I was very impressed by the room being so clean. I appreciate the lady that cleaned the room. I rate the gentleman in the later afternoon/evening that checked me in as he was right on the ball and helped when with the heat and phone (the phone has a loose wire and needs to be repaired). I thought the heat was operated on the unit and he showed me the thermostat on the wall and helped me understand it. The breakfast lady was very helpful and I appreciated her very much.

This was a great stay! Paul, at the front desk, was amazing! So friendly and willing to do anything to make our stay great, and it WAS!! We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Hamilton, MT again. This place has everything anyone could need, so no need to go elsewhere or spend more. Everything was clean, it was quiet, very welcoming! Keep up the great work and keep your amazing staff!!

Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast hostess. Pleasantly surprised with the updates since the last time we had stayed.

The toilet was leaking at the base. Every time you flush the water would go on the floor. The refrigerator provided was not operational. One of the sheets was obviously dirty from the previous users. We purchased our own bedding but not a good experience.

I was extremely hot and thirsty and a blonde cauc. female provided me with a cold, sealed container of OJ despite the kitchen being closed. This kind of service is rare and much appreciated. The maid was personable however my room was not as neat as it should have been on my second night stay. S. COFFEE
