Vi tyckte huset var perfekt att hyra, alldeles utmärkt för en grupp för 10 personer vilket vi var. Låg på ett lugn och trivsamt område i Orlando. Däremot så var det lite för få solsängar, endast 2 stycken. Är inte lätt att dela för 10 personer. Bör finnas fler. Helhetsintryck för vistelsen TUMMEN UPP!!!

Vacation home was 5-star. Clean, comfortable, great location, could not have asked for more.When it comes to the pool and spa however, buyer beware! We had a terrific pool and spa and paid for heat. $32.00 a day and got the very minimum they thought they would get away with! The first three days the pool barely made it to 81 deg. and the spa we were […] told was not a spa but a small "spillover pool" that does not get any hotter than the pool! On the fourth day of our stay the pool guys came to clean. We asked them some questions about the pool and spa and found out everything we were told was a lie! They showed us how to operate the spa, turned up the heat, and set the timer so that we could enjoy the pool/spa morning, afternoon and evening. When i complained about their deception i was told i did not pay for a spa but just pool heat! Are they for real? You can have a home with a pool and spa you just can't use the spa!? We stayed at a villa in Kissimee ( Sunset Boulevard ). Location was great. However if you haven't got a car you have to walk about 30 minutes to the nearest bus stop.But some villas are much further away from public transport. It is worth checking the lynx service to see how near you are. We booked a 4 bedroom gold. The overall villa was good.cleanliness […] was fine, but the games room was very poor. a small pool table with 1 cue and no black ball! The pool was nice, however the netting around the pool was missing in parts on the roof. The alarms for the doors to the pool were not working. either no batteries or missing sensors. Quality of house far exceeded our expectations - we were expecting a two bedroomed apartment and were given a three bedroomed house. Pleasantly quiet resort particularly at night. Wonderful wildlife on the lakes. Good facilities for families at the pool and playground. Downside was bad information such as being told in advance that we would be charged […] 100 dollars a day for cleaning and charged for pool heating when we didn't have one. We nearly cancelled at this point until we contacted Starmark and found this was misinformation. Also lack of information in the property itself, for instance we were not told about the extremely efficient daily rubbish collection and where to leave rubbish. Great size house for six adults to stay....little cold to use the pool but it was there and right out side the sliding door....close to disney but need a car...altogether a good alternative to a hotel, more space, washer and dryer, three bathrooms.....we had a really good time there

Our vacation home had a stale smell, the bed were not very comfortable. The bedding was outdated. Not all the lights worked as they were burnt out or did not have a light bulb. We were here for 10 nights...further than anticipated from the WDW parks, but not bad. Would be helpful to supply more hangers, and to know exact location earlier than 7 days before arrival. Also, with eight people, more towel racks would be useful. All in all, it worked out fine, though.

The house was the perfect size for our family of six. Unfortunately, most of the consumables you would expect to see were not sufficient. For our 11 night stay, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher tablets, two garbage bags. There was no dish soap, dish cloths or kleenex provided. I would expect something like laundry detergent to be […] excluded, but all of the other items listed above were not sufficient. We purchased toilet paper, dish soap and dish cloths which were only partially used by the time we left. Also, during our stay, we produced enough recyclable waste, but there were no recycle bins available. First time in a villa and I got to say Starmark Villa's were perfect. Convenient to all parks, shopping and many more attractions that Orlando has to offer. The reason for 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was down to dirty crockery and cutlery left in dishwasher. Not really down to Starmark but the cleaning company they use. This is not the total price in the web site. When I came to the home they said if you didn't give us $129 for home cleaning we will not give the key. Why $129 it's tooo much for cleaning.

