Only cold/lukewarm water in the shower for instance. But it is nice and clean with a nice garden and a private beach with sunbeds. The atmosphere at the hotel is a very familiar and you almost feel like you are visiting friends. And if there wasn't for an incident I would've said that the personal was very friendly and helpful. But I went on a snorkling tour and they forgot to make sure that I had any equipment. When it was discovered no excuses or attempts to solve the problem was made. Talking to the manager afterwards he was furious that it had happened. On the other hand I was leaving early in the morning, 5 am, and they arranged so I got breakfast before I left which was unexpected from my side. If you are looking for a nice relaxing and quiet vacation this is a good place to go.

All of the staff were very nice and extremly helpful in any way. Red Coconut is perfectly situated at Boatstation 2, directly at the beach. It's restaurant serves very good meals to a descent price. The only negativ I can say about this place, and thath's maybe because we are no Youth any more, is that the bar played discomusic in the evening. And there was a lot of shauting and laughter from the bar until midnight when it closed. But I would gladly stay there again.

Betygsatt av en Hotels.com-gäst jan 4, 2013We stayed at Surfside for 5 nights, we had a pleasant stay whilst there and I fully reccomend this place for couples/families who wants some piece and quiet but still in walking distance to restaurants/shopping district. The best thing with Surfside are their staff, they are incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived on the 15th of December (my birthday) and the hotel prepared the room for my arrival as per my partners wishes. I received flowers, delicious cake, wine and free massage voucher. Surfside has their own Spa, the Boracay massage is the best massage I have ever had! The breakfast was great, their crepes were amazing and it's just a step from the beach. I loved every minute staying there, the only downside is that they don't have a pool - but hey, who needs that when you have one of the most amazing beaches in front of you? Thank you Surfside for making our holiday the best!

Bra standard och fantastisk personal. Mycket prisvärt. Hotellet ligger dock inte vid stranden men erbjuder fri transfer till stranden en gång i timman ända till kl 22.00. Liten men välskött pool. This hotel is off the beaten track of White Beach. It offers amazing views of both sides of the island. Transportation to and from the hotel are offered by the hotel, or getting a trike is a small cost. Our room was on the north side. Ask for a room on floor 3 for a better view. Floor 3 also has a very lovely observation deck where one can admire the […] sunsets. The room was small and adequate, cleaned each day, and well used. Unfortunately, my husband was very sick for 3 days from eating at Munchies at Bulabog Beach. He got his money’s worth given he didn't leave the room for a few days! The hotel staff was very accommodating, one of the drivers even picked up yogurt for my husband on one of his town trips. Thank you for your efforts! The restaurant has good food and serves a generous portion (unlike many restaurants at White Beach). Breakfast could be improved by adding fresh fruit to the buffet. The deluxe room has more amenities. There is plenty of hot water and there is NO musty smell in the room. This hotel has a very respectful management team. One can see the managers conversing with the hotel workers. On one of my chats with the driver, he told me he admires and is very happy because he is treated fairly and with respect from his supervisors. I've stayed at the Hotel Soffia twice. It's a small, friendly hotel atop a hill, with views of the ocean. Peaceful setting. Beautful swimming pool. 优点：有shuttle bus to Dmall,比较安全；设施新，干净；退房时会送到下个酒店；早餐还不错； 缺点：接机服务要收费；shuttle bus,除dmall外的位置比如Puket Beach，竟然要收200p/人；房间里没有wifi；这次安排的一楼房间，很多蚂蚁，很暗；申请后面2天换到高楼层房间，前后分别和4位前台接待申请过，其中包括一位类似经理的，结果一次次被敷衍让等待调配结果，直到第二天晚上，一名女前台才最后告知说没房；订房时和网站确认3晚都有早餐，结果前台只给两晚早餐，和网站再三沟通后才解决；山上风大，冷，无法游泳；周边没有吃饭购物的地方，叫三轮也不方便；某天离开时确认过通往阳台的门锁了，结果回来时竟然是开着的，幸亏没有丢失东西Verifierad gästrecension

IKKE et party hotel, passer perfekt for barnefamilier […] og voksne folk som liker en rolig atmosfære. Ingen støyende veier og trafik rett utenfor vinduene (hvilket er altfor vanlig på Philipinene), vi koste vårs under våre 5 døgn på dette hotellet og neste gang drar tilbake til Boracay er hotell valget allerede tatt.
