If you stay in Chiclayo, this hotel is your best choice. The place is clean and well-maintained, the staff are very helpful, they also have free transportation to the airport. The people at the reception desk will go to a great length to help you with anything you need. I am going to write a letter to the Manager, to tell him how great his staff are. Most importantly, if you are concerned about any stomach ailments, food in hotel's restaurant is very good, clean and safe. We had read reviews on this site that were quite negative about this hotel. But our experience was very positive. Hassle free and courteous transport to and from the airport on hotel shuttle bus. All staff friendly and provide efficient service. The front desk staff have good English and did a great job of helping us organise a driver and car to explore […] the area. Room clean on arrival and cleaned daily ( and more as needed). The hotel restaurant, Paprika, was excellent. All of the evening meals we had were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. A good range of dishes but we particularly enjoyed the fish meals. Cost us on average $10 AU each for dinner. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and included a selection of fresh fruit juices (pineapple, papaya, orange), fruit platters, yoghurt, breads and spreads, cheese and cold meat, as well as scrambled eggs, bacon, and coffee. Mi esposo separo este hotel, al respecto puedo decir que la habitacion es adecuada, la ubicacion del hotel es buena; pero la atencion del personal de recepcion pesima, cuando hicimos el check in llegamos media hora antes de el tiempo estioulado, asi que no tuvimos problemas en regresar, pero ha pesar que nos presentamos a la 1:30 (el check in era 1:00) […] la habitacion no estaba lista. Por otro lado el personal no quiso atender la solicitud de facturacion adecuada y no fueron nada atentos para responder las preguntas al respecto. Solo el personal de comedor es agradable. El hotel esta remodelado, pero en las habitaciones es necesario una mayor ventilacion, en la cama encontramos pequenas hormiguitas. Las toallas muy duras y asperas. No regresaria, hay hoteles por menos precio y con mejor atencion en el mismo rango de estrellas, como lo pude comprobar. Läs mer

No me respetaron el precio que se pago en Hoteles.com me hicieron esperar mas de una hora y al final me cobraron un costo adicional. Esto lo debe revisar hoteles.com ya que es la primera vez que me pasa
