Bra modern lägenhet. Poolen var väldigt liten o tyvärr avstängd stundtals. Det fanns inga stolar vid poolen o man fick inte ta med ett glas vin o njuta av på kvällen. Lägenheten var jättefin. Saknade terass att koppla av på, men nära t både strand o hamn. Anders

First, this is a modern high-rise apartment building, not a hotel. You must check-in before 8:00 P.M., and you get a very nice apartment. There are no hotel-type services - no room service, no daily maid service, no telephone in room. But the apartment is very nice, and includes cooking facilities and a washer/dryer. We stayed at Lugaris with our 12 month old for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. We checked in late and it wasn't hard at all as we had feared. All we needed to do was inform them before and pay the convenience fee. The cab to/from the airport to hotel cost us 33 Euros.The check in staff was very very friendly. We were provided with a baby cot as per […] our request. I had read bad reviews about no hot water and very slow internet, but we did not face any such issues. The room was very quiet, clean and well furnished. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The apartment is super close to many supermarkets that are open till late, the metro station and the Bogatell Beach which I feel was great. Rambla Poblenou a great street with restaurants, bakeries and stores. was right adjacent. Both Sagrada Familia and La Rambla were just 10 bucks each by cab. Brilliant. Really lovely. Only concerns:- - Shower ran cold very quickly - Limited welcome supplies (e.g. no milk, sugar, salt, coffee, tea etc) That said, shops very close. Very clean and warm.

Brand new good quality apartment, equivalent to a suite in a hotel. Well-equipped, also includes a fully-equipped kitchen. Things missing because its apartment rental versus a hotel - no kind of room service and no shampoo, though there is handsoap and towels. If you are staying here, bring all your own tolietries. No wi-fi.

The staff at this location was very helpful, and I've stayed here twice. It's more of a furnished apartment than a hotel, but I like being able to go the grocery store and bring things back to a kitchen. The WiFi internet and cable TV works well.

Perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city with the beach on your doorstep. The welcome from the staff was excellent and made us feel really welcome, not only introducing us to Lugaris but also giving lots of information on the surrounding area and places of interest. It was difficult to find the hotel so arrived hot and frustrated, it was further from the centre than we thought. There were no toiletries and a few silly things, we never found the pool, the staff were okay but not really helpful and they took 200 euro as a deposit in case of damage which was a surprise However now we know all this and the transport […] links and the lovely area it's in with amazing restaurants and the hustle and bustle of traditional spanish area, we would definitely go again. We were very satisfied with the Lugaris. Very good location with quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach. easy to get into the city center. Nice with the pool on topp, should be free charge to use it.

This apartment was FANTASTIC! I traveled with my mom and my two children ages 2 and 5. It was clean, staff was wonderful and the location is extremely convenient. The beach is about a minute walk and there is a great market not even 10 minutes away. Poblenou Metro station is about 10 minutes from here as well and there is a McDonald's (for the kids) […] and a number of great restaurants within walking distance too. I highly, highly recommend this location for families looking for a short break with access to the beach. Lugaris arranged for our transfer from the airport (by taxi) and it was approximately 48 EUR door to door and took about 20 minutes. Läs mer

Fine leiligheter som ligger rett utenfor sentrum av Barcelona, 40 min gange så står du midt på la rambla! Hadde litt problemer med dusjen, men det fikset seg ganske raskt og la ingen demper på min miniferie i Barcelona! Utrolig hjelpsomt personal som alltid stiller.. I åpningstidene:)

子供１人連れてのバルセロナ、洗濯機キッチン付きのホテルを探して宿泊しました。 日本でいう分譲賃貸のお部屋のような感じで広く、システムキッチンがついてました。洗濯乾燥機もあり子供連れには最高でした。 ただ説明がすべて英語尚且つ細かい説明は書いていないので食器洗い機を使うときは注意!!お部屋にある洗剤は食器洗い用なのでそれを入れると泡漏れします。 €６でセットになったものがフロントで売っているようですが… 近くには市場（英語はほとんど通じません、一軒だけ生ハムとチーズを売っているお店が通じましたが…みなさん市場の方は親切な方が多かったです。）も入っています。お惣菜屋さんもその中と近くの商店街に一軒あり味もおいしいです。ただ開いている時間が非常にややっこしいのでそこは確認した方がいいです（ほとんど […] 英語は通じません）。また商店街にはオーガニックスーパーもありそこは日曜以外比較的開いています。 子供連れには静かで海も目の前な静かないい場所でした!!バルセロナの公園にはしっかりとしたアスレチックがあるところが多く海沿いの公園にもありました。また健康器具が置いてありみなさん朝は走る途中にその健康器具で体を動かすのが日課です。 歩いていける距離にはショッピングモール（Diagonal　Mar）もあり、ZARA,celio（celioはあまり大きくありません）入っています。 サクラダファミリアまではお散歩気分でいけばそう遠くないです。 ベビーカーを使うお子様がいる方は近くの駅Poblenouを使うよりもトラム（Pere　IV駅）バス41番（海沿い）３６番がお勧めですが時間帯によって20分に1本だったりします。日本と同じくエレベーターが設置されている駅とされていない駅があり、軽量以外のベビーカーを持ち運びするのは結構大変です。 Läs mer

