Et bra budget hotel om man ska bara stanna över i Houston några timmar, hotellet skickar bus till flygplatsen gratis. Free wifi, jatte trevlig service.

Om du måste stanna mellan punkt A och B är detta hotell tipptopp. Bra service, tyst och lugnt. Här finns tvättmöjligheter, bra lounge med complementary snacks och dryck. Bekväma rum. Måste ha bil, bra med parkering.

"Close to family"
Staff should know when rooms are ready and not have someone after checking in to find out room is not read. When I was given another room; I was put into a room with an uncovered bathroom exhaust fan. At this point, I just stay in this room without saying anything. "It was what I was hoping it would be."
I was very thankful they put in a room right away. It was a little before three and not all rooms where ready, but I was really tired from coming from a track meet with my 12 yr. old son. The room was as I saw it online. It was very updated. The color of the carpet, curtains, the furniture and the TV. The bed was comfortable and I like that it had a […] loveseat. This was a handicap room. I didnt care if it had a tub or not because I was so tried I just wanted to take a nap. Anyway, the only thing I have to say about that is that it didnt have anywhere to put your soap or to hang your wash towel and I think a shower chair would helpful in there. Great resturants close by, like the China Bear. To bad pool water was to cold to swim in. My son says put in hot tub for seasons like this. Over all it was Great!!!! "Bad cleaning and front office service"
I checked in around 3 pm the lady gave me the room key and I wanted to get some rest right away. When I got to the room, the coeaning lady was cleaning the room so I decided to go get some food and come back hoping the room would be ready. About an hour later I returned and they were still cleaning the room! "No airport shuttle"
The hotel itself was fine but I was dissapointed to find that they do not run a shuttle to/from the airport, despite it being relatively close by. There is another Super 8 that is a little closer to the airport, and they do run a shuttle, but I didnt know that when I booked this one through Hotels.com in advance of my trip. "great bargain"
Our stay was great. Check in was a breeze, our room requests were met, it was clean and nicely decorated. Our toilet broke the 2nd day and within 10 minutes we had a maintenance man over. The hotel certainly isn't 5 star but it's a great deal for the price. We would definitely stay again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Clean and Modern Rooms"
I had a new and clean microwave and fridge in the room. The bathroom was roomy in comparison to other Super 8 hotels and it all smelled and looked really clean. I would definitely stay here again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Front office staff extremely unhelpful."
Front office staff extremely unhelpful - could not provide directions from the airport clearly. Room doors have a huge crack at the bottom making for tremendous noise and light coming into the room. The walls are extremely thin - you can hear TV, footsteps and talking in surrounding rooms. Overall the price was very cheap but his is a good example of […] "getting what you pay for ..........." "Brand New with one little visitor"

"Good option if you just need an overnight stay"
This is a fairly new motel, so the place is in pretty good shape. We had a total of three rooms for our group--two regular rooms and one with a kitchenette. All of the rooms were clean and well kept, but one smelled like it had been smoked in. The room with the kitchenette also included an oddly large bathroom, complete with an unifinished utility closet […] that contained what appeared to be significant electrical service. The location of the hotel on I45 was very convenient for our stay. There are eating options and some shopping nearby, but if you stay here, you will be some distance from any of the major shopping areas in Houston, as well as any of the local attractions. The continental breakfast was good enough to keep us from going someplace else to eat. It is pretty standard motel fare, with a waffle iron. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both during our stay and on the phone before we arrived. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, this motel will do nicely. The room was clean, but not the room I reserved. I needed the sofa sleeper but received a kitchenette. There was food left in refrigerator from previous guest. The kitchenette was beautiful, but there were no glasses, cups, dished, etc. We were told at 9:38 am, that breakfast was over ten minutes ago (hmmm?) "Unsafe to say the least"
All of it was ok enough. The lady at the front desk was nice enough...until I went to open my door and my key didnt work. When I went to tell her and ask for a new key when she told me that I wasnt going to have a key. "Here's the master key but you have to bring it back"...what am I supposed to do if I need to leave? "You'll just have to come back […] to the front to get the key". Are you serious? But I can say it was clean and they charged me what they said they would. The pizza hut messed up my pizza and charged me extra. they only give you three pillows...for two people. Grrrr. But the shower was surprisingly nice and the TV helped drown out the Freeway noise. "Desk clerk lied...NO Shuttle to Airport"
Before making reservation I called This location and was told that they had an airport shuttle, just to call the desk when I landed. When I called I was told it was a $35 taxi ride each way to the motel. This is not an airport motel. It has no shuttle and is 10 miles from IAH. It was very noisy as well.Verifierad gästrecension
"Great only if you get a serious discount."
They did not have my room ready. The young lady at the counter does not have any customer service skills. The manager had to get me another room for whatever reason. I checked in 1 hour after starting checkin time and they were scrambling to get a room cleaned. I got in my room and two of the pillows had black and brown stains/marks and maybe red lipstick […] on them. Looks like the pillows were just flipped. I did not bother since it was just me in a double bed. Also, the doors have a 1 inch gap between the jammer and door at the bottom. Looks like construction crew did not do a good job. There was a huge draft coming in; and maybe bugs if any. Breakfast at 6:30am was a joke. Just waffle mix, crumbs of cereal and a bottle of room temperature Sunny D orange juice was available. "Good for the money"
The hotel is good for what I paid , the only thing is that is too close to the highway, it was still quite loud even I stayed in a room that was not facing the road, and you do need ear plugs to sleep. Other than that the furnitures were new and stylish ,but the sheets wasn't very clean I have to say, the room is also quite dusty. New hotel but it will not last long. Stayed in two different room types. Both toilet paper holders are broke already. Toilet seat so loose it barely on. Cabinet drawers in effeincy unit grossly food stained. Concrete stairs broken and cracked. White linen lamp shades was a poor choice at best. TV is very nice. All in all I'm sure it looked great […] when 1st built but the selection of FFE is very poor at best. Just cause you put a racing stripe on a car doesn't mean ur going to get 100,000 miles on it. For a Super 8, this place is pretty nice. The furniture in the room is all new and looks good.
