There was crumbs all over the floor! The carpet was raggedy! We killed 3 roaches in the bathroom.

So we only stayed for one night, thank goodness. We got there about 6:30 pm, I was exhausted wanted to shower but couldn’t because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, We had to keep our shoes on the entire stay. My so. Had the pull out couch which came equipped with no linens or pillows, so we went to the front desk and an hour later got our pillows and blankets. The carpet was old and not appealing at all, had stains on it, and was overall just not clean. My husband reminded me that we were only staying for one night, I slept on top of the sheets and we left at 7am. However, the DIY waffles smelled great, but due to the cleanliness issue with the room, we passed and went to Starbucks. It is a good location with some things around, but that was about it. 1/10- do not recommend

Great, clean room! Breakfast was best they could do with Covid situation, but coffee was hot!

This was a very short stay, but it was well worth it. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Nice hotel but did not receive the room we requested during reservations. Room had paper cups but no access to cocktail glass although there was a bar/lounge on site. Stayed 2 nights and had to request for hotels and cleaning services.

Always a pleasant experience when I stay at the Embassy!

The room had issues with the temperature. When we wanted it to be cooler, the bedroom was quite warm and uncomfortable during the night. Both of the TV remotes did NOT fully function and the only feature available on the TVs were the YouTube stations, which were difficult to navigate because of some of the buttons not working. I also understand adhering to COVID 19 precautions, but it was quite disappointing that food was hardly available, as I have been to hotels where they prepare the food, but individually wrap it and place it in individual containers. Even I would go downstairs at only 9AM for coffee and there would hardly be any left and wouldn’t even be hot. Food accessibility was the biggest disappointment.

Upon our arrival I was given a room and once I opened the door to the room it was dirty and smelled like Marijuana. I immediately went back to the front desk to receive a new room. Also there were several people in the Lobby area not wearing mask when clearly the hotel stated masks were required.
