Overall, the hotel was clean, very nice, brand new. Staff was excellent and helpful. However, the neighborhood didn't seem particularly safe. The price was really good for this stay. However, the retro café had to refund all the diner's customers due to cold microwaved food...really poor quality for those prices...The food should have been wonderful, […] and the coffee strong, which it wasn't. The hotel was perfect for or 5 day stay in NYC. Close to the subway and shops in Delancey St. and just round the corner from a great range of restaurants, cafes and bars. A 15 - 20 minute walk to China Town and Little Italy too. An easy ride on the subway uptown or to Brooklyn. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the fitness room convenient. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is new. The rooms are great. The beds were really comfortable and the AC kept the room very cool. The staff was very nice.

The hotel is newly built and opened in mid March 2013. It is situated in a rough and poor area near the Williamsburg bridge. A 5-10 minute walk will take you to safer and trendier neighborhoods - or take the many nearby subways. The room was poorly cleaned and very dusty. One day they didn't even bother to clean the room and hung up on me when I called […] the reception about it. Our room had a king size bed. It might have been wide enough to fit the description but lengthwise it was lacking a few inches (which is very noticeable for me being 6'5" / 195 cm). The walls are paper thin and you will hear every little sound from the surrounding rooms and hallways. We stayed during a weekend and you could hear the nearby "pubs" playing loud music making it difficult to sleep. I see no reason to recommend this hotel to anyone since it is in a bad area and the rooms are very loud. Take your money elsewhere. Läs mer

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was slick and newly furnished probably because it had just opened. The room was not big but was more than adequate for one person. I was worried about noise but this wasn't a problem since my room was not facing the main road. The reception was cheerful and friendly. Overall highly recommended.

It was a beautiful hotel, brand new and very clean. However, it was extremely noisy. Road noise, hallway noise. We only stayed one night, and not sure I would've made another night with so little sleep. Parking is in a lot across the street and wouldn't be very handy if you wanted to drive places. The hotel was good but unfortunately not on a main metro line! You have always to change line to get to the most must-see sights and that take time and energy since the NewYork metro isn't that modern and has only a few escalators and elevators.

The staff was welcoming and super competent. We didn't do more than sleep and the beds were comfy with great duvets. The rating couldn't be higher because the rooms are so small, but this is NYC and this place was a little larger than a competitor's place we moved from.

I was extremely pleased with my stat at this Holiday Inn. For the rate in comparison to other hotels in the area, this hotel was a great value. Super hotel - right on target with quality and service. Staff is excellent. The restaurant in the basement is horible, they should either close it down or change it to the breakfasts found a Holiday Inn Express. Horrible service, tasteless food and not well run at all. Pros - Within walking distance of Chinatown and Little Italy - Helpful staff - Hotel is new so is very clean and has new furniture - There’s a metro stop near, less than 5 minute walk - Strong wireless connection and it’s free! Cons: - Don’t get a room by elevators; very noisy and can hear people talk as they come in and out of elevators - Need to […] swipe room key in order to access/use elevators. The hotel was very nice - newly renovated and modern. The location is good but can be inconvenient, depending on where you are going. Parking is an issue. Also, there were a lot of loud guests who conistently woke me up at 4 am after a night of partying in the city, so this might not be the best location for business travelers.

Great hotel, very comfortable bedroom, big enough. Very polite and kind staff. Brand new one, they're still finishing some stuff. 2 bad things - for the price, breakfast not included unacceptable. Because of the surroundings, the night we stayed, a Friday, we couldn't sleep because of the noise. it was really nice...brand new hotel so everything was clean and new. the staff was really friendly! the only complaint that I have is that they didn't come do room service until really late...like 6pm. Our room was still dirty when we had returned. Other than that, everything was nice. Would def stay there again!
