Det är svårt att sätta betyg på Hotell i städer som Atlantic City och Las Vegas. Visst, med tanke på dekadensen eller "Fear & Loathing" som driver städer som detta så kan man inte räkna med att hotellen gör något annat. Med detta i baktanke är Resorts bland de bästa i genren, på både gott och ont. Vill man uppleva Atlantic City som det är menat att […] man skall göra det så rekommenderar vi det här hotellet varmt. I loved the hotel. Employees were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. I have to say that the mattress and the pillows were great!!!

My stay at the Resorts could have been better. The emphasis of the hotel only seems to be on the Casino. The rooms seem to be outdated - a "tube TV" who has those any more... I considered using the small Coffee Machine to make some tea (because I wasn't feeling that well )that was sitting on top of the refrigerator that had a horrible smell when opened […] (did not want to use the refrigerator after that!), and noticed that there was a disgusting white residue of corrosion inside the top. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. If you are someone who spends more time at the Casino then this may be the place for you, but I would have probably been better in another hotel without a Casino (company paid so I didn't have a choice). This was my first trip to Atlantic City and I won't mind if I never come back. Läs mer

despite some of the bad reviews, I booked this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and we had a great meal at the hotel restaurant, Capriccio. Our waiter, Bill, was terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel and next time will book here again.

The phone in my room only worked for outside calls, and one of the lamps didn't work, I walked down to the front desk on the first night to tell them about this. The second day when I got back to my room none of this was fixed, I had to walk down to the front desk again to explain this. They took a little off my bill for me for my troubles. I'm here 3 times a year for business, so I will be back, hopefully the construction will be completed and the rooms will be cleaner when I come back in the summer. Läs mer

The furniture was great,but the floor wasn't clean. The bathroom needs update. The people wasn't friendly. Got room wasn't ready,ok we walked around waiting for the texts to come. It never came. Wented back to desk after about 2 hours. Its ready WOW....

The rooms were great and the bathroom is HUGE!! The staff needs to refresh their understanding on the topic of customer service. I ordered room service and my chicken wasn't properly cooked. I called room service and the attendant didn't believe my chicken wasn't cooked and he didn't offer a refund or another menu item in it's place. I had my bill adjusted […] when I checked out. overall it was a nice room in a nice hotel. only 2 complaints. first is only parts of the room were clean, the windows that look outside were all finger marks and dirty. also the walls arent very sound proof. got woken up in the middle of the night from the couple next door. other than that check in and out was easy and the rest of the hotel and casino […] was very clean, other than the construction going on. WE RECENTLY STAYED AT THE RESORTS IN THE OCEAN TOWER. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE ROOM IT WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN, 2 BATHROOMS AND SITTING AREA. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THIS HOTEL ONLY WISHED THEY COULD'VE GIVEN US A LATE CHECKOUT.

The first room they offered me was in the older part of the hotel. The ceiling had water stains, the old TV didn't work and the so-called non-smoking room reeeked of cigarette smoke. The second room they gave me in the Ocean View Tower did not have a view of the ocean. The washcloths had cigarette ashes on them and the bed looked and felt like a fold-out […] bed. I wanted to gamble, but the casino seemed to be all smoking, so I kept my money and called it a night. I won't go here again for any reason. Läs mer

Pool opens at 10am and closes at 6pm (useless) The view is terrible it's of an unlit trump on the one side and the casinos roof and AC on the other in ocean tower. Still close to alot of better places revel Taj Mahal etc . Still enjoyed my time not in the room

This was a poor excuse for a casino / hotel. The rooms were eh, someone broke into our friends room, stole their I Pad and their car keys and car. Hotel staff was very unhelpful and Security was a joke. There was no attempt by the Hotel to even comp anything, not that it would have rectified the problem, but still!

I was somewhat disappointed that there was construction going on in the hotel. The room that was given to me was near the outside ventilation system and the noise was a nuisance. The room was great, the only problem I had was that there was not enough space between the king size bed and the TV stand.

Last minute trip to AC. Booked the hotel last minute...same day I checked in and was only staying for 1 night. Picked the hotel based on pics and price. Clean rooms. Checked in very late and standard rooms were sold out so they upgraded me to a suite. Hotel staff very nice and accommodating.

$19 to buffet is wast of money. Friday night they only had few choices. They call it international buffet but no rice at all.

The hotel was dingy; our room had fixtures in the bathroom in both of the rooms we were moved into. Even though the hotel was remodeled in 2011! There was no air in the first room and the tub backed up when you shower. When we asked someone to look at it while we were out sight-seeing 6 hours later upon our return to the room no one had even come up […] to check. Once I complained again maintenance came up and said there nothing they can do as we are in the room. They offered us another room which may not be an option as it was Saturday night and they were full or we could stay in the current room. We elected to change rooms and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for keys to the new room after I went down to the desk to complain about how long it was taking. The new room we had was just an s bad we even lost our flat screen TV!!!! The rooms and hall ways smelled like stall cigarettes, although we asked for a smoking room I have been in other hotels with smoking rooms and it was nothing like that. I will never go there again. Me and my fiancé enjoyed our stay at the resorts. The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. Close to the shopping center, and the the other hotels. Loved it, wouldn't mind going back there.

Upon arrival for my 4pm check in my room was not ready. I was then told that I would have to wait until 6pm for my room at which point I told them that I had 6pm dinner reservations and could not wait. So then I was given a room which was outdated and in another tower. So all in all I didn't get the room which I thought I was going to get it was outdated […] and run down. So I'm not happy at all. The room itself was large enough with two double beds and a desk and tv hutch/armoire. There was a lot of open space by the window which made us think it was missing a chair or couch. The bathroom was large with a tiled standup shower, double sink, and separate vanity and the bathroom behind a separate door for added privacy. I really enjoyed the hotel. I was blown away by the lobby. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are dated, I stayed in the ocean view tower. The hotel buffet was a waste of money. Overall I would stay again...parking is sweet for five dollars and you can go in and out if you get a ticket from valet services. The casino had a lot of seniors but […] it didn't bother me at all cause they keep to themselves I wish the dealers were more attentive and willing to explain how to play table games. Boardwalk is literally connected to hotel the shopping wasn't as close as I thought had a decent walk down boardwalk to get there. Use jitney to travel up and down to different casinos and attractions cabs are costly according to locals. Will be going back for short stays only... Läs mer
