It isn't particularly close to an U-Bahn, but there is an S-Bahn near by and it is right across the street from Oktoberfest, which does have an U-Bahn station. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

had a major problem with a childs passport at the airport and they would not move the reservation for us or work with us in any way! I would think that a hotel would be okay with moving the reservation? I did not like the staff's abrupt handling of the situation either.

In need of renovation, strange room set up, difficult door entry, overall not bad for the price, walking distance from the train station.

Staff wonderful, extremely helpful and courteous, breakfast was great. I did miss not having a restaurant on the premises for lunch or dinner. Relatively convenient, easy to get around from there

We were really pleased with the price/quality ratio of this hotel; breakfast was good and the beds comfy and those are the most important thing for us! We do not stay in hotels to watch telly or take long baths; we want a good nights sleep, full breakfast in the morning and reasonably short walk to the city centre and this hotel had all three.

We were put in the back building on the fourth floor with no lift. The standard of the room and particularly the bathroom is very low.

This is a good hotel to stay for some nights. The room was small, but clean and newly renovated. The location was perfect, close to all transport and a nice walk to the city center. A perfect place to stay for the beer festival (We were there after this festival).

I should have read the reviews. Rooms marginal, bedding and bathroom lean, carpet stained and threadbare. Who knew there were still tvs that mall and old still out there. The sauna area is in an rea that is dark a through a store room. The front desk taff were helpful and the breakfast buffet is good. Location is a walk from the S-Bahn or U-Bahn.

Took a 2-day trip to Munich with my mother to see the sights. Knew nothing about the city and picked this place based on location to the Hauptbahnhof. It's about a 10-15 minute walk. I love me some Eastern European breakfast filled with meat and cheese and jam and toast . . . now I'm hungry. So tasty. A server put a whole POT of coffee at our table. For 2 people. I was thrilled. Lobby and elevator filthy. Tiny, filthy room that had not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time. No phone in the room. 20 year old mini tv in the room. Bathroom incl. shower 4 x 4 ft.in size with lots of mould in tile joints and particularly at top and bottom of shower doors. It stank awfully. The hotel is in silent place but still at very good position: some 2-3 minutes on foot from U-bahn station; some 7-8 min from S-bahn and 10-15 mins (fast walk) from the city centre. At the reception, there is enough information about the city and the personnel is ready to help, search on the net and explain. it was just okay. our room was on the third floor but it didnt have an elevator..... the furniture looked kinda old but the beds were comfortable enough. the breakfast was amazing though. wifi for 6 euros.

Dobrá poloha hotelu - kousek od zastávky S-bahn - snadná dostupnost z letiště. Prvni pokoj jsem odmitnul - sprcha byla na chodbe, ackoli mela byt v pokoji. Pokoj byl velmi maly, hned vedle vytahu. Recepcni mi bez problemu dal jiny pokoj - apartman. Tento druhy pokoj byl velky, cistota nic moc, koupelna ok. Pokoje mi pripominaji ubytovnu pro delniky. […] Snidane byla vyborna. Personal ochotny. für eine Nacht bei einer Dienstreise ist das Hotel ok - ein winziges Zimmer, sehr hellhörig - selbst normal geführte Telefongespräche im Nachbarzimmer bekommt man mit.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen (ca. Zehn Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof), bietet einen hervorragenden Service und ist im Preis unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gut ausgestattet und das im Preis enthaltene Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. 中央駅からでも歩いて行けますが結構歩きます。反対側にトイザラスが有るので分かり易いとは思います。部屋は問題無いですがエレベーター無しの四階だったのでその部屋になった場合は大きな荷物の場合不向きです。勿論エレベーター付きの部屋も有りますが今回は離れのエレベーター無しの部屋でした。

Wir waren im Februar im Hotel Maria Munich. Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst und uns wurde auch geholfen mit den Parkplätzen. Vor dem Hotel hat es Gebührenplichtige Parkplätze. Wir haben für 24h/ 6 Euro bezahlt. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich. Der Boden und der gesammte eindruck des Zimmers ist uns ehner älter vorgekommen. Das Bad war in den Ecken […] teilweise etwas schmutzig. Aber für 1-3 Nächte würde ich wieder da buchen. Es war ruhig und warm. Das Apartement entsprach gar nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Es war sauber aber geschmacklos eingerichtet, der Eingang lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer, in welches wir wechseln konnten war zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück war gut.

OK für Leute mit eingeschränktem Budget, der Altbauteil ist überarbeitungswürdig.

