Initially, we had difficulty finding the hotel. However, once we got oriented, it was convenient to our purposes and within driving distance to a variety of eating/shopping places. The staff was very helpful and the room was great.

The Hotel was very comfortable, the only issue was the address that's published on all websites, the GPS couldn't find it finally I called the hotel and got an address the GPS could find. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful.

The hotel is new and very nice. The building is off the beaten path a bit, but it is in a growing area right off the freeway.

Hotel was ok. It does include breakfast but don't try and bring anything back to your room for loved ones because their is a nice hand written sign saying no taking plates to room.

The walls appear to be a little thin. We could hear guests in the hallway even though they were talking in a normal voice. Bed was comfortable. Both chairs (other than the desk chair) were not very comfortable and felt cheap. The breakfast was okay, but was picked up rather early for a weekend (9:30). It was also crowded and difficult to get around, […] but you can't blame the hotel for the crowds. A different layout of the breakfast items might have helped accomodate the crowds. Hotel was ok, none of the pillows on the bed were really comfortable. Woman running the breakfast was top notch, she ran a tight ship and kept things moving. Rooms are very noisy, you can hear neighbors above, next door, zero insulation in those walls.

Service was good. room was very comfortable. At time of my stay, it was packed with kids (very friendly but noisy). Long wait for breakfast.

Overall, very nice accomadations & service.

Very clean & comfortable. Good breakfast. Free parking. Easy access to major roads. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants and shopping, but a very large, clean gas station across the street with food and beverages. This hotel is our go-to property when we're in North Texas.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were your typical solid hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and having a fridge was nice. Only small downfall was the walls between rooms seemed a little thin, and you could hear more noise/talking from the room next door than normal. this hotel is new and clean and has everything for a good rest and stay. Would stay there again as the management is on top of your needs and it is what you expect on your stay.

It was very nice, but the staff was almost non-existant and the view isn't that great considering the only thing to look at is an animal hospital and a convenience store. Very nice and clean and somewhat comfortable beds (better than most) all in all we had a nice stay, but we've had better.

Our stay was fine -- wish there had been regular half and half for the coffee. There was only French vanilla cream.Maybe bacon a couple times a week instead of sausage every day would be nice also.A good breakfast was served though.

Outstanding! It is better than most 5 Star hotels that I have stayed in. Wyndham does it again, Nothing but quality.

I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to any and all. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor was modern and up to date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was a clean and fairly comfortable mid range priced hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were big enough. Shower lacked a little and the walls were thin. You could hear every person walking by in the hall and the TV next door. Overall though nice enough for what we paid. Easy location to Plano

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. Our only criticism is that the breakfast was almost all cleaned up and taken away by 9:15. It was supposed to last until 9:30. I don't see the rush in getting it taken down if people are obviously still eating. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The location was great for us, the hotel exceeded our expectations, the price was very good, room / hotel was clean and modern, the staff was helpful and courteous. We will be back. One of our favorites.

Hotel location had easy access to side streets and highways. Externally the hotel was in great shape. Hotel looby and hallways seemed really clean but the floor in the room needed to have a better job done vaccuming. Areas in the room had crumbs of food. Indoor pool was very nice and relaxing.

Being New everything was clean. Staff was nice, helpful with directions. Only negative gentleman at desk was rude when I ask for 2 boxes of tissue. Had to explain my child has a cold and I didn't want to come back down in the night for more. They had no one to deliver them to our room.
