Prestige Beach House, BW Premier Collection

I had to go to the restaurant to order room service. They didn’t answer the phone. Huge bulkhead over half the ceiling. 45 minute wait to check in at 4:00. Not impressive.

Good location for access to the town center and water front. Room was clean and comfortable. The lady who checked us in wasn't overly friendly but everybody else we dealt with from the hotel were excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Have stayed here many times and always enjoyed the place. And the restaurant on main floor. Unfortunately the amount of unsavoury characters around the immediate parking lot is definitely a problem or will be soon. Its a shame to see but i will say they stay out of the parking area at least which is props to the hotel

Place is beautiful, road noise is insane

Nice hotel but balcony was filthy, chairs we couldn’t even sit on. Balcony door in 308 would not lock. Other than that room was modern and comfortable. Hope for the nicer weather balconies are cleaned up for next time. Staff was super friendly.
