Holiday Inn Mt. Kisco

During Christmas holiday and covid so hotel was empty & skeleton crew. Very clean, front desk efficient & accommodating. Nothing stood out as exceptional but it served our needs.

The room was clean as expected to be, the bathroom could be bigger otherwise ok. The coffee maker in the room is not user friendly and to make tea we had to boil several cups of water to remove black sediments within the machine. The front desk staff day/ night shift, gave their version whether breakfast or dinner is available.

I was surprise there was no microwave in the room . But I saw one in the lobby. This is a 2 story hotel it looks like one story from th street. This is your basic hotel with the mini-fridge, phone closet etc

Very nice place, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.

Room was really run down and bed was super uncomfortable. We also had problems with the shower, very hard to get it to work and handle was broken (although maintenance did arrive to help within minutes). Walls were paper thin and heard our neighbors partying until 2am. We had just a 1 night stay booked and thankfully that’s it - would not recommend for longer.

Bed was completely done. Needs desperately a new mattress. Hotel seemed worn down in general. Conveniently located but just ok. Door (wood) which covered the fridge was completely falling apart due to water damage. Carpet stained and unpleasant smell. Ok for business.

Perfect place to just get rest

Staff was friendly and helpful. Eddie in the restaurant was a particular stand out. He was very accomodating and a great source of local information. The hotel itself was perfectly fine though somewhat aged.
