Only cold/lukewarm water in the shower for instance. But it is nice and clean with a nice garden and a private beach with sunbeds. The atmosphere at the hotel is a very familiar and you almost feel like you are visiting friends. And if there wasn't for an incident I would've said that the personal was very friendly and helpful. But I went on a snorkling tour and they forgot to make sure that I had any equipment. When it was discovered no excuses or attempts to solve the problem was made. Talking to the manager afterwards he was furious that it had happened. On the other hand I was leaving early in the morning, 5 am, and they arranged so I got breakfast before I left which was unexpected from my side. If you are looking for a nice relaxing and quiet vacation this is a good place to go.

All of the staff were very nice and extremly helpful in any way. Red Coconut is perfectly situated at Boatstation 2, directly at the beach. It's restaurant serves very good meals to a descent price. The only negativ I can say about this place, and thath's maybe because we are no Youth any more, is that the bar played discomusic in the evening. And there was a lot of shauting and laughter from the bar until midnight when it closed. But I would gladly stay there again.

Betygsatt av en Hotels.com-gäst jan 29, 2013Hej vi bodde på Patio Pacific närmare 4 veckor i januari 2013. Vi är otroligt nöjda med hotellet. Hotellet låga nära stranden ca 150m, skönt att det inte låg mitt på stranden där alla människor och musik spelades. Personalen var otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma! Vi anlände till hotellet på natten 03.30 ca och incheckningen var inte förräns kl 14.00 och dom ordnade ett rum till oss ändå så vi fick "en extra" natt. Frukosten var bra, kocken stod och gjorde omelett med valfria ingridienser. Poolområdet var trevligt med solstolar som man kunde slappa vid efter en dag på stranden. Gymmet brukade vi flitigt varje dag. Rummen var stora och hade AC, duschen hade kunnat renoverats lite då strålen i duschen inte var i bästa laget. Men inget större att klaga på, tog bara lite längre tid och duscha annars allt jätte bra! Fick dock ingen information när vi kom att om något går sönder måste man betala för det. Min sambo halkade vid poolen och ramlade med ett askfat i handen som gick sönder, olyckshändelse. Det fick vi betala 200 Peso och ett paraply som vi ställde utanför rummet då det ösregnade en kväll. Vi ställde 2 där nästa dag fanns bara 1 kvar det ville dom vi skulle betala för men det behövde vi inte tillslut. Det saknade jag att bli informerad om att det var strikt med, vi är gäster? Men annars var allt toppen, vi kommer åka tillbaka till Patio Pacific! :)

"Fantastic hotel in the wrong area"
If you don't mind the walk/ride trough a broken down and shady area, this place is a gem. Friendly staff, beautiful and peaceful courtyard, comfortable room and a low price. The only downside is the distance from white beach, which is where all the action is on Boracay.Verifierad gästrecension

Reef Retreat Resort is on Bulabog Beach. There is no swimming on Bulabog Beach. Bulabog Beach is used as a base for water activities. It is filled with boats. A 10 minute ride by "tricycle" (a motorcycle with a sidecar attached) to D*Mall (the main shopping street in Boracay at Station 2, White Beach) is $1.20. It is a 5 minute walk on D*Mall to White […] Beach at Station 2. White Beach, a magnificent beach, is subdivided into 3 zones called Station 1, Station 2 and Station 3. These odd names are used because in the past there were 3 boat stations at these locations. The names stuck. Station 2 is the best part of White Beach and is the center of action in Boracay. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The room was cleaned and fresh linens were provided every day. I thought the air at Reef Retreat was much better than the air where the hotels were located on White Beach. Reef Retreat is very quiet. All you will get during your stay is a room with a terrace. The word "Resort" in the name is not descriptive of the property . If you like night life you can always get back to the hotel no matter how late you stay out---tricycles run 24x7. Great place and wonderful people. In my opinion this is the best side of the island as you are close to everything but away from the crowd. White beach is a 5 minute (safe ) walk but if you are doing Boracay right it should take you 10 as you will be soooooo relaxed and walking like a snail. There is no pool but the sea is at the end of the garden and […] only weird people play in pools on Boracay... you will understand when you see the sea The only small consideration is the internet which when i was there was poor so if its important to you just ask them before they book. They are good people and will tell you if they have fixed it or not but even if they haven't there is so many good internet cafes near and it saves you carrying a laptop. Boracay is one thing and that is White Beach. Everything is somehow centered around the beach. Reef Retreat Resort is locaded on the opposit side of the Island and White Beach, but it is only a 10 min. walk from the resort to the beach. In the morning, when you are walking to the beach. We found it very relaxing being able to "leave" the noise and the crowd (not in anyway overly crowded) at the beach and enjoy the peach an quiet atmosphere of the Reef Retreat. We enjoyed looking at the two small tortoises trying to escape and from time to time turn them over, when they fell on their backs. "不便な立地"
飲んでもいないミニバーについて、毎日チェックしているので、お客以外ありえないと言われた。また、エアコンが故障している部屋に関して、変更を希望したが、フルブックだからと変更してもらえなかった。周りの部屋を見ても空いているのに・・・。修理も来るのが遅かったし、ホテルとしては悪びれもしていない。もっとお客視点に立つべき。Verifierad gästrecension

Ottima location per il kitesurf ma si raggiunge facilmente anche la white Bach distante soltanto 10 minuti. Vicino anche al centro commerciale d-mall.
