location is awful need a code to get into hotel after 11pm which if you loss you are without a room? decor yellow - ( not relaxing) curtains like paper light at 5am !! bed quite comfy didn't have breakfast

My wife and I stayed here two nights to spend a leisure day in Frankfurt at the end of a business trip elsewhere in Germany. The room was very '80s and showed its age a few places, but it was well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's across the street from the Offenbach train station and about 3 blocks from the s-bahn […] with a direct train to the airport. Wi-fi connection was spotty but enough to check in to our flights. Business travelers being comped should cough up the extra money for a hotel in Frankfurt, but I highly recommend this hotel for people trying to see Frankfurt on a budget. Läs mer

If you want to vist Frankfurt but not pay the high prices of the inner city hotesl this works well. It was only a few blocks from the U line ( direct inexpensive train service to the ctr of the city ) and one block from the DB Train station. Room was large by German Standards ( if you are from America you will consider it a small room ) and very clean. […] Had a problem with the hot water not working one morn, but they made up for the problem by not charging for 3 days of breakfast , so was pleased that they were concerned. Problem was fix the same day Keep in mind the hotel's front desk in not open past 7 pm so no one can call your room, and you have to use a pass code to get in the front door. The Nordic Hotel Offenbach is really close to the train station (only 5 min walk) and to the city centre. The room was clean and breakfast excellent. All the staff was friendly and always helpful. You can use the wifi connection in all the building. The only negative point: it was a bit cold in the room during the night!

The internet was only available around the reception area. It sometimes worked in our room, but only nearby the door and wasn't reliable. At the time of check-out, we were told that we had not made a payment. We tried to explain that we indeed had paid through hotels.com, but the staff said we had to come back after 3pm to talk to the manager, and […] charged us anyway. We completely understand that she was just doing her job (and by no means, she wasn't trying to be mean or anything), but it'd have been nice if she could try to help us a bit more by trusting what we were saying-- perhaps by calling the manager or something. That way, we might not have had to kill all morning looking up things and calling hotels.com for assistance. We also had to reschedule our plans that day to go back to the hotel after 3pm. But when we went back to the hotel, the manager had already solved the issue, explained why this misunderstanding had to happen, and he also gave us a free breakfast. When my family member stayed at the hotel before, they also had some problem (someone was checked in to their room while they were out, and they came back to their room to find a stranger watching TV there). But at that time also, the manager apologized and gave them a free room for the night. These are just mistakes and misunderstanding that we may not want to blame the hotel for, and the hotel manager seems to be very professional. We just wish he were there when we checked out so that we could have used our last day in town as we had planned... . Läs mer

I stayed there for 3nights, even that I had the small room, what amazed me was the friendly reception they helped me a lot. The breakfast was also good and I was happy to see a well speaking English people working which was a big help since I don't know any German.

Das Check In hat nicht lange gedauert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angemessen für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ausgestattet. Das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war alles ok.

Simple, clean, reasonable prized small hotel with basic things. Very good connection by metro and train. Only few personnel on site so on bussiest mornings breakfast table runs out of food. Rooms on street side are suffering of noice from railway.

I stayed in this hotel as a relay point from aiport to further travel of the next day. It was really good choice for me. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable though the location is close to central Frankfurt.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis insgesamt befriedigend. Was allerdings auf dem Zimmer fehlt, ist eine kleine Minibar, um wenigstens ein paar kalte Getränke zu haben.

Frankfurt Hbf(本駅）よりホテルへのアクセスは2通りあります。1つ目は、Regionalbahn（地域内鉄道路線）のOffenbach Hbf（本駅）を利用すれば、鉄道11分＋徒歩4分の約15分で到着可能。2つ目は、S-Bahn(都市鉄道）のOffenbach Marktplatz駅を利用すれば、鉄道16分＋徒歩8分の約24分で到達可能です。尚、Regionalbahnは列車の本数少なく又ばらつきがあり、コンスタントに列車があるS-Bahnの方がお勧めです。鉄道料金は片道4.10ユーロ／1日乗車券8.00ユーロです。観光にはどちらが有利かは明白です。Offenbach市はFrankfurt市の東に隣接する都市で距離的にはFrankfurt地区に含めても過言ではありません。Offenbachは革製品で有名な町で、市内にはLedermuseum（皮革博物館）があります。 ホテルはきれいにRenovationされ、ドイツのホテルとしては珍しくCentral […] Air-con設備が組み込まれていました。朝食は7.50ユーロでドイツの他のホテル並みですが、質は標準以上でした。部屋には1Lのミネラルウォータ・インスタントコーヒー・ティーバッグ（いずれも無料）と電気ポットが付いていました。尚、併設のレストランは現在、朝食ルーム専用となっています。 旅なれた人には、快適なホテルと思います。 Läs mer
