Welcome to the exclusive community of Arrowhead in Beaver Creek. The
world renowned Vail Valley extends an invitation to you and yours for
the adventure of a lifetime! This newly updated condominium at The
Aspenwood Lodges affords the very best of both superbly well appointed
accommodations and optimal accessibility. Lodge #207 is a classically
furnished mountain-mod ski chalet. Wildlife photography adorns the
walls of the living space and adds an element of natural authenticity.
Light filled and cheery. Dark finished hardwood flooring. Comfortably
carpeted bedrooms. There s a large granite stone hearth with gas
fireplace which provides the warmth of real welcome. Stellar south
facing views of the Aspen-studded mountain landscape. Surprisingly
spacious. Private parking for one vehicle in the heated garage.

2 bedroom residence at the base of the Arrowhead ski village. Just a
short walk to the ski slopes and restaurants. Full gourmet kitchen, 3
Flat screen TV's/2 DVD players, washer and dryer in the unit, brand
new high quality mattresses, private ski locker. This property is also
just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which is open in
the winter and in the summertime. Enjoy the village to village ski
experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver
Creek.

us, we are taking extra pre-cautionary care in maintaining the
cleanliness of all our properties, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable
gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral
disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to,
counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use
special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating
viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small
brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable
cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning,
including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet
knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with
others.

Please allow 2-3 hours time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle
Airport.

Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and that you
may be driving at night.

-Parking for 1 vehicle. Garage clearance is 7 1". Your vehicle
requires a hang-tag, located in the residence. $50 fee for lost or
unreturned hang tags, BHHS is not responsible for towing or tickets as
a result of not using the hang tag.

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR MOUNTAIN HOME From Denver: Take I-70 West from
Denver to Exit 167 (Avon). At the bottom of the exit ramp, enter the
roundabout and go 3/4 around to pass under I-70.

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR MOUNTAIN HOME From Eagle: Take I-70 East from Eagle
to Exit 167 (Avon). Bear right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto
Avon Road.

Continued: You will pass through two more roundabouts as you
cross-town.

At the last roundabout take the first right onto Highway 6 going
Westbound (toward Arrowhead). Continue through the stoplight and
proceed another half mile.

The main Arrowhead entrance is your 3rd left (look for Arrowhead Ski
Area sign).

Proceed to the security gate and notify them that you are a guest with
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties and that you are
going to Aspenwood Lodge #207.

From the security gate, proceed 0.2 of a mile, where you will come to
a gate. There will be a sign that reads "Lift Tickets/Skier Drop Off".
Take a left onto Cresta Road, and take the 2nd driveway on your left
(which is just past the large speed bump and goes down under the
building) for Aspenwood Lodge .

Proceed down the driveway and enter the following the code per the
correct month:

Building/Garage Codes: [Available in Guest Portal starting 7 days
prior to your arrival]

Once inside the garage, find an open parking space, and proceed to the
elevator, located at the center of the garage. (After using luggage
carts, please return them by the elevator in the garage.)

-Parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle requires a hang-tag, located in
the residence. $50 fee for lost or unreturned hang tags, BHHS is not
responsible for towing or tickets as a result of not using the hang
tag.

Go up to the 2nd floor and follow the sign to your residence.

There is a keypad on the door. Enter [Available in Guest Portal
starting 7 days prior to your arrival], to open. Please leave skis in
the ski lockers located in the garage.

The ski locker key is in the residence usually near the residence
tablet.

DO NOT walk in house with ski boots, they can be very destructive to
the flooring. It is perferable that you walk through the hallways in
your shoes, carry your boots and put them on in the ski locker room
and place your shoes in the ski locker for your return.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, The BHHS office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday at (970) 476-3800.If it is after-hours, call the number
above and choose option #9 to have them page the Manager on Duty.
