Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando

Vår vistelse var som förväntat. Ingen lyx men rent och fräscht. Bra service från personal. Frukosten var inget vidare hotellets restaurang var TGI .

Nära Universals parker som vi besökte. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Hade bokat en stor svit med två sovrum för ett bra pris.

We were thrilled with our stay at this hotel. The location is directly across from Universal Park. While they offer many shuttles to and from the park (including late night), it's only a beautiful 18 minute walk! The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. They gave a late checkout to very tired park goers before our return home. Make sure you include this location in your search!

The hotel has suites at an affordable price, which is what our family needed. PROs The housekeeping staff is phenomenal and did a wonderful job cleaning our rooms. Beds are really comfortable. The kitchenette was a little outdated, as was the bathroom, but both worked fine. CONS They provided a rollaway crib (old iron crib), which was also sufficient, but I would have preferred a pack n play. My LO kept getting his arms and legs stuck in the sides. The customer service of the front desk was AWFUL. It always took 15+ minutes to even talk to someone, and then, they rarely solved our issue/concern. They just didn’t seem to care about making our stay a good one. The WiFi didn’t work on any of our mobile devices. And though the hotel advertises free breakfast, it costs $15/person. The shuttle to Universal runs infrequently, and quite frankly, was so inconvenient, we couldn’t even utilize it. Instead, we walked, but I had to ask a worker at another hotel if this was even possible because the staff at this hotel was entirely unhelpful. I won’t stay here again. There are plenty of hotels in the area that are in the same price range, and I would advise staying at one of those if you want to visit Orlando’s Universal Studios.
