I am comparing this hotel to what a 5 star hotel should be. I think for the most part everything was nice (the room, the pool area, the spa, the hotel lobby, etc) but not excellent. The service was sub par a 5 star hotel when checking in. It was unorganized and cold.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is very well done, and the rooms are very pleasant. It also had one of the best buffets I have ever eaten at. The location is great for shopping or a weekend getaway as there are two large malls right next to the hotel as well as a handful of other restaurants to choose from.

I was excited about the hotel at first, especially the location next to the Central Park mall. Then I found trouble, an overcrowded front desk. Elevators always broken and the water being turned off with no advisory. Next time I want to be next to a mall I will stay at the Hyatt next to the Grand Indonesia mall.

The only one word i can say is, EXCELLENT! Hope the hotel will keep it this way and I will definitely back for my next stay. Bravo!

It is my second time staying in this hotel and I love it. The hotel is on top of the Central Park Mall which is convenient. Also, walking distance to Taman Anggrek Mall. It is recommended to request for the central park mall view rather than the swimming pool view as their night view is great!

great location but poor service! had to wait in a long line for checking in and yet the room is not ready yet (3pm) , junior staff do not know what they are doing!

I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. I found the location somewhat difficult, but fortunately I had a private car and driver which made the location okay. It just took a little more time to get from the hotel to my business meetings.

its a great location if you want quick shopping ,the taxis from the airports never go the back road so its a very long uneccessary journey if the go on the toll road..friday night can tale 2 hours! the staff are superb... room service needs more choice but many other options in the mall

the location was a bit far from indonesia plaza, and block m among other sites. but the hotel is worth staying. its very nice, clean, and friendly staff. no complaints what so ever. the spa inside the hotel is amazing.

This hotel is attached to a very new shopping mall with verity of options specially dinning options. Little bit far from the city center but closer to the airport.

It was awesome that they upgrade our room. Everything was nice, clean, pretty, modern, in a great location. Breakfast was too slow, cold, and not what I expected of French Toasts. They gave me cold toasts with sugar and cinammon. Instead go to Krispy Kream to have breakfast. The water needs a purifier because it was yellow in the bathtub. Collage restaurants are really lacking quality. While selection is large, the quality of each dish is greatly lacking. None of the salt and peper shakers work(tried 17 tables!). Most of the buffett items were dried out from the heat of the container. Room okay

I practically live in hotels due to my work and this is my favourite hotel in Indonesia. I want to go back, but once again PULLMAN is fully booked, so I have had to book elsewhere :( - A recommendation as everything is spot on. Service, Decor, Location, Food, Atmosphere, Conference facilities etc etc.

Absolutely loved our stay. We had the suite room w living room on 12th floor overlooking the heart of Central Park mall. Really enjoyed the executive lounge and its perks too. The hotel itself was fairly new so everything was in its prime condition although we did have problem with our room a/c. Temp wouldnt go down lower than 22C and had to ask to […] have it fixed twice. Weird thing also was that we had a morning call and spa appointment we never ordered (they got the wrong room). The room was modern with nice finishing touch of glass shower. We enjoyed our daily buffet breakfast, variety was good and staff were great. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just steps away from Central Park mall and dozens of restaurants! Take the escalator down after exiting the lobby to the ground floor of CP mall food area or simply crossing the park for another 2 story food strip! Superb!! the hotel is contemporer style which is ot my fit, the restaurant is big, huge ad spacious and like it. The room is not cleanly built as at the corner of floor and carpet finishing is not neat, I can see something debris. Why the contractor is not giving a clean finishing to the room? Complex is great with a great plaza, restaurant etc.

Staff are friendly,helpful & professional. Hotel is new, clean and refreshing. The external factor beyond hotel's control is the daily super heavy traffic jam in Slipi. Getting in and out of hotel for meetings is a nightmare.

I was so surprised about the Pullman. It completely exceeded my expectations. I wish I would have stayed there for my entire trip to Jakarta rather than deciding to move to Hotel Mulia Senayan.

Great Hotel, service & staff. Stayed 3 nights and can't fault the hotel in any way. Only downside because it's a new hotel some taxis dont know where the hotel is and take you to the other Pullman (old Nikko).

Nice, modern hotel with a lot of pop art. Decor is nice for modern art lovers. Located 25 minutes from the airport (barring no traffic), it is close to a very nice mall and the area as a whole seems recently developed with surrounding condos, shops, restaurants and businesses. The only thing about our room was that the shower started leaking and water was coming from the ceiling. We only stayed one night and it happened in the morning so we notified the hotel when we checked out. For a 5-star hotel, I didn't expect that to happen. Only negative was that our room was very cold, and adjusting the mode or temperature or even turning off the AC controller didn't help, so eventually we removed the keycard to prevent hypothermia. The Pullman is a nice hotel staffed by a helpful and welcoming staff. The rooms are well furnished and very modern. The bathrooms are lovely. So what is the "but"? The check in and check out facilities are chaos. Both nights I stayed there saw a mass of people around the check in desks (even worse on check out) and no queue facility. People just walking […] up to the desk and taking over. I don't blame the staff, they tried so hard to do their job; its the way it is designed. They could at least make a barrier so people have to queue. So a nice hotel, nice rooms, good food and great staff, but the experience is brought down by the front desk. We stay at pullman hotel for spending long week end and we satisfied with the service, it's fast. The location also strategic, it's very near with central park mall which is very comfortable for us if we want to eat. Overall, we satisfied with the hotel with its service.
