Fina rum med fantastisk utsikt. Tillmötesgående, trevlig personal, vi kom tidigt på morgonen och det var inga problem att checka in och lämna väskorna.

Sängen var mycket skön. Stor rymlig toalett. Gratis vattenflaskor på rummet varje dag. Rent och snyggt. Trevligt att ligga i sängen och titta ut över Bangkoks puls. Gymmet var litet, men allt är nytt och fungerar. Bor gärna på Glow Pratunam igen.

Väldigt trevligt hotell. Det öppnade i Augusti 2012, så personalen var inte helt inlärda på alla rutiner. Men de var väldigt hjälpsamma och gjorde allt vad de kunde för att vi skulle ha det bra. Good location for shoppers who want to stay away from the haggling of taxi fares. Staff are ever courteous and willing to go all out to meet your request and queries.

The room was spacious and clean. Love the ipod dock available in the room.However the hotel was not very near to the BTS which kind of troublesome with a kid in toll. Ended up taking cab to every destination. Overall still a great hotel to stay if its not a family getaway

The location is excellent for shoppers of platinum mall which was directly opposite. There is also a 24 hours macdonalds situated below the hotel. The service staff were able to communicate in english which was beneficial :)

Booked this hotel based on friend's recommendation. No regrets. Location's great as plenty of shopping nearby such as platinum mall and the pratunam market. Helps that the massage places are near too! Service is excellent. Hopefully, the standard will not drop. The stay was great, better than we expected. It should be rated more then 31/2 star. The room floor is in timber or vinyl finish which is much better than carpet. Breakfast is good, has pretty good selection. I would stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and very well kept. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. we really enjoyed the surrounding with lots of shopping malls and eateries with easy connection to other locations within Bangkok by their Skytrains and MRT. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Service has its pros and cons . Requested for Non smoking floor for 2 nights but to no avail. Smoke smell lingers on my clothes . Room is new but can feel the bed sinks slightly. Location is just beside shibuya shopping mall and pratunum market and platinum which is very good but very difficult to get cab else where. Hotel staff will pick up at the lobby lift, check-in at 7th floor. Welcome drink upon arrival. Helpful front desk. Clean and spacious room. Walking distance to shopping area like Platinum mall, Big C, Isetan, Central world. 15 mins walk to BTS. Starbucks and McDonalds at ground floor, very convenient. I'll definitely go back agn on my next trip.

Good service, good hotel. I will definitely be back to the hotel when back in BKK again. It also comes with a welcome drink when u checked in. Booking a taxi is also very convenient. Even if their internal transport is full, they will assit to engage outside transport for u. Well done!

The 4 nights stay at the hotel was pleasant and great. the room was big, clean and spacious, Bed was comfortable and provide a good night rest after long day of walking and shopping. room walls are abit thin though as i could hear the next room talking when the occupants raised their voice. Hope the hotel will do somethig about it. the variety for the hotel's daily breakfast was rather poor, same food was served every morning except changes were made to the asian dishes (only two dishes). However the best thig about the hotel is it's location to pratunam wholesale centre and teh fashion mall. The wholesale centre is just located next to the hotel while the fashion mall was across the road. the nearest BTS is about 20mins walk away which you would walk pass places like central world and siam paragon. traffic is very heavy along the main road where the hotel is situated, thus it can be rather fustrating getting around in taxi as u will have to face the jam once u get into the taxi. Went there with my girlfriend before heading to Pattaya, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, its amenities and the arrangements they accorded for a couple. Nearby area is only about shopping malls, so we needed to cab it to all the places to see as they werent nearby.

This is a new hotel, thus the facilities are very new and the bathroom is squeaky clean. And most importantly, they gave us the room according to what we requested, which many hotels failed to do so. Because of the flight delay, we reached the hotel late, and the rooms that we asked for are all occupied, instead of giving us other rooms that are available […] they upgraded the room for us to suit our needs without any extra charges and apologize to us for their mishandling of rooms. Furthermore, whenever we go down to the lobby, they will not forget to greet us. We feel lucky, and are very satisfied with their service. Hotel staff were friendly, good customer services for receptionist n bellboy as well a housekeeping. Room were spacious, tidy and neat. This hotel was excellent. All the rooms are immaculate and the beds - oh my god they are superb. I loved sinking into the beautiful feather pillows every night - total heaven. We were put on the 19th floor (20 floors in total) and had an excellent view of the city. The breakfast is also good, there is a selection of aroud 6 hot dishes each day plus […] an egg station, fruit, cereal and some pastries. Its really close to all the shopping centres but the nearest train station is about a 10 min walk (in Bangkok heat this can be a long walk). Overall, it was a great stay experience. Shopping Malls are all within walking distance. The room is well lighted, room size is big and clean. For family with kids, you can ask for two rooms side by side as there is a connected door in between. I will come back to this hotel should I visit Bangkok again. The hotel is situated above a mall. When we first arrived, we were a little sceptical until we arrived at the lobby. The room is very spacious. The toilet is huge, which we love! The staff are very helpful and we had a pleasant stay at Glow.

I would like to comment the following: a) The flooring is not carpet but wood b) The bathroom has no extra space for hanging the towels and clothing c) TV program has no inhouse movie programs to select buy-in channels for viewing, apparently only 1 channel only "syfy". d) Aircon Control - even the highest temperature is still very cold e) There should […] be bus service available from the hotel to other shopping centres at a reasonable price f) Pillow is too soft; choices of pillow hardness to provide. g) Seems that the mattress is not changed for new patrons; it has been reused from the last patrons; there is a certain smell left over; not to the extent of discomfort but the feeling is no good. h) The door needs to push hard after closing; post a danger of theft. i) Internal locking should be further secured. j) Welcome drink at the reception is good but can be better improve on the quality. k) Bigger size TV screen to provide l) Buffet breakfast is very normal; there should be western and chinese breakfast for choices m) Wardrobe is link to the bathroom; good for taking clothing but once the wardrobe is not properly closed there is no privacy at all. Maybe the door can be fixed and movable at the other door. n) There should be a guide listing on restaurants in Bangkok where people needs to zoom in for food and not searching high & low in the nearby shopping centres. o) Facility at the hotel is insufficient; for that kind of hotel pricing.