Das Appartment war sauber und gemütlich. Für die Nutzung des Pools wurden 5 Euro pro Tag verlangt, was so nicht in der Beschreibung des Hotels zu sehen war. Als ich das sagte, bekamen wir den Schlüssel für den Pool( hinter verschlossener Tür auf dem Dach) gratis. Dazu ist noch zu sagen, dass der Pool nicht beheizt war. Es wurde während des 4 tägigen […] Aufenthaltes nicht für neues Toilettenpapir vom Zimmermädchen gesorgt. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass wir am Abreisetag unsere Koffer dort deponieren können, wenn wir möchten, um den restlichen Tag noch nutzen zu können, aber als wir um 11.00 Uhr vor der verschlossenen Tür zur Rezeption standen um auszuchecken, blieb uns trotz warten dann nur noch die Möglichkeit den Schlüssel in den Brief/Schlüsselkasten zu werfen. Das Apartement von lugaris war bei unserem Einzug sehr sauber und sehr schön, modern und comfortabel eingerichtet. Man muss sich darauf einstellen keine rund-um-Versorgung von einem Hotal nutzen zu können (keine Reinigungskräfte während des Aufenthaltes, Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt, Toilettenpapier nicht erneuert, usw.), hat dafür allerdings […] die Möglichkeit eine eigene Küche zu nutzen und kann seinen Aufenthalt flexibler gestalten. Das Team im office war sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedoch muss man sich an Öffnungszeiten des Büros halten. Wir waren während eines Feiertages im lugaris, wo viele Straßenfeste gefeiert wurden, war die Nächte sehr laut machte, da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Apartement jedoch mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und nur 5 Gehminuten vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Gute Anbindung zur Metro L4 und zum Hafen mit Bussen. Wr haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort genossen und würden jederzeit wieder unsere Tage im Lugaris verbringen. Läs mer

Non è proprio un hotel ma un residence. Si trova molto decentrato, tanto che nemmeno il tassista sapeva dove fosse e ha dovuto inserire la via sul navigatore. Si trova in una zona non bellissima, anche se abbastanza viva, vicino alla rambla del poblenou; la costruzione è nuova e gli appartamenti molto curati e puliti.Il personale è cortese e la piscina, […] sul tetto, gradevole. I nei che ho trovato sono: abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e non c'è stata alcuna pulizia in casa; la reception non è sempre aperta, la domenica, quando siamo partiti, apriva alle 11 di mattina; non c'è un bar, nè un distributore automatico di bibite, acqua o snack e al nostro arrivo alla reception non sono stati in grado di fornirci una bottiglia di acqua fresca.. Per il resto tutto ok, in casa c'è tutto, dalla lavatrice con asciugatrice incorporata, al phon, microonde, macchina nespresso (le capsule si possono acquistare in reception ad un buon prezzo) tv lcd, frigo con congelatore. mooie kamers, licht en ruim genoeg. Alleen kraken de deuren bij het betreden en het verlaten van het appartement nogal, dat is een verbeterpuntje. Voor de rest is het een prima accommodatie, licht, ruim, en van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een koelkast met aparte vrieskast, een Nespresso koffiemachine, LED TV. Dejlig lejlighed meget tæt på strand. Er man til sol og strand ligger denne lejlighed perfekt. Er man til rambla og byen, så vil et hotel tætter på centrum være at foretrække. Ca. 10-15 min. Gåtur til nærmeste metro. Herefter ca. 5 stationer til rambla

Die Appartements sind sehr groß und gut und modern ausgestattet. Für vier Personen ok, aber die Schlafsofas sind nur für Kinder geeignet und damit ist abends kein Fernsehen mehr möglich. Die Lage ist ruhig, sicher und sehr nah am Strand, aber dafür etwas weiter vom Zentrum (mit U-Bahn 20min oder Bus). Da wir sowieso viel unterwegs waren, passte uns […] die Lage gut. Wie anderswo schon beschrieben, ist die Rezeption nicht leicht zu finden (der Taxifahrer suchte auch etwas). Für ein paar Tage in dem wundervollen Barcelona gut zu empfehlen (Reisezeit Ende März). Första gången i ett lägenhetshotell med familjen - det fungerade utmärkt när vi väl hittade kontoret för att få nycklarna (ingen tydlig skyltning, men finns på markplan i samma fastighet - runt hörnan). Perfekt läge vid stranden och busshållsplatsen (linje 41). Inte så trevlig miljö rundt om, men det var snabbt att ta sig till centrum med buss/taxi. […] En skön promenad langs med strandpromenaden var också ett alternativ. Vi kommer mycket gärna tillbaks. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Meerblick, zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Es gibt eine komplette Küchenausstattung inkl. Geschirrspüler und Gefrierschrank. Die Möblierung und andere Ausstattung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Empfehlenswert.

이걸 보시는 한국분은 절대 가지 마시길~ 호텔이 아니고 일반 아파트 입니다. 로비도 없고, 8시 이후엔 체크인을 할려면 전화를 통화하고 따로 불러서 만나야 합니다. 그리고 8시 이후 체크인은 30유로를 벌금을 내야 합니다. 새벽 1시 이후엔 80유로를 벌금으로 내야합니다. 태어나서 이런 조항은 첨입니다. 이걸로 엄청 싸웠습니다. 서비스가 최악이죠~. 절대 가지 마시길~

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Meeres, ideal, wenn neben den städtischen Attraktionen Barcelonas der Badespass mit Kindern gewünscht wird. Dafür sind natürlich die Wege in die Innenstadt etwas weit, aber mit Bus und Metro in nützlicher Frist (je nach gewünschtem Ziel 15-40 Minuten) erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche. man ist so nicht […] immer auf Restaurants angewiesen, z.B. für das Frühstück (das es im Hotel nicht gibt!). Als Negativum: es gibt zwar einen hoteleigenen Swimming-Pool, diesen kann man aber nur gegen einen "Tages-Eintrittspreis" benützen. Läs mer