Hotelli sijaitsi 5 min. kävelymatkan päässä lähimmältä metroasemalta. Huoneemme sijaitsi vanhassa rakennuksessa varsinaisen hotellirakennuksen takana. Rappukäytävässä ja huoneessa tuoksui kostealle ja epämääräiselle. Huone oli tilava, mutta aikansa elänyt ja hieman epäsiisti. Kaikki äänet rappukäytävästä kuuluivat erittäin hyvin huoneeseen. Waren eine Nacht da und sind für den Preis sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer!

Die Dame an der Reception war sehr unfreunldich. Das Badzimmer hat gestunken und der Teppich war sehr dreckig. Für eine Nacht war es okay mehr ist nicht zu empfehlen

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist alt und man könnte was daraus machen, aber da besteht wohl kein Interesse. Unser Zimmer roch muffig - der Teppich muß Jahrzehnte alt sein, genauso die Möbel und Tapeten. Es war zwar sauber, aber wohl fühlen konnte man sich nicht. Duschen ging ziemlich unkomfortabel, weil der Duschkopf nach unten […] hing und die größte negative Überraschung war der Duschvorhang: Die unteren ca. 20cm waren verschimmelt. Gostei muito da recepção e gentileza do pessoal tanto do salão de café da manhã,quanto da recepção em si. O quarto confortável,mas a limpeza deixa a desejar.Já entrei e tinha muita poeira acumulada no secador de cabelo, espelhos, saída de ventilação, mofo no box, e parede descascando.Fiquei no quarto 232,do lado do elevador, o que foi bem chato por […] causa do barulho e tudo o mais. O primeiro andar estava em reforma e espero que eles façam uma revisão nos quartos no quesito limpeza.Outra coisa:tinha dias que a camareira não colocava shampoo,outros sim...O que me levou a comprar lá,para usar. Achei a internet cara (6 euros = 24h) para o hóspede. O café da manhã é bem variado e as pessoas eficientes.Foi uma coisa que me surpreendeu no bom sentido. O hotel não é exatamente perto do metrô para os padrões brasileiros.Claro pode-se chegar à estação de trem andando 20 minutos,mas para muitos é longe. No geral gostei do hotel,recomendaria sim. Ottimamente posizionato rispetto alla Oktoberfest, buona e abbondante la colazione, ma questo e' tutto. Camere in pessime condizioni, piccole, vecchie, sporche e maleodoranti. Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Da evitare.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Varttitunnissa kävelee Marienplazille. Lähin metroasema on viiden minuutin kävelymatkan pääsä. Päärautatieasemallekaan ei ole matkaa varmaan kilometriä enempää. Aamiainen ihan ookoo perustarjoiluineen. Sisäpihalla muutamia terassipöytiä, mutta pihan siisteys ja kunnostus on lyöty kyllä laimin. Huoneemme oli siisti ja siivottiin […] päivittäin. Wc-istuin oli omassa pikku kopissaan, jossa ei ollut lavuaaria. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pieni suihkukaukalo, josta yhteys viemäriin, mutta lattiakaivoa ei kylppärin lattiassa ollut. Hintaluokassaan hotelli oli ihan kelpovalinta. Joka ylellisyyttä haluaa, voi valita jonkin muun paikan. Läs mer

Negativ: Das Zimmer war wirklich abstossend (und ich bin nicht allzu heikel). Der Teppichboden ist extrem verdreckt, das Bad schimmlig - auch die Badtüre hatte ein Loch und passte nicht in den Türrahmen (also Bad immer offen). Ein Bett war kaputt und die Matratze hing durch. Alles in Allem versuchte man so wenig wie möglich zu berühren und hoffte man […] fängt sich nichts ein. Positiv: Der Preis für diese Lage echt günstig und das Frühstück bot eine sehr gute Auswahl. ... da das Hotel scheinbar voll war bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Hintergebäude. Die Zimmer waren dort in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Diverse Sachen waren defekt und die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Es roch im ganzen Zimmer nach Urin und ohne Schuhe hätte mich nicht getraut herumzulaufen. Auch das zweite Zimmer, das wir nach Anfrage ansehen durften, […] und schlussendlich auch darin übernachteten war im gleichen Zustand... Das Frühstück hingegen war in Ordnung. Läs mer

Lille hyggeligt hotel beliggende midt i Munchen. Vi havde vores hund med, og der var overhovedet ingen problemer. Vi havde et værelse til 4 personer, da vi kun skulle bruge værelset som en enkelt overnatning på vej mod Kroatien. Sødt personale og en fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet. Kan varmt anbefales.
