Hotel Plaza San Francisco

Extremely serviceminded and friendly personal, and close to everything. A fabulous stay!!

The Stay in our hotel was wonderful and the staff were great. the hotel is beautiful and all of the Staff we very helpful. The hotel was clean and sanitary. The hotel is vey close to the down town area and easy to walk to some of the places we went to visit and to shopping.

Location is great and location in centre are easily accessibs

Nice property, but a bit of a walk or ride to get anywhere. Luckily there is a transit station close by. The included breakfast was also great.

Besides an attentive staff, they provided breakfast with the room. I find that option great.

The location is excellent, close to Plaza de Armas and major pedestrian streets. Easy to get and easy to get out, major attractions and shopping at walking distance

This hotel lobby is very impressive. The complimentary breakfast is elaborate in a beautiful room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is safe.

Excellent location downtown and good quiet bar and lounges

At this time the location of this hotel is both dangerous and chaotic due to the political and social unrest. We had booked to stay for three days but our advice from a law firm in Santiago was that is too dangerous. For three days I called the hotel and they did not reply. I eventually contacted the hotel by email and cancelled our booking. They refused to give any refund. It is the first duty of a hotel to provide a safe environment for their guests. This hotel is motivated by greed, to the point that they claimed there was no problem in the area. This is not true.
