Great location however the room is old. Bathroom was not clean and so many service fees.

It was ok, but don’t plan on going back.
The hotel was old but it was in a good location. The air conditioner was broken the night we arrived, it sounded like a jet aircraft all night. They did fix it in the morning.

Was supposed to be a beach front room, we received a parking lot view. The shower felt like you were standing on a water bed. Water was underneath the overlay they updated the tub with. When you stood on it, the water squished out onto the floor of the bathroom and smelt disgusting. We did let them know the multiple issues, was met with shoulder shrugs.

Good location, the Main Street might be loud sometimes, the breakfast dinning views are great, our beach view room is amazing. Poolside is clean, Carlos the front desk person helped us out a lot and I owe him this review because of his hospitality. The kids enjoyed their time here as well, and wouldn’t mind coming back !

Awesome Location ... O.K. Hotel
There was hair and gross stuff in the shower and don't even look under the bed. Shower would not drain properly even after maintenance came. Overall excellent location very close to Saint Armands Circle which has tons of activities and food. Literally it is right across the street with excellent views of the beach. I was stunned at the price for what it was (in a bad way) at almost $400 a night.

Well...we thought it was just two of us in the room,but we have multiple guests that usually like to visit in the dark... cockroaches.... The only great thing about this place is location, right across the street from the beach. Place needs serious facelift.
