Food, drink and setting were great, but problems with check-in. Check-in was at 3 pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm and a bell hop went with us to show us the... room. It was being cleaned. We then were moved to another room. It also was being cleaned. Tried a third room and it had been cleaned but a leaking toilet had formed a puddle on the bathroom floor. Finally settled into a room on our fourth try. This room, on the dolphin pool side, "enjoyed" loud disco music (at least on Saturday night) from 11 pm to 3 am. We moved the next day to the ocean side for our final 2 days and that was fine. Clearly needs to be better co-ordination between the front desk and the maids. You should also know that a taxi to the airport was quoted by the front desk at $45. Next door to the hotel's entrance you can arrange a shared shuttle van (taking 30 minutes to the airport) for $9 per person from a van service. The swim with the dolphin program, at about $145 each for a 4 person group, was well done by an outside vendor, but realize that buying pictures will set you back an additional $75-$135 if you want any noteworthy ones. av pk från cleveland den 13.3.2013
