Must have had the smallest room in the hotel, don’t think it could get any smaller 😂 £180 for a stay in an old stairwell (literally). Comfy bed though and did the job.

Hotel was the worse I’ve stayed in. I asked for an iron and was told it was their policy to go to another hotel to use their iron! No tea or coffee in the room and when I went to reception to get a coffee in the morning the machine was out of order. And the bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood! Our room was also right near reception so there was a lot of noise. On a plus (if there can be one), the air conditioning worked.

The Indian team were very pleasant and happy , as for the European woman maked me feel unwelcome and cold and should not be on the front desk. As for some of the other younger visitors need to find there moral compass of RESPECT that when you come in at 11.30pm you lower your tone of conversation and don't slam doors seriously lacking good manners !!

I stayed here with my wife for two nights. Here’s a honest review. This was a clean Hotel. Sheets were clean and so were the towels. Room smelled fresh and so did the entire hotel. Before booking I knew it was going to be small, and it most definitely is very small. But I knew this before going. We put the suit cases under the bed. They have a free water dispenser which was helpful. Our air conditioner broke the first night and it was a little hot and we weren’t able to get it resolved till the morning so that sucked a little. You also have to go next door to use the 1 communal iron. But I can’t complain much at least they offer that amenity. So if you need something clean and cheap, stay here.

No elevator description of room was not made clear on website. I had to go downstairs to get amenities like remote control for TV ,hair dryer ,key did not work had to get a new key and remote did not work had to go up three flights of steps and down three flights of steps again The front desk staff were kind especially Raj .

Hotel is good if you are on a budget. Rooms are small and basic. Beds have seen better days. Hotel is very noisy with paper thin walls, you can hear people walking round above and in the rooms on the same floor. Constantly woken up by foreigners talking/laughing/screaming loudly or running between rooms and slamming doors. Also when I first got into my room, it was like walking into a freezer. It was -1c outside and the window had been left open. The bedding was damp and the room never warmed up as you have no control over the temp in the room. If you are a backpacker then stay here as it should be listed as a hostel instead of a hotel.

I realised it would be small, but not that small! Could barely move/turn in the bathroom. Not one single surface to put anything on in the room, so everything had to go on the v small floor. And there is zero sound insulation. Could hear everything, including the guy snoring next door. Thought it would be good value, but no, overpriced, for sure.

Solo quería que ya terminara mi estadía allí, el hotel en sí es “bueno” pero la habitación que seleccione fue una pesadilla, y así no se percibía en la selección,solo podía girar en mi propio eje para realizar cualquier cosa, tomar ropa, cambiarme etc, o estaba yo o estaba mi maleta, o estaba mi bolsa, había que elegir lo demás hecharlo bajo la cama y olvidate cuando son dos personas, uno se lo pasaba en el baño esperando que el otro sacara su ropa, o te tienes que subir a la cama para dejar ese espacio que es el que habitas, entre la puerta de la entrada y la puerta del baño, es el único espacio que existe para “moverte” o más bien girar, dentro de la habitación, ese cuarto más bien le llamaría algo parecido a una celda o lo vendería casi como cuarto cápsula, la cama está literal, pegada a las paredes, solo hay un espacio por los pies en donde bajas….. Terrible, la peor sensación que he vivido en un Hotel, si hubiera tenido más espacio, la hubiese pasado bien

We had a double room with a window. As expected, it was small and basic, but it was fine for a short stay and great value, we would stay there again. Everything felt very clean. The bathroom was fine. The bed was sited in an alcove between the external wall and the bathroom wall so there was no space to get into bed from either side, you had to get in from the bottom of the bed, but that wasn't a problem for us. A thicker pillow or an extra pillow might be helpful. Our room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking the properties behind and was very quiet. The TV was good. The air conditioning in our room was much appreciated and it worked well during the heatwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in an hour or so early without paying an extra fee (it was an extremely hot day). Location is just a few minutes walk from Victoria station, in a pleasant area.
