Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square

Water was leaking from the ceiling in bathroom, and you couldn’t turn the shower on because the handle was broken. Waited a hour and a half and nobody showed up to fix it. Had to leave without a shower

shuttle service on website offered but then was told they don't know at front desk when it runs? really. Then said we dont have shuttle service. Also bed was hard as a rock, look like my child made the bed when I entered the room, lamps were broke, bathroom shower couldn't get hot water to work, front desk was not helpful in any way. I likely got one of the more run down rooms. But still the high price tag. Also my car was valeted and apparently hit in the bumper, but didn't notice till I got home. Would not stay again.

Very dusty ledge by window, filthy windows, sink was very slow to drain, light bulb burnt out in one of the elevators.

Bathroom dirty, water took quite some time to reach appropriate temperatures (15 min)

Check in was at 3pm arrived at 6pm and our rooms weren't ready. Arrived again at 8pm rooms still weren't ready. When I finally got checked in the room didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned at all. Parking is a scam, service was AWFUL. Lost our bags that they said they would hold since our rooms weren't ready and took over an hour to find while questioning why we didn't have a receipt for them when we didn't receive one to begin with. This place is awful.
