Absolutely AMAZING hotel - gorgeous, clean, quiet, safe. Nice neighborhood and close to the metro line. Only minor complaint is that the concierge didn't seem to know very much info/ was not helpful. But a stunning hotel overall, especially given the very affordable price tag (although room service dining is not cheap).

We travelled to Bangkok on a family vacation with my entire family which included my wife, my two daughters (ages 1 and 2), and my parents. We booked the two bedroom suite in order to accomodate everyones needs. To start, our flight from the states got us to Bangkok close to 1am. By the time our car got us to the OR it was close to 2. The staff was […] kind enough to walk us straight to our room and do all necessary check-in inside the room. After traveling for 18 hrs from California, I just wanted to get the kids in bed. A simple gesture was much appreciated. Once we were settled I was able to appreciate the beautiful accomadations. Everything was clean and well kept. The hotel provided fresh fruit as well as free water, coffee, tea. Water was essential as it was very humid and hot when we were there. The staff were very friendly to my entire family especially with my kids. We loved the pool after a long day of walking around the city. The location is walking distance to the shopping area, gaysorn plaza and paragon. The only negative is the location. It was difficult to find places to eat nearby at night. Great hotel and staff, but need to be aware that location is not central or as easy to get to as some of the riverbank hotels. Despite that the hotel has a complimentary shuttle that operates every 30 min until 6pm and can do oneway transfers to the local sky train station.

The property is very new and elegant, superbly designed with a very nice attention to details. The staff is very corteous and helpful, however we had some issues at check-in and despite being solved quickly they show that part of the staff is very new and not quite at 5-star standards. Only point is that we could still hear some street noise even up at the 16th floor, so not the best sound-proof windows. This hotel is a very nice property about a third of a block from the Bangkok train system. We told the taxi driver it was next to the American Embassey and he took us right to it. We stayed for 3 nights in Dec 2012 & were completely blown away by this hotel. It's a true 5 star hotel. From the time we arrived until we left, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The one bedroom suit is very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. Two TV's one in the bedroom, the other in the lounge. There are idecks in the bedroom & lounge […] for your iPod or iPhone. They even provide cables to charge your electronics. The gym is small but functional with all the equipment you need. The pool is big so great for doing laps. Cafe Claire serves good food, both Thai & burgers etc with great coffee. The location is actually perfect cos you are next to the American embassy so safe & clean area yet you are not far from the train station plus the hotel provides a shuttle to the station every hour. If you take a taxi th staff at the hotel will ensure that the meter is on & give the driver details of where you're going. They will also give you maps of the city & a hotel address card written in Thai & English so you can find your way back. Overall an awesome stay, would highly recommend it! Läs mer

This hotel is more of a residence apartment building with hotel services. This is not a grand luxurious Bangkok hotel. There is a lobby with a restaurant and a pool. Thats about it. Was here for just one night. The room was amazing and the location of the hotel is great. The cabbies don't quite know the hotel, but the US embassy is the closest landmark. The room decor, cleanliness and service was top notch. It is also fairly close to the shopping areas like MBK and Siam Paragon. Highly recommended.

We took a 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. It was absolutely great. Very new and great attention to detail. Eg they put a basket of baby care soaps and products in the bathroom for our 9 month plus a dressing gown for our 3 year old. This hotel is great for a number of reasons: excellent service, good breakfast, fast internet, nice kitchen, huge bathrooms, comfortable bed, nicely decorated. The pool area was a little drab and pool staff did not speak English. Also, we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes to get our room key although we arrived at 3pm. Thankfully it was only […] 10 minutes but still, not happy about it if check in time is earlier than that. Also the whole hotel only has 3 cribs so one was not available on our first night. i am so impressive of its service & all the staff there are so warm and willing to help the customers; sometimes i think they have done for more than what they have to do as a work! i think the staff love this place and proud of it. the free shuttle to the Chitlom station is a great help! we use it every day!! 之前住过一卧室套房，十分宽敞，此次入驻的普通间，稍微显得拥挤，但是并非不能接受。总的来说房间保持着一贯的精致细腻，服务非常好。

酒店套房设施非常舒适，卫生间超大。游泳池是半开放式，非常漂亮，景观也很不错。周围环境很安静，紧邻美国大使馆和一片大花园。到最近的购物中心步行15分钟即可，附近有一个酒吧Wine Bridge，乐队水平很高，周末会爆满。一次完美的住宿体验，以后我在曼谷的首选酒店。

唯一の不満はレストランのバーテンダーさんが一生懸命なものの素人並の腕前だったことです。それ以外は文句のつけようがありません。丁寧かつフレンドリーなスタッフ、美しい建物、開放感のあるプール。駅までも近く、向かいにはコンビニと小規模な屋台村（朝昼のみ）もあります。

Great experience at Bangkok. My family stayed for two days and were super satisfied with the services and room facilities, especially the kitchen.(Most moms would be glad about the stove, oven and the big fridge.)The Chinese Restaurant attached to the hotel made great food. Besides, the shuttle bus of the hotel leaves every half an hour for the nearest […] subway station, which provides guests great conveniences.The only pity is the swimming pool, the service is off by 8 p.m. and we do think most of the quests are available for relaxation when work is done. For en luksus! Hyggelige ansatte som virkelig yter max for å gi deg og dine en fin opplevelse. De har ALT! Vi leide et tomannsrom i 17 etasje. Fantastisk utsikt. Nydelig fruktkurv ventet på oss på rommet da vi kom. Eget bad til hvert rom, enorme gode senger. Og ikke minst, tykke og lange håndkler. Vi hadde ikke bestilt frokost da det da var dobbelt […] pris. Det eneste minuset vi kan gi er kaldt vann i bassenget. Ellers kan vi og anbefale Mandopop som ligger rett ved siden av hotellet, vi spiste der den dagen vi skulle reise. This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights in December, and we are very impressed by the hotel's standard and service. Location is good, about 15 minutes’ walk from the major shopping areas (Siam Square, Chitlom, etc.), or 5 minutes’ walk to Skytrain. ホテルの名前は最寄の駅からでもタクシー運転手には知名度が低いようで通りの名前を伝えるか、アメリカ大使館の隣、と伝えるとわかってもらえました。到着したロビーは天井が高く、ヨーロッパ調で高級感があり、いつもいい匂いのする空間でした。部屋の掃除はいつも行き届いていて、夕方に一度戻って仮眠をとり、再度でかけて帰ってみると、またベッドメイキングされていて気持ちいいベッドで二回も寝ることができました。スタッフの方は一人日本語が少しできる方がいましたよ。行く前はホテルの立地を見ると地図にも詳しく載っておらず少し不安で不便なように見えましたが、最寄駅までは徒歩で行けますし、一番近い繁華街は一駅なので特に問題はありませんでした。個人的には、バンコクに泊まる際には再度利用したいと思いました。タイの水道事情がそう […] なのかシャワーの水圧がかなり弱かったのがしんどかったです。 Läs mer
