Helt ok för en affärsresenär på besök i nordvästra Baltimore som prioriterar pris framför lyx. Lugnt område nära belt way. Enkel frukost men med bra möjligheter att komplettera i köket på rummet. Vänlig personal utan att utmärka sig speciellt.

Väldigt trendigt och snyggt. Bra storlek på rummen och framförallt rent. Undvik deras frukost, dyrt och tråkigt.

"Great service, but a bit of an odd place"
Had a nice overnight in Baltimore recently. I have always loved the Black Olive restaurant, so thought I would check this out. The front desk check in is very thorough and the staff is very helpful. The room itself was clearly a space that was built to become condominiums. There was a large space where a kitchen would have been, a dining area, a large […] living room. Overall the room itself was confortable but just odd lacking the furniture you might need to fill that much space. The lights in the room are all motion-sensing, many of them unable to turn off permanently, making getting up in the middle of the night a bit shocking. As well, the lights on the balcony didn't see to be able to be shut off, and the curtains not quite capable of keeping out the light. "Great Extras, but Missed Some Basics"
We stayed for two nights -- Friday and Saturday. Location was great, they were very nice when we checked in - in fact the staff was incredibly nice throughout our stay. Two categories of comments, the much appreciated and the perplexing. Much appreciated: the complimentary bottle of wine, their help getting us some surprise flowers, the lovely room […] and bathroom. Perplexing (because these basics would have been covered at any cheap hotel): We couldn't control the heat from our room, the hot water was inconsistent making it difficult to enjoy the "spa" bathroom, the lights were on motion sensors and the work around to disable the annoying feature didn't always work, TV didn't work (it had some sort of cable TV hookup, but no instructions), and the bathtub jets were broken so we couldn't put it on the highest speed. "Good food + great room"
Staff is super friendly + the room is probably one of the bigger rooms iv stayed in for under $200. Bed, wifi, tv and furniture were all up to standards. Free bottle of wine was A nice touch.Verifierad gästrecension
"Great hotel for any length of stay."
This is my second time staying at the hotel. The room is good, the bathroom great, the breakfast and room service great. "Absolutely wonderful stay."
There's so much I could say about this incredible Inn, but I'll only touch briefly on those things that stood out the most for me. Customer service - STELLAR. I was met at the front door by Steve, who immediately took my bag, checked me in, and showed me to my room. He was also gracious enough to handle my room service request even though the restaurant […] was still open, and I could've easily gone upstairs to enjoy it. I just couldn't leave the room! lol So thank you, again, Steve! The California Spa Suite - All I can say is OMG, followed by WOW...it was huge, and gorgeously decorated, in my opinion. I loved the bay of "green windows", the cute corner balcony where I had my evening tea even though it was freezing outside. lol I couldn't pass up the opportunity to stargaze and admire the harbor view and lights. The bathroom was very large in comparison to any industry standard...the jacuzzi, with mineral salts laid out for you, just calls for you to enjoy a soak - and I did! lol. The bed - Did not disappoint! Perfect firmness and pillows afforded the best night of sleep I've had in a while. There's so much more I want to say, but I'm running out of space! lol The important thing..this was an amazing over-nighter for me, I love the fact that the Inn strongly supports local businesses/artists...the food was delicious (you can't leave without a loaf of the signature bread!), the view/location was perfect..and most importantly, the staff was spot on. "Great boutique hotel near the waterfront."

"Business and Pleasure. Our New Favorite."
We flew in early for Business and the staff was warm, friendly and more than accomidating allowing us for a smooth and early check in. They exceeded all of our expectations that quickly turned our Business trip into Pleasure as well. This hotel was by far the best I've ever been to. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I found it to be just as advertised. "Unique experience"
This is the first hotel I have ever visited that is "organic". The lights even turn off automatically if you are not in the room. The beds and the pillows are so wonderful you may never want to get up. Plus the spa tub must be experienced--truly relaxing. The television is also a computer so you can even get netflicks. Upon arrival, I found that this booking service hadn't informed them we changed to come a night early, but no problem, not only did we get an early check-in but an upgrade. The rooms are ultra-cool and green, comfy and spacious, ours had a water view. It's a nice little boutique hotel in Fels Point, Maryland. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. A nice complimentary bottle of wine and bottle of water, and continental breakfast. Room service was great from their in-house greek restaurant.
