night sleep. Our room was "standard", small, reasonably comfortable but NO fridge which is a must in tropical areas. Staff always friendly and tried their best to assist. WiFi was down for the full three night stay. Breakfast was buffet offering both Asian and western selections; and there was plenty. Restaurant staff very accommodating.

although we only stayed one night, we found the hotel very noisy from street noise even though we were on the 5th floor. The room was dirty with hair left in the bathroom and, more worryingly, IN the bed between the sheets Doubt we would choose this hotel again

I had been staying in this hotel for 2 ocassions n I will be back for more when I go in johor again. Staffs are nice n polite. Lobby is small but beautiful. Rooms are clean too.

The hotel is ideally located in the town centre and easily accessible to most of the shopping outlets. It is ideal for travellers using public transport but not for those travelling using their own cars as the hotel do not provide parking space. Suitable stay for couples but not for families.

The hotel was located near JB Sentral, which is quite convenient for going around Johor Baru and to Singapore. However, the elevator was way too small. The room had no fridge, no toothbrush, no comb no hair dryer, no nothing ! It was quite small but acceptable. Many restaurants are located outside, so you will not be dissapointed with the food.

A rather satisfy stay, The location is very convenient as it is just beside the city square and the custom. Access to Sg is easy and there is a number of minimart and food stall even at night. We stayed in a standard room with no windows. There was a bit of a weird smell in the room and part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. The safe did not work as the batteries were leaking and we had trouble with the keycard to get into the room. It is close to City Square and JB Sentral but would stay in better nearby hotels if ever going […] to Johor Bahru again. Also, the taxi driver organised by the hotel to get us to the airport overcharged us and drove off with my bf's phone even though we ran and waved for him to stop after we realised it had slipped out of his pocket. One thing for sure; I'm not paying the Big $$ like the other surronding larger size hotel. Would not able to find another hotel in the area that offers all the amenties without paying the high price. The Complimentary breakfast is great. Authentic Malaysia serving but also with options for more traditional salads, fruit, juice, toast, hash brown, scamble […] egg. The hotel is strategically located. It is near to Johor City Square and the immigrant dept and thus it is very convenient for those interested to travel to and fro Singapore and Johor Baru. However, the hotel room is small and there is no parking lot provided. The breakfast buffet is quite good.

The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area were so friendly, courteous and gave excellent service. this location was close to the bus/train terminal back to Singapore. I came to Johor for a relative's wedding so I found this place on the internet. It was right across from a shopping mall. At night the hotel was nearby the outdoor market so […] you could walk around and get great food like satay! Also, taxi stand was close by for me to take the taxi to the wedding the next day. Then next day I was able to walk back to the terminal where they have a transtar bus service directly to Changi Airport. So convenient! Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed. The room was small but that is all I needed because I was out all day long anyway. The best part is the location. So convenient to all the food and taxis. I was looking forward to this hotel after reading customers' feedback but I was very disappointed. The room we stayed in (luxury room) was not up to standards. The bed sheet was too short for the bed and not clean, the room had not been aired for a long time and smelled staled and unpleasant and the view from the window was into an interior dingy patio […] (luxury room, really??) with the dirties window panels I have ever seen. First of all, I would lik to say all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was clean and tidy enough. However, Wi-Fi system was annoying me during my stay. It was very unstable and weak. I could connect only for several hours in my 3 nights stay. Quality of hotel Wi-Fi is very important because there are few places to offer Wi-Fi […] service in the city center. the hotel is very close to the Immigration checkpoint, shopping centre and eating places. A lot of buses are available at the hotel. There is a night bazaar near the hotel.

The hotel was very easy to find at the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was under renovation so there was no warm water and it smelled moldy. The hotel was super easy to find. you can see it from the causeway when you come from Singapore. i would stay there again.

This is a really nice hotel with forward thinking management who were very visible around the hotel and interested in guest feedback. From the outside the hotel is difficult to spot amongst the other tower block that seem to need some love but once you are inside the lobby it is very different, modern and spotlessly clean; everyday whilst we were there […] someone was cleaning the glass. During our stay the lifts were being replaced which caused some disruption to their operation but that work did seem to be nearly complete. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had to wait out a thunderstorm for most of a day and there was plenty of room for both of us to relax. The inclusive breakfast was excellent and had a nice mix of western and asian dishes. The surrounding area is not one of Malaysia's most attractive but we never felt threatened there and the hotels security was good. If we are ever in JB again we will stay here. Läs mer

On arriving at this hotel I had immediate concerns about my room, no problem the friendly staff moved me immediately. We were staying in JB for convenience as we were travelling to Singapore and back for 3 days. The surrounding area was a huge culture shock having come irctvfrom KL. Unless you are looking for a real diverse and true life area, the of […] town where this hotel is will really make your hair stand on end. The lift was desperate, scary and extremely unreliable, and although a new one was being installed, didn't help me (located on tenth floor) as workbwas still ongoing when I left. The rooms look fine at first, but closer inspection reveals dirty carpets dusty items and a tv that froze at random at the bet of times. The breakfast was fine and the staff were nice people but the lack of understanding in communication made simple request quite a challenge. Although my mate found a cockroach in his room, the rest of the place was fairly free of bugs. There is no service to speak of, simple request like requiring a taxi was met with instructions to drag your bag up the road to the taxi rank. If you only speak English (or other European languages) you may consider staying in another hotel. Don't expect too much and perhaps you'll only be slightly disappointed. I wouldn't stay here again until I was convinced things had improved quite substantially. Läs mer

Wir waren während unserer Rundreise zweimal in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist gut. Daneben befindet sich direkt ein riesen Einkaufscenter, wo man auch was essen kann. Die Verbindung nach Singapur ist auch super, da daneben sofort die Abfahrtshalle der Busse ist. Zum Zimmer selber. Das erste Zimmer war okay, aber die Toilette war nicht sauber geputzt, was meiner […] Meinung nach nicht sein dürfte. Beim zweiten Zimmer war alles sauber, aber es roch sehr muffig. 交通很方便，离JB SENTRAL走路5分钟，可以从马路对面的大商场里面走过街天桥直达。可以很方便的达到LEGOLAND等景点。离到机场的SHUTTLE BUS 走路十分钟左右。

싱가포르 여행 중 1박으로 말레이시아에 가게 되었는데 이 호텔에 대한 정보의 부족으로 신중하게 예약하지 못했던 것 같다. 호텔은 싱가포르에서 말레이시아로 오는 버스 역과 가까웠던 점에 대해선 고맙게 생각한다. 建物は古いながらも清潔感を保っていると感じました。インターネットも問題なく出来ます。シャワーの水の出、お湯も問題ありません。しかし、２泊したのですがタオルが交換されえていませんでした。部屋に戻ったのが遅かったためフロントにも交換のお願いすることもなく前日の湿ったタオルを使用しました。
