remm Shin Osaka Hotel has modern, clean, stylish rooms. There is easy access to the hotel; you don't even need to leave the JR Shin Osaka Station. It's connected, so you won't need to worry about the weather. The entrance is really neat. Rooms are a little bit on the smaller side. The bathrooms are really nice and a bit larger than most Japanese hotels. […] If you are a bit shy with using the glass shower, there is a roll-down blind, as well as for the toilet. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel very much. The rooms are compact, but modern and clean. Location great.

今回2回目の滞在でした。前回と違い、ホテルの帰りが遅くなったのですが、JR構内の入口が閉鎖されていて何処から入ればいいのかわかりずらかったです。何も案内表示が外には無いので、何か表示が欲しかったです。

「快適に眠る」ためのホテルとして、ベッドやマッサージチェアが良質であり良かった。一方で、仕事をするため（PC使用・書きモノ）の机がなかった点・バスタブが無かった点に不満が残った。

新大阪駅に直結していて、とてもデザイン的にハイセンスなホテルで、とても気に入りました。バスルームがシャワーだけで、バスタブはありませんが、マッサージが出来るシャワーになっていたりと、満足できるものです。部屋には、マッサージチェアもあります。新大阪という土地柄、夜、飲みに出歩くには、店があまりないのが、寂しいですが、駅ナカで済ませられる便利さもあります。大阪出張の際は、また利用したいホテルです。
