The actual facility is fine if you want a nice clean bare bones accommodation However the neighborhood leave a lot to be desired. There is no restaurants close by so you must travel on subway down town if you want a good restaurant. The food in the hotel is not very good but is priced at a reasonable rate. Room was clean and attractive. Very close to bus station and subway station. Shopping mall was a couple of blocks away.

I stayed at this hotel because it is fairly close to the airport - by taxi about 10 to 15 minutes. It was ok for this purpose.

Clean reasonably comfortable hotel near bus terminal and several blocks from metro station. Neighborhood not the best with abundant gang scrawling and few restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good service in English. Very clean but basic/modern room. Only thing is that the area is not great to walk around in after 1130pm but otherwise excellent - especially if transferring to the airport via Tur Bus which is located just behind the hotel

We had one of the renovated rooms it was basic but very clean and excellent. The hotel staff speaks English quite well and they're very helpful. The hotel is in the middle of an area that is not completely safe walking at night however there is a train station nearby which runs until about 11 PM. We stayed 5 days here and were so glad we did. It's right on the Alameda bus terminal and just one ride from the airport on Turbus. The metro is just outside and central station a few blocks away. The hotel looks well maintained, our room clean though a bit small. There's a restaurant on site but you're better off eating in one of the restaurants outside. […] They don't allow late check outs. I stopped here for one night before a flight from Santiago airport. The airport hotels were too expensive for me, but this hotel is reasonably priced and located next to a bus station where you can take a direct, quick and cheap bus to the airport. My room here was lovely, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great - a fantastic shower! There is […] no breakfast included here which seems a bit poor for the price paid, but you can buy breakfast in the hotel's restaurant (which has a decent lunch and dinner menu). O hotel é padrão ibis, os atendentes muito simpáticos e atenciosos, porém a localização do hotel necessita de muita atenção dos hospedes com a redondeza em qualquer horário do dia mesmo tendo o shopping e u supermercado e estação de metro próximos.

Het hotel lag direct naast het busstation, hetgeen een lang zoeken naar een taxi bespaarde. Ook de beveiliging van het hotel viel duidelijk op. Ongenode gasten werden direct buiten gehouden. Om met de lift de kamer te bereiken moest je de sleutelkaart gebruiken. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk enbehulpzaam.

En general todo bien, buen servicio, buen desayuno, lo único que la habitación es muy chica para dos personas, no es cómoda y menos si uno tiene que trabajar. Otro cosa en contra es que la clave del wifi es solo para una máquina.

Muito Bom! Qualidade dos hotéis Ibis que já conhecemos no Brasil. Os atendentes falam Português. Recomendo... apesar de se encontrar um pouco distante do centro, tudo fica perto, pois tem uma estação de metrô próxima!

Muy buena, solamente que no se especifica correctamente en la página de Hoteles.com que no incluye desayuno, lo que tiene un costo elevado.

Por el precio, el hotel es correcto, la habitación pequeña pero limpia. La zona es típica de una terminal de autobuses, un poco insegura y sucia, pero como necesitaba tomar un autobus para ir a Mendoza, me quedó perfecto porque sólo tuve que cruzar la calle.

Mi estancia fue horrrrriiiiiibllleeee, con personal con un deficiente trato,poco gentil, llegué antes de lo previsto por razones del vuelo, me alquilaron una habitación provisional y al cambiarme de habitación la señorita me hizo bajar con todas las maletas para el cambio de habitación cuando lo pudo hacer internamente de una habitación a otra; asímismo […] no quisieron realizar una reserva de servicio de taxi en razón a que el hotel no realiza ese tipo de servicio a pesar de que una señorita ofrecio hacerlo, solicité conversar con el gerente y no quizo atenderme, por ser una política del hotel. Hotel no padrão ibis de qualidade, porém dei azar porque a internet SEMPRE tinha algum problema (não era problema de sinal, pois sempre tinha sinal no quarto, e sim com a Oi Vex). Excelente localização, perto da estação Universidad de Santiago e do terminal da Tur-bus que faz a linha para o aeroporto, numa viagem de aproximadamente 30 minutos. Supermercado e shopping perto e também a Estação de trem (Estação Alameda).

Estavamos a procura de um hotel bom e barato. Ja conheciamos a estrutura do Ibis aqui no Brasil e lá é a mesma coisa. Até o padrão do quarto é igual. Excelente localização e um quarto bem aconchegante. Ótimo atendimento.

Quarto bem limpo, novo, aquecedor funcionando bem e chuveiro muito bom. Fica ao lado da rodoviária, o que pra muitos não é uma boa localização. No meu caso foi bom porque fui de ônibus para alguns lugares, mas a noite a redondeza não é muito boa. Fica perto do metrô, o que é muito bom tb.

A estadia no geral foi boa só fiquei chateada, pois pedi para trocar uma água que meu esposo havia pego com gás por uma sem gás e a atendente disse que não poderia trocar. Achei muita má vontade!!! nesse meu caso não houve a Política de resolução de problemas em 15 minutos que o Ibis diz ter.
