We were very comfortable here during our three night stay. There was a shuttle to the metro every twenty minutes, and from there we were able to visit anywhere in DC. The hotel was clean, comfortable, professional, and the breakfasts were also some of the very best breakfast buffet offerings I've ever had. I highly recommend the Residence Inn Arlington Capital View hotel for a family getaway. They include a wonderful hot breakfast buffet which was a perfect start to a day packed full of sight-seeing. Great customer service all around - staff were very helpful with advice about how to get to meeting in Bethesda via metro. Staff in restaurant were all very friendly and made a point to talk with guests at both dinner and breakfast. Room was clean - toiletries missing standard issued lotion, but no other issues.

After having our evening flight cancelled and scrambling to find a hotel close to the airport, we were very pleased with our stay at the Residence Inn Arlington Capitol View. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and with shuttles to and from the metro and the airport. We would definitely stay again!!

The hotel was great. I highly recommend it. It was only 3 metro stops from the DC stop by the National Mall, so very convenient. I'm not a shuttle person myself so I walked to the Metro rather than using the free shuttle. I liked that you had in-room temperature control. Also, around 1 pm I ordered for more blankets and towels to be brought up and they came super fast. They next day when the maid came to clean she left extra towels already! The only little thing I would complain is the toilet tissue is one-ply instead of two. But other than that it was amazing.

Nice place and modern. BUT nobody can find it. I attended a conference there and several people got lost on the way there. It is tucked in behind other hotels off Jeff Davis Blvd. Very poor signage so very hard to find.Otherwise great very clean and nice with a good full breakfast included.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights after a business trip to get in some sightseeing in DC. Though it's a fifteen minute walk from the Crystal City Metro station the hotel has a free shuttle running to and from the metro station every twenty minutes until 11 pm. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My only criticism would be the carpet in […] the hallways leading down the corridors was a bit out of date but in good repair. I was very impressed with the room and it was a complete upgrade from the supposedly nicer more expensive hotel I'd been at prior. I wish I had stayed here the entire week. Not only was it a better hotel with more comfortable bedding a much more spacious room, nicer in-room furniture it also had free wireless internet, free breakfast, free drinks and dinner three nights a week as well, and it was less expensive too! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay there my next visit. It was very convenient to catch the shuttle to the metro and from there go into the city. You wouldn't need a car at all if you wanted to see DC and stayed here. Also they provide a free shuttle service to and from the Regan airport. Great place at a great value! Läs mer

I'm so glad I chose to stay here with my parents for the weekend. Great room for the price! Really enjoyed the variety with the breakfast. A very convenient location and was really appreciative of the free shuttles to the airport and the metro. Staff was very helpful and nice! Our room was right by the pool so it was a bit loud throughout the evening […] as people were making there way there. The pool was definitely a disappointment because it was so small, especially for the hotel size. And considering that the fitness center was so nice and big, Only other issue I had was that my cellphone could not receive more than 2 bars for a signal so had to make trips outside to use my phone. Crystal city shops was a big disappointment too, would recommend going a little bit further to the pentagon fashion center if you want more shopping. Overall, it was a great and clean place to stay. What a nice hotel! Great price! Was impressed w/ the full kitchen. Had a lot of restaurants that were in walking distance. Only minor negative was the indoor pool- a bit small. Luckily when we were there not too many people were swimming. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the place, and for the price you absolutely cannot beat it. stayed here for about 4 nights with my girlfriend for a nice trip to DC and we were very pleased. amazed the place has a full kitchen, complete with almost every type of utensil you'd find in your kitchen at home. Was a studio room with a king size bed and i slept like a baby […] it was so comfy. Room was very clean, staff very helpful and pleasant. Hotel does have underground parking but it is $24/day but it is IN and OUT whenever you want. Have shuttles every 15 minutes to the metro or regan airport which was nice. Pretty much your basic airport hotel. No surrounding restaurants and no free breakfast, so you're stuck paying at the little coffee counter. Food was only okay. All in all nothing the least bit special if not at all offensive.

I stayed there with my wife and my one year old daughter and we liked everything about this hotel, rooms were clean, service was awesome, location was very convenient and the shuttle made our life much easier. The breakfast was also fresh, hot with multiple varieties. I would definetly consider staying there again if I visit DC again.

I enjoyed the stay and the breakfast that was included was amazing. A full on buffet with quality food. The only drawback to the hotel is its location. Nothing is close by in the evenings to enjoy but the shuttle will take you to the Metro station, but it stops at 11 pm.

Hotel was very nice, but it was a little out of the way. we were told not to park on the street because is not safe to do so.( the staffs words not mine) They did have parking in the parking garage but u had to pay extra.
