The Hotel is located at a quiet high rise buildings area a little hard to locate; because it is part of the apartment rent out as hotel. There was no taxi cab you can find in front of the building unless you walk a block to the near by high end mall. the mall is a good place to find all kinds of restaurant for lunch & dinner. If you are planing to go to Manila its not a good place to stay in this hotel because of the congested traffic, it will take an hour to two during the rush hours, & cost you a fortune if you take a taxi cab. I booked this Hotel via expedia and was not disappointed. This hotel is a serviced residence but room amenities and facilities are nearly the same as a reputable hotel chain. The room sizes are above average We booked a studio room but was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite! The room has full kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, wifi router, large bathroom, […] and newspapers delivered everyday. The hotel has a 25m pool and, although no restaurants, across the road is PowerPlant Mall which is full of dining options. The staff is friendly and focused on good customer service - very evident even though we stayed during the New Year when the hotel was extremely busy. First time to Philippines so wanted a place that I could count on for safety. The security was excellent, with gated entry and elevator that would only travel to floors granted by room key. We stayed at three different places in the Makati area. Joya Lofts and Towers was the best by far and I would go back without a second thought. studio was for free upgraded to suite. Cheap minibar prices, everyday a free newpaper and quick response to any queries. Only negative is the free internet, it's only for free if you use the cable and thus a laptop. For the wifi you need to pay.

We had a wonderful stay. Service was excellent. Just across the street from the mall with all the shops and restaurants. But there was no fitness center in the tower where we stayed. AC was super cold in our room. Loved it!

I had to be in Manila on emergency business and a friend from Guam recommended Joya. I was skeptical at first but the moment I arrived, I knew it was a find. I almost hate to tell anyone about this great secret. Eat the mac and cheese at LULU downstairs!

Very disppointing. Hardly had any sleep. Very uncomfortable. Description says suite has queen size bed but it was more like a full size bed that was made for short people. Bed's length is undersized. Definitely not made for people 5'7" or taller. Hardly any view. Reservation clearly indicated that its for two persons but only one bathrobe and one pair […] of slippers were provided. Did not look anything like the room in the pictures. Do not be fooled. Room looks cramped and furniture and finishes are worn out. Only thing good about the condotel is its perfect location. But the suites are located at the worst part of the building. Will never stay or recommend to others. As senior citizens, no special service was extended or any consideration given despite all our complaints about the unomfortable,undersized bed or room location. Inclusive Breakfast was served at a local coffee chain that normally offers their breakfast at a lower price compared to the hotel breakfast rate charged as an add on. Watch out before you book this 'hotel'. For the price I paid, I was sure that I would get a decent size room. But alas, it was tiny and matched by an equally small television (it actually looked like a flat screen monitor). Don't be fooled by the business 'center' either: it is placed at the corner of the reception office -- this was very annoying since […] I was also there for business and needed something with some semblance of privacy. The other disappointing feature was the gym. While itself okay, it was a bit bothersome that one had to get a key from the reception office everytime one wanted to use the facility . The Joya is located in the upscale Rockwell area of Makati. It is right across the street from the Power Plant Mall which houses several fine restaurants as well as a food court and a movie theater. The property is clean and the staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. One thing to consider when choosing Joya Lofts and Towers is that it is a private condo not a full service hotel so there isn't an on-site restaurant or bar nor any poolside service/snack shop. Having said that they do provide coupons for free breakfasts at either the Figaro Coffee Shop around the corner or the Pancake House a block away. Thank you for a comfortable stay in Manila - a small kitchen area and access to an excellent mall and supermarket made this an ideal place to stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful - recommended if you want somewhere away from the hustle of main Manila

The hotel is in an excellent location in Makati. It is right next to a mall which has all that a traveler needs. We initially stayed at a 2-bedroom unit which was above average in convenience and amenities. However, we extended our stay and we were transferred to two studio units which did not compare with the 2-bedroom unit we had. The studio unit […] was a bit cramped and the hotel staff became too busy, I think, so that I had to go out to different floors after waiting in the room for sometime and look for someone in housekeeping to request basic toiletries. The telephone in the studio unit also did not work. My colleague from the US tried to reach me several times, but the phone was not working and my cell phone did not have roaming feature in the Philippines. Overall, this is good hotel, except for the complaint I had in the studio unit. I would stay at this hotel again, but request a 2-bedroom unit. I also like the security that the hotel provides. The business center was extremely helpful and the security guards were polite and courteous. Transportation provided by the hotel was good. Läs mer

何度も宿泊しているが、サービス内容が部屋によって変わる場合がある。コンドミニアムのオーナーが不在のときにその部屋をホテルとして提供している場合があるからではないかと思う。今回の宿泊では、マットレスにビニールかがかっている（通気性が悪く、寝ていると暑い）、部屋にセーフティボックスがない、ドライヤーが無い、壁掛け時計が止まっている、歯ブラシが毎日更新されない、冷蔵庫のミニバーサービスがない（本来、他のホテルより良心的な価格で気に入っていた）、ペンがインク切れ、など、過去にはありえなかった失態が目立った。

Résidence de haut standing très accueillante. Accès à la piscine et à la salle de sport (cardio) compris. Il suffit de traverser Plaza Drive à pied (un ou deux gardes arrêtent la circulation éventuelle en fonction de l'heure) pour se rendre à Rockwell Power Plant (galerie marchande à l'occidentale avec supermarché au sous-sol, librairies et cinéma au […] dernier étage). Les studios sont de taille raisonnable et bien tenus dans l'ensemble : petite cuisine américaine avec frigo et coin repas. Ménage quotidien compris dans le prix. Réception accueillante et réactive. Station de taxi en face de la résidence (au pied de Power Plant) mais la réception peut aussi vous en appeler un pour partir à l'aéroport, par exemple. La différence entre studio deluxe et prestige est la présence d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge ainsi que d'un balcon en prestige. Deux bémols à l'époque du séjour : au 12e, mauvaise odeur dans le couloir qui s'infiltre dans le studio, et carrelage du couloir taché au 16e. Vraiment très bien autrement. Läs mer
