Helt okej hotell för priset. Läget är bra men rummen är så små och trånga att det blir nästan löjligt. Plus för trevlig personal, minus för att det är städning var tredje dag och byte av handdukar. Man kan få allt men då får man betala extra

This hotel is an absolute bargain if you're visiting Edinburgh and plan to spend more time visiting the historic city than hanging around your hotel room (and with all Edinburgh has to offer, who wouldn't?). My room was clean, modern, functional and very, very comfortable. The bed was very conducive to a good night's sleep (given I was in town for a […] 4-day film festival, which meant I was getting in at all hours, only to rise for the next day's schedule a few hours later). The staff are friendly and very helpful. A lot of reviews mention the 'extras' you have to pay for, but I personally did not find this an issue. Overall, highly recommended – as soon as I know when my next trip to Edinburgh will be, this will be the first place I check for availability, as my stay could not have been better! Läs mer

I can't falt this hotel. Although rooms are small, it was so nicely laid out and had everything I needed. Beautiful view from my room made it all the more worth it. The hotel location was approx 15 mins walk to Princes St and central area. Easy walk to bars and restaurants in surrounding area. The hotel was new and standard was good for a budget style hotel. The roos were small but had all of the essentials. Def would recoomend to upgrade to comfort package to include tv, wifi, towels, hairdryer as all extra otherwise. […] They do charge £2.00 per bag to store luggage which is a bit of a rip off as generally expected at hotels for free! Tune Hotel is a great value place to bunk down for the night. The location is superb - right across from Haymarket train station and next to all bus links into/out of town and to the airport (and of course the trams, when completed). We came up for the rugby and the hotel was perfect for that. With the train station cross the road and the rugby ground 10mins down the road it made everything so easy. Will be using again.

The Tune promised a good price, and in that they delivered. We booked through Hotels.com, and thus got the "courtesy package" which included towels, bathsoap, shampoo, access to the TV, and a voucher for a wi-fi connection. Without the "package," each item would have been a separate, additional charge. The room was EXTREMELY small, with barely enough space to get around the double bed. This hotel was in a perfect location for a little stroll into the centre. Takes you around 10 mins to walk to Princes street and 20 mins to the castle and Royal Mile. Room was quite small but nothing to fuss about - everything was clean and spotless! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would really recommend staying here!

Stayed at the recently opened (Jan 2013) Tune in Haymarket for the Ireland Scotland rugby game. The rates were impressive if you are not bothered about any extras, such as minibar or room service. The room is a tight squeeze for two and there is not much privacy when using the bathroom but the bed and room interior were all up to scratch which you would […] expect from a newly opened hotel. Staff were very helpful and we had a lovely dinner our first night in a local restaurant called First Coast, which was a nice bonus. 15mins walk from Murrayfield, 30 mins walk from the castle. This new built hotel is neat and has a good location. You can go to the city center without taking a bus, 15-20 min. walk. Be careful check in is at 15.00; we had to wait until that hour and each luggage you leave costs 2€. TV costs extra too. We didn't watch so it was not a big deal. A booking on hotels.com provides you free wi-fi in the room and towel […] and shampoo etc. The room is quite small but can be tolerated. The stuff was very friendly and smiling. We were staying overnight for the Rugby and wanted an inexpensive comfortable room....this was exactly what we got. The room was clean and comfortable, as long as you 'understand' the concept of this type of hotel you will not be disapointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful......definatly value for money.

This hotel is just opposite the train station so it is really easy to find and very central, however the room I had was very small (only space for a bed and space to walk around the bed) and only had a few places to hang clothes. However this hotel states that it’s a great place when you just want a room for the night, and for a long weekend it was […] perfect! The room itself although small, was modern, clean and comfortable. There was also a hair dryer, safe, internet and TV in the room, which in certain circumstances you have to pay extra for (However because I booked it through Expedia when I did all those extras were included in the price I paid). The bathroom was also clean and the shower had plenty space to move around and was quite powerful. The members of staff were very friendly and helpful and you need a room key to get to the lifts and in the corridors of the hotel so it was very secure. smilende og servicemindet personale ser nyt og velholdt ud wi-fi på værelserne virker godt ligger godt i forhold til centrum, gode spisesteder, hyggelige pubs etc, og så holder lufthavnsbussen næsten uden for døren IKKE TILFREDSSTILLENDE Har rejst meget rundt i verden og er første gang jeg IKKE får rent håndklæde hver dag, og de kalder sig 3 STJERNET. […] Vi måtte hænge våde håndklæder på den ene knage som var til dette. Her kan alle våde håndklæder så hænge sammen. Ret uhygiejniske. Får først rengøring og rene håndklæder efter 3 nætter, og det er selvom man som os skal have 4 nætter. Ingen flex så vi kunne få rengøring og rene håndklæder efter 2 nætter. Vi har betalt alt hjemmefra til et 3 stjernet hotel og så er den standard lang fra god nok. Det er ikke små værelser men MEGET små værelser hvor man må skiftes til at tage tøj på og der kun lige er plads til at åbne en kuffert. Næsten ingen plads til tøj på selve værelset. Men alt på værelserne og hotellet ser fint og nydeligt ud. Om det er flot eller ej er en smagssag. Første gang jeg har været ude for at skulle give penge for at have min bagage opbevaret . Normalt en del af servicen. Tror let man lader sig narre af det flotte look, og der er tv på værelset. Det går for at være 3 Stjerner, og så må det basale som rengøring og rene håndklæder helt sikkert være i orden. Om man vil bo i en skotøjsæske er en smagssag for værelserne er MEGET små. Dieses Hotel würde ich wieder buchen. Moderne Einrichtung, nette Angestellte, gute Lage. Es gab nur 2 Negative Sachen: Wir bekamen nur 2 Badetücher und keine Handtücher. Und gewechselt werden diese auch nur wenn man bezahlt. Das zweite war, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gibt. Værelserne er ikke specielt store og sengene er en anelse hårde, men der er det, som man kan forvente til prisen. Meget pæne og nydelige værelser med god indretning. Rigtig god og fin service og gode forhold på værelset hvad angår tv-kanaler, WiFi, hårtørrer, safetyboks mv. Skønt hotel med super beliggenhed. Servicen var i top - også selv om vi ankom midt om natten. Meget små værelser, men med alt hvad man behøver... Og så ligger Starbucks lige overfor!
