Close to Brinchang, "old world charm" hotel. if you are looking for a new fancy place you are wrong. In that sense, given that the facilities and rooms are from 1937 (but obv renovated), you need to have some cuts to make re comfort. Food is excellent if you like traditional English roasts - try the Beef Wellington!

An excellent experience. From the initial greeting at the front desk, relaxed check-in with a cup of tea to the check-out I was spoiled with a level of service I have not had in any boutique or other hotel for some time. The dining experience is a must- relax by the fire with a drink to look over the menu and make selection. When the meal is ready you […] are called to your table for a relaxed meal. I recommend the smoked salmon salad I have never seen its equal anywhere. Staff recognize you after a very short time and it makes for a great stay. we were told that the distance from Ipoh station was 21 miles when it was actually 60. We were forced to take a taxi which was an unexpected expense. The hotel was in an area of natural beauty but the management takes advantage of this and over charges for everything. I spent weekend holidays at smokehouse hotel with my family and had wonderful experience there. We stayed in hiltop deluxe room at the hotel's new wing which is quite new and clean. A slight downside is the narrow staircase that lead to the room. But in overall, smokehouse hotel can be considered as one of the hidden jewel at the cameron highlands. […] This hotel is a beautifully conserved english house and it has a very nice gardens. The do serve good breakfast in the morning. A slight disppointment in the way their staff seems too paranoid over hotel guest. They constantly asking visitors on their rooms no and prohibited guest to enter their garden and hotel complex. I think they should be more open and welcoming to all guest. Läs mer

Meme si l'hotel a du cachet, un sérieux coup de propre et de neuf est a envisager dans cet hôtel avant de pouvoir justifier de tels prix. Loin de la ville donc taxi obligatoire plusieurs fois par jour.

schoenes Hotel, leider mittlerweile etwas verfallen. Preisleistung- zu teuer, aber wenn man sich mitten in Malaysia wie in England fuellen moechte, so ist es das Geld wert.
