From the outside, this hotel looks seedy. The lobby is nothing special. There's no elevator so the guy at check-in carried my bag up to the 3rd floor. The hallway was hot and dark. There were video cameras mounted on the ceiling on either side of my room, which was located about midway down the hall. Once in the room, my uneasiness went away. The room […] was clean and comfortable. The couch was worn and had zero support, so it was better to sit on the bed to watch tv. There was a mini-fridge, but it wasn't plugged in. The a/c was off when I got in the room, but within a few minutes the room was cooled down and more comfortable. The room definitely served it's purpose. I only stayed one night because my other hotel was not available my first night on the island. For the money, this hotel was good and I would stay here again if I need an overnight. Very nice hotel. Great breakfast! Friendly and supportive staffs. Location was not too bad ... Takes just a few mins walk to nana train station and to shops and market. Love the fruits esp big sweet tasty guavas, mangoes, tamarinds, pineapples, etc along street vendors. We really had a great productive stay there!!

We have stayid only one day or better to say view hours only. The hotel lobby is simple without any extras, don't have an elevator which is very inconvenient if you have luggage. The room was big we had two bed's eich is around 1.2m wide, also the room has a sofa and a smal tea table. The cleanes was ok but not more. Not a resort or anything but not a bad place to crash for a night or two. About a $15 taxi ride from the airport (no free shuttle service). No elevator, just stairs. Nothing like the pictures listed. We booked 2 rooms. In rm 205 the couch was nasty with burn holes in the couch and someones name was written into with who knows what and in 207 there was graffiti written on the walls. The rooms were dark and they stunk of cigarettes. We are smokers but we don't smoke in our house. The beds were hard as rocks. On their […] actual website it says CLEAN, COMFORTABLE rooms, and it was not! We complained to the management and was put into 2 other rooms, it looked a little better but not by much. There is no elevator that bring heavy luggage, especially if the room assigned is in the 3rd floor. The front desk attendant (lady) offers to help me but I told her that okay, I just bring only the cloth that I will using it for that day. We booked 2 rooms last minute because our usual hotel was full, and we wanted to stay in the "non-resort" price range. The non-smoking rooms smelled awful. We sprayed the rooms w/ febreeze/lysol to make them tolerable. The hallway smelled bad also. The rooms were large and roomy. Each contained a couch, but it was badly warn, had holes, stains, and […] both smelled of urine. The carpet was very old, stained and discolored. I would attach photos, if I could. I'm not sure what the original color was, but ours had black graffiti written on the gray surface between the beds. The staff was polite, friendly and tried to be helpful, but unfamiliar with local nearby eateries. One of our rooms had a chain lock, and the other had a small sliding lock-- neither felt very secure. The wireless internet was free-- many of the local resorts charge for it. Each room had a small fridge. The hotel was located behind a Blockbuster Video store, next to a mostly vacant strip mall. The exterior was not clean or immediately recognizable as a hotel. I can safely say we will not ever stay here again primarily due to the condition of the furnishings, cleanliness and smells. It is badly in need of renovations. Läs mer

ドライブモーテル的なホテル。少々，セキュリティには不安がある。 従業員は，ほぼ英語。オーナーは，韓国人系。(そこそこフレンドリー) 周辺には，Market(Hotelの並び)や食事処があるので便利。 出歩くなら，レンターカーが必要。(タモンには，遠い。) 海は，大通りを挟んだ目の前にあり....信号は，遠い。 空港送迎は，期待出来ず。(タクシー利用) 以上を許容出来るのなら，いい所です。

リゾートには程遠い感じですが、コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。 施設は古いですが、値段が値段なんで文句もいえません。 アクセスも空港から近いし、近くにビーチや食事するところもあるので良いと思います。 ホテルの方も感じがよかったです☆ また機会があれば利用したいです。

静かで日本人はスタッフさん一人。いつもわさわさ買い物に行ったり観光したりと隙間無く行動していた旅行が多かったのですが今回はゆっくりリラックスできました。仕事で寝不足でかなり疲れていた私にはぴったりのホテルでした。スタッフさんもとても親切でした。英語がほとんどできない私においしいレストランやアウトレットの場所も教えてくれました。隣のタイ料理も台湾料理もおいしかったです。歩いて10分ぐらいの中華もおいしかったです。ビーチは道路を挟んで前にあるのですが大きな道路なので近くの信号まで歩かないと渡れません。7分ぐらいかな。ビーチも静か、近くの家具屋さんにはすてきなベッドやテーブルがありました。 アメニティはタオルとシャンプーと石けんのみです。他は隣のコンビニで調達できます。 買い物目的の旅行には不向き […] かと思います。私はダイビング目的だったのですがあまり潜っていなくのんびりの一人旅でした。 楽しい旅行になりました。 ホテルの皆さんありがとうございました。 Läs mer

部屋はお世辞にも綺麗とは言いがたく、部屋履きのスリッパが無い。 空港の送迎は$10かかる。 空港へは迎えに来ていなく、電話をして初めて迎えに来る始末。 旅なれない人は、かなり不安になるはず。 地理的には、空港にもビーチにも近いのですが、食事が出来るところはピザハット位しかありません。 コンビにもありません。レンタカーは必須です。 到着時間が時間だけに1泊だけして、翌日宿泊先を変えました。

女子1名で泊まりました！ 単身者、仲間内ならオススメ。 安いわりに壁はキレイだし、バスルームもきれいでした。 エアコンも新しかったしfreezerもあり。TVも、収納もあります。 シーツ類も清潔！隣の声などは聞こえない。 アメニティはなし。シャワーは時間が遅いとボイラー止まるので冷たい。 セキュリティボックスはない。 市街地から遠く、スタッフは私がいった時には英語のみ。 安いから危険とかではないと思います。 安く泊まりたいなら十分です。

このホテルはタムニンからちょっと距離があり、近所のグアムプレミアムアウトレットまで徒歩で20分と利便性は低いものも、 価格の安さとフレンドリーなスタッフ、ある程度静かで快適な部屋のお陰で殆どホテルにいない、長期滞在の拠点として滞在するにはとても良いと思います。 ただ、問題があるとすれば電子レンジが有料でLobbyにしか無い事、 シャワーのお湯がだんだん冷たくなるので急いで使わないといけないこと。 その二点ぐらいだと感じました。 安宿になれていない人にはハードルの高いホテルですが 安宿に慣れている人にはおすすめできます。

大通り沿いなのでレンタカー利用での立地は良い。フロントはほんとに感じの良い人。日本語のマップもある。建物や設備は古い。階段や部屋内部も綺麗とは言えない。NHKが観られた。水回りはまずまず。ホテルライフを重要視する方には全くお勧め出来ない。寝る拠点として利用するには良い。夜中廊下で何やら喧嘩が始まって参った。利用客もそれなりということか。日本人は見ない。安さは魅力。

タモン地区の中心まで行くにはタクシー（＄15）を使わなくてはならないので、ショッピングを目的にしている人には不便ですが、ダイビング目的の人には安くて、部屋が広い（たまたまかも知れないが、ツインルームで応接セットとキッチン、ダイニングテーブル付）ので、とても快適です。ホテルのすぐ近くに、スーパー（シャンプーやお酒などの日常品調達）やレストラン（中華・韓国・タイ）などがあるので、生活には不自由しません。 10分ほど歩くと、現地の人行きつけのLoneStarというステーキハウスがあり、中心街とは違い、海外気分を味わえます。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、日本人客はほとんどいないので、日本語は通じません。
