Hotell Hotel am Sendlinger Tor - München

Om det ej vore för dess läge skulle detta hotell inte vara mycket värt. Det är okej som övernattning men inte mer. Lyhört, dåligt ljudisolerat också mot gatan och trafiken. Önskar du lugn och ro och behöver tystnad god för nattsömn; välj ett annat hotell.

A disaster: shower did not drain: so first two days no shower using the toilet thus meant standing in two in deep water was told maintenance man was on vacation in London but late on the second day someone was found to clean the drain never was I offered any compensation this is a 'never again' hotel I am bilingual, so German/English not an excuse

Well, it's old. Things are patched and old. The town is old. The town is beautiful, but the rooms were tough. We got one for us and one for the kids. Sheets were clean as was the room, but certainly not near a 3 star or most 2 star hotels. If/when we do it again we will stay farther away from toen and drive in.

With the exception of a 3 day TV fiasco, our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. I was a little angered that it took 3 days to get the TVs fixed. Although the only English channel was CNN I like to keep abreast of the news on a daily basis, so that's the only English speaking channel I needed. The room was much more than we expected for the rate. […] The cleanliness was without reproach. The accommodations could not be complained about in the least. A nice spacious bedroom with a sitting area. I believe the sitting area calls for an easy chair, but that's a suggestion, not a complaint. The noise cancelling windows, we used to have them in our German haus before we sold it, trap most of the street noise. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were for the most part thorough and friendly. My wife did have a problem with one of the ladies one morning. I wasn't there at the time, but my wife told me she was a bit rude to her on one occasion. The fact that they have bier, wine, juices and soft drinks available at the front desk is a huge plus. It saves one from having to go to one of the Bahnhofs to get it. The housekeeping staff works like a well oiled machine. I've never seen a staff so organized. Those 2 ladies came in, each had a room, and were in and out in about 5 minutes. Amazing! On our next trip to Munich, we would gladly stay there again. Again, thank you for a nice stay. Läs mer

Location of this hotel is near Marien Platz and Sendlinger Tor so it's convenient. However, I was very uncomfortable while staying at this hotel for one night due to heavy smoke from the room, broken toilet seat and shower head. I will never stay in this hotel again. It also cost me 18 euros to park near park haus for 13 hours. The receptionist told […] me to park there, when there were some complimentary parkings in the back of the hotel. Läs mer

You are only a short cab ride or walk to any clubs or sights. My brother and I were amazed at the amount of space there was in the hotel room, couch, kitchen, bed, and living area. The only problem is that the bathroom is extremely small. Other than that, it was a great place!

Yes, I repeat FREE high-speed wi-fi internet in the room! Not in the loby like many other hotels. Not costing 40$ a day like many other hotels in Munich. Just perfect! Combined with closed to the underground this could not get better for my stay for the DLD conference.

great price for a hotel only several blocks from the Rathaus-Glockenspiel in the Marienplatz. Turn right, walk right into it. Nice place to stay overnight or while exploring Munich. Nothing fancy but nothing bad.

It is a nice hotel located only 5 minutes from Marienplatz (the city centre), which is a perfect location, when you visit Munich. It is not the newest hotel but the price considered it it very good.

L'Hotel è carino e in ottima posizione, anche le camere a prima vista sono graziose... il problema che i letti (separati anche per un matrimoniale) cigolavano ad ogni movimento rendendo la notte insopportabile e i sanitari non erano il massimo (lavabo scheggiato e erogatore acqua arrugginito)

O quarto e muito bom, bem aquecido e limpo. O banheiro com box meio pequeno pra quem e alto e com degrau (pessoas de melhor idade correm o risco de cair ao sair). A localizacao e otima. Como nao tem cafe da manha, fomos a uma "padaria" a menos de 50 metros do hotel, muito boa e com precos legais. A recepcao foi prestativa, mas sempre que chegavamos […] tinha um funcionario fumando na recepcao e sentado no sofa. Nao achamos isso adequado. Läs mer

Super sejour dans cet hotel que je recommande vivement. Très propre et spacieux, et à 2min à pied du centre ville. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit dejeuner. Posssibilité d'avoir place de parking pour 10€ la nuit.

Het hotel was niet schoon, kamers waren rookkamers. Raam kon niet dicht en het was -14 buiten. Douches waren kapot en water was koud. Geen ontbijt.

ottima pozione a 5 min a piedi dal centro di monaco, giusto compromesso tra qualità e prezzo

Неожиданным приятным сюрпризом стали девушки из Украины на ресепшн. Спасибо им большее за помощь!!! Отель очень удобно расположен. Единственный минус - это плохая звукоизоляция.

Hotel piccolo ma carino. Bottiglia d'acqua frizzante in camera ogni giorno. Posizione centrale e ben fornita dai mezzi. Unico neo: alla reception ho chiesto qual era l'ora massima di rientro e se ci fosse un codice per entrare tardi. Prezzo molto concorrenziale per la posizione, vicinissima ai negozi (che però sono chiusi domenica e festivi). Mi hanno […] risposto di tenermi pure la chiave della camera perchè la porta d'ingresso è aperta tutta notte (non c'è portiere). Potrebbe entarre chiunque. Läs mer
