BLACK MOLD everywhere
First off, I was put on the third floor which is reserved for those with dogs. Which my first room did in fact reek of wet dog smell. It was nauseating. Was later told by another staff member that Tiffany was being racist towards me and thats why she put me up there which she tends to do with the white customers. Then I get in the room and the bathroom shower has BLACK MOLD and after talking to her again the next morning about moving rooms she said there was none available and i should just leave. Then i was moved to another room that suddently became available a couple hours later on the second floor, much nicer, but this still had mold. Including the shower stopper. Their solution was to clean it with bleach and then recaulk over the mold. Leaving it there. And it was an awful recaulking job at that. I had my 1 year old with me who is now sick from that mold so thank you very much for that. I was also told that no refund of any sort could be issued because i still chose to stay even after inhaling mold for 4 days. Well I stayed because i was visiting my husband at base and this was the only hotel available. This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stay at and im never coming back. I'd like some if not all of my money back for this stay.
