Overall good experience. Free breakfast and Wifi makes stay in hotel more worthwhile. Suite offered was old but overall still comfortable. Will consider to go back again.

Very good hotel. Good service and breakfast. The good thing about the location is the view from the balcony. I had requested a room on one of the higher floors and they thankfully gave us one on the 4th floor. The drawback of the location is that it is in the middle of Brinchang and Tanah Rata towns so those who aren't fond on walking will have to take […] a cab everytime they want to go to anf from the hotel. The cab system is also weird since they charge more if you want to get dropped between Brinchang & Tanah Rata then if you want to go from one town to the other. The hotel is clean and decent for family. However, it's quite noisy at night when u try to sleep, as the hotel is situated beside the main road.

The stay was during non peak hour, i checked in a bit late but still receive warm welcome by reception. Receptionist also offered me to choose which view i would like to hve.of course i chose a nice scenery view! Bed was good. Toilet clean. Carpet is a bit wet dunno y.luckily the room provided with in-house slipper. So problem solved automatically. […] Package with breakfast, continental breakfast, hve variety n the taste is not frustrating. I had some expectations when I booked this hotel for my recent stay, based on the pricing when compared with other similar hotels in the area. The parking was ok. The outlook of the hotel was as expected. The check in reception was ok, except that they didn't bother to respond to my request for a mountain-view room (I presumed the room was already allocated […] prior#. On entering the Deluxe room, it was pretty odd shaped, maybe due to its locaton, and there was only a relatively small window facing the road leading to Brinchang. The bathroom was large but the bed linens had spots. I viewed the cleanliness of the room as disappointing. Realised that even with all the lamps on, the room was not sufficiently lit #gloomy). Breakfast was so-so, and guests should preferably be early else, you will probably have to share tables. Facilities-wise, it was basic and there was no swimming pool nor gymnasium. Nevertheless, the location of the hotel was ok, as it was halfway between Brinchang and Tanah Rata. The road in front of the hotel, however, was perpetually jammed with cars heading to Brinchang or Tanah Rata. It's 30min walk out of town. It's fine but extremely overpriced for what it is we paid RM480 for a suite and it was equivalent to a ~ RM250 hotel elsewhere. Rooms are average and slightly industrial. Lacks soul. But options are limited in the highlands. Food options are limited, we didn't eat in restaurant as it was empty, the teenagers running the […] Glory 78 next door were rude and laughed at us and refused our requested for several empty larger tables, ended up putting hot pot lid and utensils on a spare chair as table was so small. Overall a very nice stay there. Staff were friendly and provided prompt assistances when requested. The food was excellent too. One nitpick is that accessing the internet there is not very convenient. We had to call to get the password and it was changed after one day and we were never informed. Room is spacious and clean. Toothbrush and razor not provided, but other than that, amenities/toiletries are quite complete. Reception is a bit slow but at least they are friendly. Buffet breakfast not bad, not great, but enough to satisfy me. Overall for me is very good. This is my favorite hotel in Cameron Highlands.

We had no issues locating the hotel when we went up to the Highlands. The Hotel is in a great location, however if you are traveling with family, have plenty of mosquito repellents with you, Also dont forget to ask for a fan in the room. We didnt do that and ended up staying up all night as it wasnt too comfortable without a fan, The washrooms need […] a proper do up and we found them just okay. Even the beds were not very comfortable. But then if we dont compare this with a good 4 star hotel, may be this is acceptable. All in all we were okay with our stay but will not like to stay there for more than a night due to the issues with the mosquitos and the beds. Läs mer

Hotel staff are warm & helpful - reception is extremely helpful, in particular the manager who arranged the coach to pick us up at the hotel instead of us travelling to the bus station. Hotel location is a little far to walk to the Tanah Rata town area, have to take $8 / 10 taxi each time. There is no air cond in the room (which is ok since the weather […] is cool), however, leaving the windows / balcony opened with night lights ended up with a number of moths / insects / grasshopper (!) in the room the next morning (we stayed on the 4th floor). Our room face the hills and the road (slope) with stripes, when vehicles travel towards the hotel, it is a little noisy due to the stipes (and also because the windows are open) -- still bearable though. There is a restaurant (which we did not try) and sourvenior / tibits shop next to the hotel, quite convenient. Läs mer

Overall I am quite satisfy with this hotel. The room is big for the family suite, just nice for my family with kids. Parking is very convenience. Just some feedback regarding the toilet towels, time to change it.

We drove from KL and as international tourists found the hotel easy to find as it was well signposted. Thankfully we didn't stay in Tanah Rata which was not that nice a town.The room was spotless and great value for money as it was half the price of hotels in the city. The staff were very helpful and had a decent command of English. The breakfast was.... […] odd. The toast and butter just didn't taste quite right. But as we only had 2 breakfasts it wasn't much of an issue. There's plenty of parking and surrounding sights were easy to get to. Läs mer

Hotel correspondant a nos attentes compte tenu des prix pratiques . Gagnerait a revoir la decoration de ses chambres , un peu veillottes. L accueil manque un peu de chaleur. Excellent buffet de petit dejeuner.

Zimmer sind abgewöhnt und hellhörig. Hauptstr. Durch die highlands direkt vor der Türe dadurch sehr laut.

初めて利用させて位t抱きましたが非常に満足しています。タナラタへも2Km程度、またブリンチャンにも2Km弱と絶好の距離感にあります。ゆっくり歩いて出かけるには絶好です。4日間滞在しましたが、健康的に過ごさせていただきました。この時期は寒いくらいで日本とは雲泥の差です。また、スコールがあるのでゆっくり休みながら1日25km程度歩き、決行的でした。

Hotel personal has provided good service, quickly booked us a trip to the tea plantages and strawbery farm etc. Rooms were a bit dark as we were on first floor but clean. Close to the town, located in nature next to main road to the north of the country.

Hôtel très fréquenté par les familles avec jeunes enfants mais cela ne retire pas l'impression de calme que l'on ressent. Le petit-déjeuner est très agréable. L'ameublement de la chambre est basique mais correct.

Rigtig fint hotel. Det eneste, der kan sættes en finger på er morgenmaden. Der er ikke meget at vælge imellem, hvis man ikke er til varmt mad om morgenen.