This was the best place I stayed ever! My wife and son stayed in a Silver home in a lovely private community. The house and landscaping were well kept. There was a pool in the back of the house enclosed in a large attached fence like net to keep the insects out. It was all fabulous. The house was very clean and spacious. When we arrived at 1:00 am, we pulled up to a gated community, before we left for the trip my wife asked what happens after hours and they said someone will be on call, they most certainly are and will call back no more than 2 hrs from when you originally called only to tell you that you are in the wrong area(and we were not) When I finally spoke to […] someone on business hours I complained about not having the gate code and they said that they sent and updated itinerary which I was unaware we needed to wait by the computer, we arrived home today only to find our welcome package in the mail. The rugs were all stretched, the toilet leaked and when asked for a late check out it was not a problem for $50 extra dollars on top of the already $50 dollars they take from you as a processing fee, so be aware that you will be charged on top of what you already pay expedia. The staff seem nice they are quick to blame you for things and the phrase they use frequently is it is wear and tear of the house. The pool was a plus until you see an unfamiliar mexican messing around out back not knowing he is the pool cleaner, a little disturbing when you have children..I would dot my I's and cross my T's before booking with these folks ever again. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was just as the pictures showed it. Very clean. The guards at the gate were extremely helpful and always gave us a wave and a smile either when we were leaving or returning. Close enough to the parks (1/2 hour from door to gate) to go every day, but far enough away not to feel compelled to go. We rented a 4 bedroom home near kissimmee, Florida for a weekend at Disney from Starmark vacation homes. The house itself was fine but the mattresses were of used-thrift store quality. Unbelievable. Super thin, and so so unformfortable. I have stayed in pleanty of cost cutter cheap hotels in my younger years and yet never experienced this low a quality […] of bed. I wish I was being dramatic, but it was really that bad. We contacted Starmark's office and politely explained our problem and they sent out a person who told us that the quality of the homes, beds, furniture was up to the homes owner and they simply left without offering any resolution. Basically a big who cares! I strongly recommend against this company. We have stayed at many rental homes and town homes for vacation with Other vacation home rental companies and never had this problem. This is my first review I have ever given, I am only taking the time because I feel so ripped off. Rented a 5 bdrm for the family. It felt like home away from home. Wished the check out time was a bit later but overall we had a grand time. The kids enjoyed the pool and us adults enjoyed not going more than 10 steps to take them to the pool. They keep asking me when we are going back.

Stayed in a Silver rated vacation home in Davenport. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, backed onto golf course. The pool area was clean and spacious. Our vacation was from Feb. 14 to Feb. 21, 2012. A three bedroom condo. We were very pleased with the condo. Clean, with everything in the kitchen that we needed. Reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend these condos. One suggestion for the owners. The small little bars of soap left in the bathrooms are somewhat of a joke for this level […] of accomodations. The towels were very old and was not very clean. NOT A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD FOR A VACATION HOME. HAVE NO TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWEL AND NO CLEANING ELEMENT IN THE KITCHEN. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE PLACE TO CHECK IN, MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

As we arrived to the house, everyone decided to jump in the pool, only to find out the pool was very, very, dirty and slimy !! (problem #1). The next day the A.C BROKE, and we spent an 16 hours in a house that was 95degrees, still not even being able to jump in the disgusting pool to cool off! "On-Call" Costumer service did not have a technician to […] available and said there was no other home we could be transferred to. So, the NEXT day, comes the Air conditioner guy to repair the unit and 2 hours later the pool guy clean the very dirty pool, BUT he left halfway through the process and emptied the spa without letting us know ( i have children that could've easily fallen into that hole), he just left and never returned. To resume... The bathrooms had no hot water until DAY #3, Filthy pool, the pool heater was also broken, Hot tub was drained out, Broken A.C in 97 degree weather, TERRIBLE costumer service. We were not able to enjoy our stay, it was just so exhausting that it was one issue after the other, and no one to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER GOOD VACATION RENTALS, STAYING HERE WAS A BIG MISTAKE. Läs mer

I made a reservation for a weekend. I arrived to the "hotel" with my entire family and I found out that the office was closed. The reception was over the phone and very unpolite: -- "My manager told me that you need to pay hundred and fourty four dollars of extra fees in order to give you the address of the house and the code for the keys" --. I indicated […] that I didn't know about those extra fees and they told me that I have no choice. Rooms were clean, but the beds and sofa didn't smell well and we had to deal with some allergies.
