Hotellet var sunkigt och kalllt. Jag frös och blev sjuk, åkte dit för att fira nyår, shoppa och ha kul. Läget var bra, nära till mycket. Hotell personalen var väl trevliga, men glömde städa rummen en gång. Det var helt okej.

Vi fick rummet ut mot korsningen och där åkte det bilar dygnet runt. Blev inte alls mycket sömn under de fyra nätter vi sov där. I övrigt var hotellet och servicen bra. Frukosten var väl ingen höjdare. Det fanns bara cornflakes med mjölk, ljust rostbröd med marmelad, världens sötaste juice och kaffe. Tack och lov fick man även stekt ägg eller äggröra. […] Men det är väl vanlig frukost i England antar jag. Kommer antagligen välja ett annat hotell nästa gång! Läs mer

I had one night stay while attending conference across the road at Southampton University. Perfect location minutes from Elephant and Castle tube that takes you into the centre. I found the hotel staff welcoming, polite and friendly. The hotel has a quirky character all of it's own. The Bridge Hotel served its sole purpose for me as somewhere to get my head down for a night. Dated hotel, not justify 3* rating. Very basic rooms and amenities.

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and the shower was hot ! The furniture was a bit mix and match but fine. You get free fruit, water and a simple breakfast included which considering all for £69 is a great deal. I didn't see a lot of the staff since arrived late and left early but you could tell they are trying really hard to create a […] down to earth, solid hotel which they are achieving. No lift, room looked nothing like the pictures, was a bit cramped. Staff was very friendly though, and carried our bags up and down for us, which was nice since we werr on the top floor!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much and would definitely go back next time: clean rooms, drinking water and fruits in fridge, TV, good bathroom, convenient location near Elephants and Castles Tube station,... Stayed for 3 nights during the Olympics. Convenient loaction a 5 minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station, which itself is great for access to the rest of London. Welcomed warmly and quick check in. Twin room with shower was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. The hotel was quite labyrinthine, so I spent some time to get oriented. The woman at the front desk was very, very nice and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Elephant and Castle metro station and shopping center so there are a number of people around, and it was a bit confusing to navigate. First of all remember it is England not the US. I found the value , the location and the frienliness of the hotel staff outstanding. It was just a short walk to either the underground or the train station and an easy walk to the space needle and west minister.The rooms were small but thats England . There was a small fridge in the room with water , […] fruit and all the making for tea which I enjoyed as a convience. There was also a small flat screen TY with a multiple of channels which more than served its purpose. The room came with breakfast which included toast, eggs, cereal, jucie and choice of coffee or tea. Welcoming with fruit and water, tea and coffee and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good value for money, although not ensuite and small shared bathroom was clean but smelled very damp.

Friendly welcome Stayed in ground floor room with shared shower and toilet but cheap. Quite noisy as near side door where the late returning residents stood for a smoke and chat at 3am. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay, in our case forThames River Pageant. Room was very clean, if a bit small. Would rate hotel as two star, not three. Breakfast was a bit sparse, only cooked items were eggs.

The hotel was very nice, clean and presentable, fairly close to a few underground stations. Staff were friendly, although the member of staff on the desk checked us in whilst on the phone. Quality was as expected for the price - comfortable beds and clean rooms, although one of the shared showers did not work. We experienced some noise on the second […] night of our stay, but this was caused by the guests next door to us and not the fault of the hotel staff. You get what you pay for in London, but having booked a triple room for 3 guys, I was expecting 3 single beds, rather than a double and a single bed. Especially as having researched this beforehand the pictures showed 3 single beds and nothing was mentioned in the details. Turns out they only have one room with 3 single beds and that was already taken […] and the hotel was full. So we asked if they could let us have a mattress to put on the floor, which they agreed to do, which would have been really helpful, apart from when we returned to the room later the mattress provided was about 4ft and for a child. So in conclusion if you book a triple room, best to check beforehand what your getting. Läs mer

Location is good, near public transport, walking distance to Southbank, Waterloo and especially Borough Food market. Breakfast was not "full english"but sufficient, at least for us. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Det eneste positive, der er at sige om hotellet er at beliggenheden er fin ifht. byen. Hotellet er ikke et sted man har lyst at være, værelserne er små celler, der lugter ulækkert og er ikke gjort ordentligt rent (nullermænd og hår mv. på vægge og under sengen). Der er tunge tæpper overalt, som er nussede og ulækre. Morgenmaden er MEGET simpel, og den […] indtages i en skummel og uhygiejnisk kælder. Personalet er venlige og servicemindede, men det kan ikke opveje, at det her er ringere end det billigste youth hostel, man kan forestille sig. Wenn man nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist, ist dieses Hotel für ein paar Tage in Ordnung. Das Frühstück in den Kellerräumen etwas speziell, aber alles sauber und ordentlich, sehr freundlicher Service.

Veldig hyggelig betjening, god service. Bortsett fra noen gamle rom og trange ganger, lukt av fuktskader i laveste etasje og felles trangt bad i gangen for våre rom var hotellet greit til den lave prisen. Dårlig rømningsvei fra øverste etasjer. Trådløst nettverk, kjøleskap fylt opp med gratis vannflasker og frukt hver dag, nye håndklær hver dag gir […] nok 3 stjerner, men bare på grensen. Grei enkel frokost hvis du liker egg. Veldig grei beliggenhet med gangavstand til flere severdigheter, buss og T-bane. I det hele tatt fikk vi mer enn forventet for den lave prisen. Läs mer

Very friendly staff. They really care about you. The single room is rather small but clean. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood next to the South Bank University of London. The hotel is very convenient for a short stay
