Mysigt hotell nära strand i ett härligt, lugnt kvarter. Kändes hemtrevligt och avkopplat. Servicen är fantastisk, när vi anlände så mötte Luis upp oss, visade rummet och erbjöd solstolar som man fick ta med till stranden och gratis cyklar att låna. Good location, very friendly staff, it gives good value for your money. Special thanks for free WiFi, free bikes, free beach chairs. Only parking slots should be bigger - or cars should be smaller.

This is an older property with only few rooms. The room and the bathroom were clean but had a few ammenities. No closet and the shower had low pressure. You get assigned parking around the building and getting in and out can be a bit difficult at times. The owner Luis was very polite and cooperative. Very close to hollywood beach boardwalk and it is […] one of the best boardwalks in America. Plenty of food choices, shopping, and activities on the beach. Even found a small open air theatre on the beach. If you are looking to save money and willing to compromise on some room ammenities than this can be a good place to stay. I will stay here again. Spent a 1 week duration at Villa Europa as a single female traveller. Very happy with the choice of accommodation. Hosts Lois and Jossie cannot do enough to ensure the best for their guests. So much value included in the nightly rate, free use of beach chairs, loungers, coolers, umbrella's, bikes, BBQ,parking is complimentary as are calls to the USA […] and Canada, free wifi etc etc .. location is just perfect, mere steps to the beach, room very adequate with sattelite TV , kitchen facilities , cookware and dishware. Liked the courtyards, sunny clean and a great place to meet other travellers if that's something you enjoy. lois keeps a close eye on things and is fussy on who he allows in the hotel, this gave me a sense of safety as a female alone in the area. The Villa Europa hotel is a great value! We didn't want to pay a lot for a fancy room, since we wanted to be outside on the beautiful beach, and along the boardwalk, and this hotel was perfect for that! No complaints . Would stay here again

I recently had reservations to stay at the Villa Europa for 1 night on our way down to Miami from Ft. Lauterdale. We were just looking for something cheap, since the rest of the vacation cost an arm and a leg. WHAT A MISTAKE. There were 4 in my party, and although the room was equipped with 2 twin beds, we didn't mind squeezing for the 1 night. After […] checking in with my one girl friend, my boyfriend and his friend parked and unloaded the car. We were all getting ready to go out to dinner when the phone rang. The owner's wife called to say that "our friends" needed to leave the room. We didn't think too much of it and decided to leave for dinner. We returned to the hotel around 1am to find the male owner hiding across the street awaiting our arrival. He jumped out and rudely yelled to my boyfriend and his friend that they were not aloud to stay in the room with us. We were furious and appalled to say the least. We ended up booking a room at the Marriot a few blocks over since the room was a complete hell-hole anyway, and this man was practically stalking us. When we went to return the key to him about an hour later, conveniently he had left for the night. I have never experienced such lack of privacy at a hotel in my life. I will definitely be staying at Villa Europa, again. I felt like I was staying in an apartment. It was clean and super quiet. Even the "neighbors" hanging out in the patio area were super friendly. I chose the location because I used to live down the street and knew it was super safe and right on the beach. Luis is the highlight of any stay at Villa Europa. He is very accomadating and available. The hotel rooms are simple and stark. There are nice outside tables in two pods to sit and a BBQ in each pod, however these can also be noisy. Outdoor lighting of the pods is excellent, but also makes it difficult to darken your room for sleep. Motel was only a half block from the Broadwalk and beach and easy walking distance to various restaurants. Free wireless service and use of washer and dryer with convenient and free parking right beside unit. Great location with bikes, chairs for the beach and a grill you could use. Old property with electical outlets in the bathroom that did not work, and a thermostat tied to other rooms (HVAC system services multiple rooms). No sound proofing. Towels had seen better days. Luis and his assistant provided impeccable service. They were friendly and accommodating to our every need, even allowing us to check in several hours early immediately when we arrived. What a great place to stay! We stayed in an efficiency which had everything a person could need. The beach is a few steps away. There is ample parking, which is unusual in this part of town. Service was great, but it's a hotel that's designed really for someone who is planning on spending lots of time in the sand - hard, cold floor (no carpets) makes sense if you're coming in and out with sand on your feet, but it makes for an uncomfortable "cold" night in January...

I was a little shocked when we arrived at the hotel which had received such glowing reviews. Yes, the host was absolutely wonderful, but I doubt that the room has been renovated since the 1960's. This hotel is located a half-block from the beach with a view of the street or other hotel. It's a 1-level tiny humbling "villa"/motel. I just stayed in a studio with full kitchen, however it was really small (like an effeciency unit) and the walls are REALLY, REALLY, REALLY thin! Older style hotel in great location to beautiful beach and boardwalk. Comfortable room with kitchenettes, sitting area, kitchen table & flat screen tv. Large tiled shower for two! You could not find a nicer owner than Luis. If we needed something, he was there. Very accommodating. Will definitely return.

What a great find. This is not a luxury hotel and it doesn't need to be. It is a one story complex in a neighborhood of mostly smaller buildings. Several rooms grouped around a small patio area. Lovely. I enjoyed that there wasn't any noise from rooms above me. No street noise either. The beach is right around the next corner. This hotel is smooshed in between lots of other hotels. It is small and older and doesn't look like much when you arrive. But Luis is the most gracious host and he keeps his little place in top shape. The location is great- just steps from the ocean and right near but not on the boardwalk. There are complimentary beach cruisers available for use and […] we even got a discount at a delicious local restaurant (Pachamama) when we told them he sent us. My wife was not impressed by the looks of the building as we arrived. But inside was fairly nice with a tiny kitchen that can be useful to a lot of people. Each building has two connected units that transmit a bit of sound from the other party. it did not bother us, but might possibly be an issue for some people. The location is just off the broadwalk about 4 blocks north of the stage on the broadwalk with a free parking spot. This is not a fancy place to stay but the location was great. The room was about 50 yards from the paved "Broadwalk" that runs along the beach in a entertainment area. Great for walking, biking and roller-blading, or enjoying the beach.The room was plain but clean and the management was pleasant.

This little place was great! Our room (studio) was super clean & was right next to the boardwalk. Luis (owner/manager) was sooooo helpful! He said there was no hurry for check out the next day, and boy was he serious! We left at 4 in the afternoon! He even helped us pack up our things in the trunk. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

My stay was wonderful....I will go back. Again and again. Simply a pleasure. .

O Sr. Luis foi um excelente anfitrião e a acomodação tem conforto compatível com as pousadas da região. Fiquei apenas um dia, porém pude notar que a região é para famílias e sem vida noturna.

Wir haben insgesamt drei Nächte im Villa Europa verbracht und waren top zufrieden. Luis, der immer-und-allzeit-bereite-und-gut-gelaunte Concierge war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat uns unsere Wünsche quasi von den Augen abgelesen. Und wenn dann mal was nicht geklappt hat, war es nie wirklich schlimm. Von der Lage her ist das Hotel nur zu empfehlen. […] Zum Flughafen sind es nur 10 Minuten Fahrt. Es liegt in zweiter Reihe zum herrlichen Sandstrand von Hollywood. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zum Mitnehmen stehen jederzeit zugänglich bereit. Auch Leihräder (ohne Gebühr) darf jeder Gast benutzen. In den beiden Innenhöfen gibt es Grills und Tische mit Stühlen. So kann man sich gut auch draußen aufhalten. Die Zimmer sind mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank eingerichtet, was für Selbstversorger sehr geschickt ist. Wir haben es bedauert, nicht länger bleiben zu können, ich würde aber jederzeit in diese Unterkunft zurück kehren. Läs mer
