Place is beautiful, road noise is insane

Nice hotel but balcony was filthy, chairs we couldn’t even sit on. Balcony door in 308 would not lock. Other than that room was modern and comfortable. Hope for the nicer weather balconies are cleaned up for next time. Staff was super friendly.

The location of this property is great and we were happy to have parking included. We ordered room service and were very happy with it. We seen that there had been some reservations but it seems there is still a lot to do. The hallway areas were fairly beat up, the bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very small and the shower head had been put on backwards.

Ugh! The hotel was under renovation, which they should have mentioned when we booked. Worse yet our room looked like they had finished being updated, but the quality of work was terrible. The restaurant was the reason we booked there. I had been there for dinner a few years ago and really enjoyed it. But we will not stay in the hotel again

Was disappointed in our room not being ready early when they let others in while we sat there came back at 4 as requested room still not ready but the nicer person this time at the desk offered us another room so we could get checked in. No mention of pay parking when I checked in was charged when I checked out people changing their clothes be hind the building by a dumpster not pretty was very disappointed fir the price
